I needed a new roof and the quotes I received were all over the place. I stopped into Quality Exteriors, and they took the time to explain why prices vary so much. Basically, you get what you pay for. Quality Exteriors will be my first stop if I need any other exterior work.

Roof leak . We put in a GAF roof claim due to what we thought there was an issue with the shingles. Thanks to Franklin Hammond Quality Exteriors for coming out the very next day. He was able to resolve the issue temporarily at no charge. The issue was with the chimney casing versus the shingles. Franklin took pictures and shared them and took the time to explain the situation.

We chose Q.E. after talking with several roof repair companies. They did a wonderful repairing the roof after it was damaged from storms. It did take a while to schedule a day for repairs because they were so busy, and partly due to communication issue on our end. Nonetheless, they made up for the delay by repairing other parts of the roof at no extra cost. We were very fortunate, and I highly recommend their service.

I can’t THANK Quality Exteriors enough for the awesome job they did on my home. I had extensive storm damage and they handled everything. It was a true pleasure to work with such pleasant and professional honest people.
