The roofing crew was exemplary. Sergio was highly communicative and he and his crew went above and beyond to ensure problem spots with our roof would no longer be an issue. They showed up early to set up so that work could begin promptly when they said it would. Sergio also posted pictures of the progress made throughout the day to a live updating stream where we could compare before and after photos. One word - EXCELLENT! Our roof suffered after the hail storm a few months back and we were so afraid we would be taken advantage of because we are an older couple. He was patient with me and worked to not only repair the roof but also arranged for the completion of the other repairs that were necessary to secure the home, protect us from the weather and lift the esthetics of this historic home. I had Paragon Roofing install a new roof for me a few years ago, and it still looks as good as new! I also had new gutters installed, which they cut to reach my rain barrels, and they also redirected a troublesome roof design that encouraged water to drip on my porch. I am thrilled with my warranty and the beautiful shingles I selected. The crew was helpful in selecting the shingle color and during installation, taking care not to damage my flower beds. I will definitely use Paragon again for any roof or gutter projects in the future.

From the moment I called Paragon, I received top notch treatment. The Field Inspector, Nick Rivera was able to come out to my home that very same day. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable which made it easy to say yes to using them for my project. Even better, he was able to get the repair scheduled for the very next morning.

The day-of experience was just as great. The repair team was punctual and they were greeted by a Paragon field manager who ensured that everyone was on the same page about the job. The work was completed very quickly and the repair team made sure to leave zero trash behind. I also received before and after photos from the job.

We had a great experience working with Paragon to repair a few spots on our roof and vent out a bathroom fan through the roof from our attic. They were easy to work with and super helpful, answering questions we had throughout the process and going above and beyond to make sure our roof was taken care of. They even called us up after a storm to make sure everything was good at our house, and offered to come out and do a free inspection. We were impressed by their service and plan to use them again, should the need arise.

Paragon Roofing has done work for me twice. First, they installed a new roof, and second, they painted my home, replaced the gutters and replaced rotten wood. In both cases the work was done well, in a timely manner and at the cost proposed. I plan to use them again when necessary.

These folks did an amazing job of creating a mcm style custom chimney cap x 2 for us that they installed, and did some other small cleanup work for us, and we could not be more happy! Paragon roofing did an outstanding job. My 3500sf roof has several valleys, 2 chimneys and 4 dormers. Lots of places for things to go wrong in my mind! Pricing was competitive, workmanship exceeding my expectations. They were efficient, hard working and super professional. I was nervous about stray nails and debris being left behind for my dogs to possibly step on but they cleaned up everything. My insurance company cut me a check for $14,000 for tornado damage in the storms of March 2022.

Paragon came out with their expert opinion and quote.

They cited several things insurance did not account for including (but not limited to) siding replacement, gutter replacement, and many upgrades needed to comply with State of Tennessee building codes. We sent my insurance a bid with PDF files of code documents and additional work, and my insurance company approved everything.

The workers who came out were all kind and courteous, and the project manager/owner Taylor followed up as much as possible.

The total project closed out at $50,000 and I was only out of pocket $500 for my deductible.

Extremely satisfied, highly recommend.
