Joe was 100% the gutter crews made a mistake and the cleanup was lacking in getting everything out of the yard and sidewalks but the roof looks great. The office miss charged but Joe caught it and the gutter mistake and took care of it all. Would definitely do business with them again.

I just had the most professional and mind blowing experience with Michael Langeberg- Project Manager for Roofsmith Restoration. He just came to my home, on time and preformed a roof inspection on my home. I just lost a sale yesterday on the home due to the home inspection comments made by the buyers choice of inspection companies here in Middle Tennessee that noted issues with my roof and attic space on my 5 year old home. Michael was so professional, knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything to me and answered all my questions….yes this is a free service but I was compelled to offer him $50 just for his amazing work ethic, his kindness and the peace of mind he has bestowed upon me…. He refused to take it! He did a video to show some damaged areas but assured us it was basically from just age and not a concern yet. He offered to check back annually and/or more frequently if a weather event makes it a good idea for another inspection. He was very personable and answered all my questions at this time and we will definitely keep his contact info. I also like that he lives nearby and this branch of the company is also based locally in Nashville.

UPDATE: The job has been completed and I cannot express how pleased and impressed we were with the outcome. These guys came in with a huge crew and tore the old roof off of two different buildings and had the job completed all in about 9 hours. They spent additional time after the main job ensuring that site clean up was completed to the highest of standards. Blake and Frey even came back the next day to conduct a final magnet sweep of the project for nails and refuse. Can’t say enough great things about the way this job was done or how impressed we are with Roofsmith Restoration.

RoofSmith Restoration did an amazing job on our roof. Keith Tesch was our project manager. He helped me talk to my insurance company to report our claim. He took tons of videos and pictures of all the damage that the windstorm had caused our roof and what his recommendations were to fix it. Overall we are super happy with their work and would use them again!

They took forever to do my roof . Took almost a year. And when I wanted to get out of the contract because no work had been done, they kept hassling me saying they would take 33% even though no work was done. And beware before using this company, they will take all of your insurance money

Keith who knocked was putting on door hangers in my neighborhood after the storm was walking down my street. I asked who he was and he told me he represented Roof-Smith roofing and was in the neighborhood inspecting roofs that had been damaged in Murfreesboro from yesterday’s storm. He lives in the area. He pointed out I had some shingles that had blew off from the storm. He offered to fix it for a small fee and inspect my roof for free. He did all of that without pressure. He was extremely profesional. He made a video on his IPad of the troubled spots but told me the roof still had a little life left in it. Now he has gained my trust. I know this roof is going to need to be replaced in the future and when it is time Keith and Roof-Smith Restoration will get first shot at it. Great experience today.

We contacted Roofsmith due to concerns about our roof following recent storms. Hein came out and inspected, providing a video of everything he noticed while on the roof. Despite our statements indicating we were prepared to invest in a full roof replacement, if needed, he told us our roof was still in good shape. He pointed out things to keep an eye on and recommend regular inspections every 6 months to a year. We were pleased to see he was honest and didn’t try to sell us a roof we didn’t need. We will be using Roofsmith when that time comes.

I had to have Roofsmith come back due to a leak. They stand by their 5 year workmanship warranty and corrected the issue the right way. They took over 3 hours and removed pieces of the roofing system to make a permanent fix. Blake was outstanding!!! His professionalism and knowledge are top notch and his work is excellent.
