We had a serious gutter overflow issue that other companies were unable to fix. Quality Exteriors came out, used a drone to diagnose the underlying issue, and fixed it quickly. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did.

Franklin is exceptionally knowledgeable and adept at explaining technical questions in easily understandable terms. He is also very prompt in providing estimates and is remarkably skilled at working with insurance companies. While several others told me there was no hail damage, Franklin successfully secured coverage for my roof. I highly recommend Franklin due to his expertise in both insurance matters and roofing, his understanding of quality workmanship, and the superior warranty he provides compared to most roofing companies.

These guys came to fix what the previous local company who did the whole roof replacement would not. The did a great job analyzing the issue and found the leak. They went above and beyond. Afterwards, they followed up after a heavy rain to be sure the roof leak was done right and water intrusion was no longer an issue. Great job. If I ever need any roof or gutter work, these are the guys I'm calling. And I feel very confident that if I call with any issues regarding the work they did, it will get addressed.

Following severe hail storms, I had Quality Exteriors assess the damage to my roof. It was extensive. They provided a detailed cost analysis, which I submitted to my insurance company. After some negotiations with my insurance carrier, Quality Exteriors commenced the repairs on time and on budget. Although there were minor “glitches” along the way, I was very pleased with the work they performed.

Jaime Westenbarger was a fantastic help to me when my roof was damaged by a hailstorm and severe storms. He communicated directly with State Farm (SF) and met the State Farm adjusters more than once at my house. He got them to cover all the damage and not just blow it off as insignificant and all covered under my deductible (like the first and new SF adjuster did). Jaime talked with a more experienced adjuster at State Farm and got the roof and gutters completely replaced. He was always pleasant to deal with and showed up when he said he would every time. He responded to emails the same day. Top notch service. Highly recommend.

When I was worried about some storm damage, they came out the same day I called! Very professional and quick service! Due to the recent storms I had a section of missing shingles. Zack came out within 2 business days, did a full inspection and gave me honest feedback. Luckily the roof was in good shape, I literally just had some missing shingles!! This company is NOT out for a quick buck. I've already spread the word :)

Zach was extremely responsive to my text messages and phone call. Within a week of my initial text, he was at my house assessing my roof leak issue from the heavy storms and fixed the problem while he was onsite. Chuck Russell helped us replace our roof after it had been damaged by a hailstorm in the spring of 2024. He guided us through every step of the insurance process, spent a lot of time helping us pick out which shingles we wanted, and was even here helping to clean up the yard the day the roof was put on. Had an issue with roof damage, when a gentleman named Chuck Russell happened to stop by and said he was offering a free inspection on my roof. There was damage and he took pictures to show me. He was very nice and looked to be an honest person. We discussed options and he kept in touch to ensure availability of materials and cost. I did have roof replacement done, was very pleased with work done by crew, supervisor on crew spoke to me before and after work was done, they also cleaned area for debris. I would recommend this company and Mr. Russell to anyone that would ask for suggestions. Fantastic job guys

Per my request, my insurance company sent me contact info for 3 contractors for estimates to repair/replace my storm damaged roof. Zack, with Quality Exteriors, is an amazing asset to this organization! He ensured my home was well protected from additional damage through the forecasted storms. After the adjuster processed the claim, Zack was very thorough in explaining in detail the work to be performed replacing my entire roof and the time frame. His crew arrived very early in the morning. As I left for physical therapy, I witnessed lots of activity, materials, equipment, etc. When I returned that same evening, the roof was beautifully complete and the crew had left my property in pristine condition. I am so impressed! Additionally, this week, Zack assessed the roof of another property and guided me on a great solution. On May 7, 2024 QE Contractors reroofed our townhome; 5413 Perlou Lane, Murfreesboro , Tn…plus 5 others. Outstanding job! Brandon, Jordan and their team of “experienced “roofers showed up at 7:00 a.m and didn’t leave until dark thirty…mission accomplished! They installed a new GAF Timberline HD Z shingle with GAF accessories. After 40 years in the roofing industry I know a good contractor when I see one! QE is one and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!
