I hired L&L to replace gutters, flashing, pipe boots, gutter covers and downspouts. Jeremy, Mark, Teryn, Russ, office staff and subcontractors were responsive, informative and reliable throughout the project. They communicated their schedules, arrived on time, completed their work in a timely and professional manner, collected debris and thoroughly addressed my concerns and expectations. Through the heavy rains, everything appears to be performing as expected.

We carefully researched several highly recommended and credentialed contractors in Middle Tennessee for large repairs on our home. We choose L&L Contractors because we found them to be refreshingly honest, very knowledgeable and reliable . Brad White attended our appointments on time, he was very attentive to the details of our house project, he partnered with his fellow contractors to construct the best plan of action to correct the found issues. Over several months Brad White exercised excellent communication and provided a very detailed assessment on the work needed . He offered reasonable advice, was very respectful and personable.

Working with L&L contractors was a stark contrast to our prior experience with a past third party contractor that had exploited our resources, as well as time and was very dishonest.

We had received competitive lower bids from other contractors, but we knew those bids would come with risk of wavering reliability, possibly lesser quality supplies and labor. We decided to save ourselves the further heartache and stress by investing in a reputable contractor.

After prayerful consideration, we were motivated to move forward with L & L contractors and we are so very happy that we did because they are absolutely worth every penny. All of their employees proved to be dedicated, courteous and incredibly hardworking.

We were especially impressed with Peter our project manager. He showed admirable patience, professionalism and keen on site problem solving. He was an excellent listener and dedicated to ensuring that the project was completed as planned and in a timely fashion. For example, at one point in the project L & L Contractors had to work with a third party contractor to complete one aspect of the project. The third party contractor made an error during installation of their portion of the project, when the mistake was found Peter came to the rescue and turned what could have been a challenging situation into a plan of action so as to keep the project on track. He was able to tactfully communicate with the third party contractor and quickly resolve the issues that arose.

Vincent and his team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was executed exactly to the plan. The incredible work his team completed was so impressively polished, at the completion you could not tell where the repairs were made. We were thrilled because this was the ultimate goal .

The owner and his employees are gems in the Murfreesboro community and they earned every bit of the high commendation and praised they have received over the last few years.

Brad and the rest of the crew at L&L Contractors were fantastic to work with. We we’re very happy with the gutter installation that L&L provided. The client advisor, Willie, was knowledgeable and transparent. Also the team finished the work quickly and at a reasonable price. Additionally, Willie also assessed our roof after a recent hail storm. While our roof is older and showing some normal wear he advised us that it wasn’t damaged in the storm to the point where insurance would cover a replacement. Furthermore it still had some life remaining and we could wait on replacing. We’ll definitely be working with L&L in the future.

I recently had need of roof repair - for the 2nd time - first contractor did not do the work effectively, but I didn't know until I had interior damage repaired. With subsequent rains, it became apparent the problem was not fixed. Called L and L, as they did the metal roofing on my house (that I was thrilled with), but not the shingle. Called to find out if they could do the shingled roof - was told yes, not a problem. Sales person, Willie, came and assessed the problem and assured me L and L could take care of it. Got the quote (quite reasonable) and the work was scheduled within a week. The crew was prompt, courteous, efficient and cleaned up beautifully - blew off my deck and driveway. If I hadn't been aware they were here, I'd have never known. Excellent communication, reasonable pricing, and superior service. I highly recommend L and L Contractors - they do business the right way. AND - it rained this week - all the water is OUTSIDE!!! Thank you SOOO much.

I had the pleasure of working with Brad at L&L Contractors after being approached by a door-to-door salesman suggesting a full roof replacement. Highly recommend L&L Contractors. I had a leaky living room window with very unfortunate timing. It was right before Christmas. We had heavy rain. Brad came out to assess. He graciously added some sealant to the window as a temporary fix. The bigger problem they identified was the lack of flashing around the window and the way the builder had hung the rain gutters around the deck (tilted toward the window), that were causing the leak. I received a quote and January 3rd they were here to complete the repair. We’ve since had a couple of major rain storms, and everything is back to normal. Thanks to Brad and also Peter and Taryn & the whole crew for going the extra mile, and for coming back and making sure everything was done to perfection.

Amazing Transformation

We had L&L Contractors replace our roof, gutters, siding & screened in deck and couldn’t be more pleased with the transformation that they made in our home. It started with the initial work with Brad to develop and refine the scope of work and material choices. He was very responsive and brought great ideas and insights that helped to ensure we made decisions that we’d be pleased with in the end. Peter did a good job managing the project from beginning to end. He made sure that L&L’s high-quality standards were adhered to throughout the entire project. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the materials used. The project took longer than originally anticipated due to a few challenges with the work crew. L&L took the needed steps to quickly address this and ensure the project was fully completed to our satisfaction. We appreciated that Ed personally checked on the project to get our feedback, provide his commitment that the project would be completed with the highest standards and ensure his team had what was needed to do so. This was a significant expense for us and we could not be happier that we entrusted L&L Contractors with our project!

Had L&L come out and give me an estimate, I decided to use another company. Boy was that a bad decision. After trying to get said company to fix their mistakes numerous times to no avail, I contacted L&L again . We recently went through L&L for gutters and it was as easy and prompt a service as we could have hoped for. Willie and the team were on top of it and super prompt in responding and getting out here to check on the property without being pushy or making us feel an inconvenience. They were very patient during the process and the gutters and house look great. We will absolutely use them on future projects.

So my dad had to have a new roof put on his house due to hail damage. We had a company but they failed us and I called Taryn at L&L and she went above and beyond to get someone out to his house that same day and within a week the new roof was on. They were amazing and very easy to work with especially Taryn. They were on top of everything from start to finish even making sure that there was nothing left behind to hurt my dog. Petter explain the job and the price which was a repair on the roof which was a free estimate, and also worked with me on the best time to start the project. Horrible to work with. Shotty sloppy work. Had roof, gutters, and part of siding replaced. One roof worker showed up smelling like marijuana and when I brought it up to PM, was told "it is just hemp and that's legal". Project should have only taken a day or day and half and was spread out over 2-3 weeks. Had big delay between downpayment and actual start date of work. Will promise one thing and then deliver another. Work item left out of contract and when I brought it up that it was left out at beginning, was assured it would be done but at end refused to do it. First time I used them and thought mabe it was just the workers but second time around and same thing. Only honest trustworthy employee is PM Peter.

My experience with L&LContractors Was excellent!!!! Brad was the bomb Diggity!!!He was there from day one very, very helpful from the paperwork to getting everything done. He was awesome!!! And I just want to say a special thank you to him. The Workers were very thorough in the job. The cleanup was done like a person would want it just like you left it when you came. The company Stayed on top of things I had a little hiccup, but they fixed it the same day and I was very pleased with that. Once again, I just want to say thank you to all that was involved in this project!!!!

We have been working with Brian for more than seven years now. This time was a major overhaul to our 47 year old house. Brian has always been precise, creative and knowledgeable about what would work best for us. He works with stellar subcontractors who are really good at difficult tasks. Jeremiah is awesome too. I am so sorry it took me this long to write the best review ever! Back in May, I noticed my roof had a leak from the May 8th storms that blew through. I was recommended Willie C from L&L contractors. From the beginning Willie was super professional. He came and looked at my roof and was honest from the start. He explained the process and helped walk me through all the steps to take. We had a battle to fight with insurance, but we did it! Once we got the approval, Willie showed us all our shingle choices to pick from and the cost and then we got our date they were going to be replacing our roof. From Taryn to Allen, and to the entire team that helped me and communicated with me, they were all amazing. (I am so sorry if I missed anyone by name) They came at 6 am and finished before 4 pm. They did a fantastic job! Allen even came back the next day to reverify that no nails were left over on my lawn. They reassured me they do it right and on the first time. So far so true. They told me that any issues that come up, I can always call them and they will come out and check it out! I will be using them again *hopefully soon* for other projects I have around my house. We just started using L&L for our roofing needs and we had the absolute pleasure of meeting one of their techs, Jerome, when he came out to handle our roof repairs. We had the pleasure of working with L&L over the past few months, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. They completed several projects on my home in College Grove, TN, starting with addressing some issues with my Hardy board siding. As a preferred contractor with James Hardie board, L&L’s Russ Hensley inspected the problem areas and discovered that the original installation by the builder was faulty. Russ and his team reinstalled the James Hardie board correctly. The result was flawless, and they even followed up to ensure I was happy with the work.
Later that month, after a hailstorm damaged our roof, I hired L&L again. Brad White coordinated with our insurance adjuster and identified some overlooked issues. The new roof was installed in a single day, which was impressive, and they returned to install new gutters. Brad suggested upgrading to 6-inch gutters, which proved to be a wise choice given the size of our home.
The customer service provided by L&L is exceptional, surpassing any I’ve experienced in the industry. They even paired me with a supervisor, Peter, who was well-suited to manage my meticulous nature. Peter went above and beyond to ensure both my wife and I were delighted with the results. Throughout the process, communication via text and email was seamless.

Allen Cox and Bernie team went above and beyond expectations on our garage siding replacement project. Upon removal of old siding, we found a lot of wood damage. All damaged wood replaced, building re-wrapped, garage doors, windows totally sealed and weather proofed. I was impressed with workmanship and professionalism and asked for quote to replace my decking. I would highly recommend these guys for your projects.

Willie was on time (actually called beforehand and came early which worked great for me), friendly, and easy to work with! We absolutely plan on using them again.

Assisted by Jeremiah Reynolds, Allen Cox did a wonderful job of correcting the railings on the north and south sides of our second floor deck. The railings consisted of clear safety glass panels between white aluminum posts. These sides of the deck have a slight slope. They reoriented the panels to make their sides horizontal and vertical rather than following the slope of the deck. This change keeps them from moving due to wind-induced vibration.

I highly recommend Tyler Mentik and his team at L & L Contractors. They provide quality work and First class service from start to finish.

Had a kite stuck way up on the roof of our new home, and I couldn't get it down. Didn't know what else to do but call a roofer, and thankfully I did. Not only did they solve my problem, but they also found some areas that our builder neglected, and we got it wrapped up under warranty. Super thankful for taking a small job and saving us on future costs!

Our roof and gutters were very old and leaky! These folks turned it into a masterpiece! Great company to deal with, and we would absolutely utilize them again in the future if needed. I’ll explain the process for any of you who are worried about some of these scam roof companies. These guys aren’t it. They are true to their word and can make ur roof look amazing! First they set up a consultation and one of their field guys will come take a look and get a quote together for you. “Brad” was our guy. Extremely professional and explained any and all concerns we had with no hesitation! Solid dude here. Once we confirmed we were satisfied with the quote, we were slapped on the schedule for brand new gutters and a roof. About a week later the materials were dropped off, and less than a week after that the crew was out hard at it! While the roofing crew was out, they had a foreman on site making sure it was done correctly and to address any concerns we had “real time”. “Pete” was our foreman. Another solid dude. Professional and easy to deal with. Once they tore off our old roof they found that some additional sheets of plywood needed to be replaced. No worries. Pete consulted with us to show us photos and make sure we were ok with the additional costs, prior to just replacing them without our consent. Excellent. Once the roof and gutters were complete, the foreman “Pete” came back on site to make sure we were satisfied and provide our warranty paperwork. All in all it was a great experience. Even the office ladies were awesome! And lastly, they have an app/website that you can track the progress of your project which made it even better! Before and after photos below. I manage various properties in Nashville, but I do that job from a different state. We have had ongoing leak issues at one of our larger homes in East Nashville, I needed to find someone who would be willing to work with me remotely. My employer had just used L&L Contractors for some repairs to his office in East Nashville, and he suggested I contact them. The people at L&L Contractors are top notch! My first phone conversation was with Brad White, who was friendly and informative. When I told him that we needed to have a leak specialist come to the house to determine how water continued to get into the house on a regular basis, he made arrangements to meet the specialist on site and the two of them communicated with me and each other until we finally figured out where and how the water was getting in. The moisture in the house had gotten so bad, that Brad went to the house and set up a dehumidifier and showed our tenant how to use it, as it needed to be emptied daily.

Once we had a game plan to make the repairs, Brad connected me with Ed Schoen and Russ Hensley. A schedule was set up and we had access to a site called Builder Trend, which showed a very detailed timeline for everything that was going to be done to the house, from dropping off a port-o-john and materials to the last of the clean up and the final owner walk through.

Ed Schoen has got to be one of the most patient people I've ever worked with. He texted me daily with updates to the job and answered any and all questions I had. I never felt rushed when he and I spoke, and I felt that it was important to him that I had a clear understanding of what was happening. I used to work in the construction field and I know that running into hiccups along the way is just part of the job, and the damage to the house caused us to have our fair share of hiccups. Ed and his team seemed to solve any problem, that arose, almost effortlessly and still managed to stay on schedule! Staying on schedule was very important to Ed and even the crazy Tennessee perpetual rainy season couldn't keep this crew from doing their job and staying on schedule.

We had a group text going between my employer, Ed, Russ, Brad and me and if I sent a text to the group, I got a response almost immediately. Even if I reached out on a weekend, which unfortunately I had to do once or twice, someone always got back to me in a timely manner.

I just got word this afternoon that the work is complete and my employer has had the final walkthrough with Ed and Russ. I firmly believe, that the leak issues we've been having for longer than I care to think about, are finally over. I'm confident that the repairs L&L Contractors have made to this house are well done and complete!

As I mentioned earlier, I've had experience working in the construction field and with countless contractors. I've never met contractors like this before! These people care about what they do and it shows! They know what they're doing, and I'd give way more than 5 stars if I could!

These guys busted the outside lighting and a table while working on siding and then finished the job without mentioning it. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they had just been honest and addressed the issue immediately. I wouldn't recommend doing business with people like this, but at least they fixed the light.

They were excellent, great customer service everything was explained thoroughly. The work is top notch they went well above what they were hired to do in the repair, but did so to ensure is was fixed correctly. And in the middle of massive storms we able to get a crew out to me quickly. I hope I never have another roof issue but if I do I'm only calling L&L contractors.

My husband and I have wanted to update the exterior of our home for years. After speaking to various companies, we decided on L&L Contractors for the job. The final results were amazing, and our neighbors agree. The best thing about the process was our project manager Allan, and our client advisor Jeremy. Allan kept us WELL informed on each step of the process. He welcomed our input, which allowed us to get the results that we had imagined. He made us feel that our satisfaction was most important. He even took the initiative to fix a loose panel on our SUV. Jeremy, our client advisor was with us at the very beginning of the process, and he remained with us to the very end. We consider both men a permanent addition in our lives.

L&L Contractors saved us from a horrible experience with another contractor. We had a deck that needed to be rebuilt, and had another contractor begin the work. That contractor took the bulk of the money, only completed about 70% of the work, then stopped communicating. L&L came in and went above and beyond, working with us on a tight budget to complete the job. Willie was professional and always kept the budget in mind. Eric was creative and worked with us on options and did a beautiful job getting the work done. Allen made sure things stayed on track and we were kept informed throughout, even replacing a melted piece of soffit which was not part of the job. They also recommended an electrician for some other work we needed and we had an equally good experience with them. I can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them and will be using L&L again for future work.

L&L contractors is a local company. They have been in business since 2006. They replaced our roofing system this past month and I tell you they took the headache out of having a roof replaced. They gave us unmatched workmanship guarantee and lifetime warranty on our roofing system. Willie was our advisor who works at L&L. Willie treated us like friends right off the bat and gave us the best advice we could have gotten anywhere. Peter was our project manager and he always sent pictures and updates and kept us informed about every single detail. Our chimney cap didn’t fit and they took care of everything. Peter came out personally to install it himself on his own time. Taryn works in the office with scheduling and always kept us informed while coordinating with the other moving parts. We’ve never had the experience of working with a contractor where we really feel like we got special treatment. That’s just how this company treats their clients. We are so grateful to have had L&L contractors do our roof replacement. We really can’t say enough. We highly highly highly recommend them.

I would 100% recommend L&L contractors!! I had to have all the siding on my house replaced. I talked with several companies and decided to go with L&L because they took the time to explain the process and go over every detail with me without treating me like I was an idiot. Kyle was amazing with helping me deal with my insurance company from the get go. Allen and his team were awesome and got my siding done efficiently and to the highest standard. Once they started on the project, they kept me up to date along the way and made sure I was ok with any changes that needed to be made to the project. All the workers were very polite and took pride in the work they were doing. Marten and Javier were amazing problem solvers who went above and beyond and even built some custom pieces to go around my outdoor water faucets!
My only complaint would be that communication was not great between the time I put down the first part of the deposit and when they actually started on my house. Despite this, I would definitely use their services again if needed.

*****UPDATE*****
I had an issue with one of the vents that was installed last year by L&L Contractors. I reached out to Allen and he came over within 48 hours and fixed the issue himself. I can not say how much I appreciate the prompt and friendly service as well as the pride these guys take in their work.

L & L Contractors did a great job repairing our fascia covering on our home and were able to match the old trim perfectly. Their customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend them for any renovation need.

L&L did an amazing job on my roof repair and didn’t break the bank to do it. Allen Cox, the project manager, Christian the team lead and Ernie Bryan, client advisor we’re all super nice people who told the truth, spoke to you like you’d want to be spoken to and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. We just had our roof replaced and added new gutters. They have done a great job . The folks doing the installation of both the roof and gutters really know their stuff. I am glad to do business with L & L . My sales guy is Willie and he has gone the extra mile to make everything work smoothly.
