I can’t wait to have my roof done, I know it’s going to look great because while 2 other roofers spent 10 min making an assessment one took a long time to get back with me (it was obvious he just did not care). I got no assessment or pics. The #2 guy did not call me back he just came over while I wasn’t home to tell me no roofer is going to say yes I need a new roof. But you know they say third time is a charm. I needed someone the next day before my hail claim window closed and I wanted a local company. CJ called me that afternoon and met my needs from day 1. He was on time, professional, and on it. He took 1 hour for an assessment then took his time to explain the process, was available for the adjuster and I got my claim approved. CJ was incredibly helpful in assisting my girlfriend and her family throughout the entire process with State Farm to secure full coverage for a complete roof replacement. It was a long and challenging process, but CJ was there every step of the way to guide us through it. The end result was fantastic, and because of that, I’ve now asked CJ to help with my own roof, which was damaged during the hailstorms in March and April. I have full confidence that he’ll take great care of us too!

I recently had Stones River Roofing come by for a roofing inspection, and I was impressed with the overall experience. From the initial contact to the actual inspection, the process was smooth and professional.

The inspector , C.J. Harrison, arrived on time, was courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain their findings in detail, pointing out both the strengths and any areas of concern on the roof. I appreciated the transparency—there was no pressure to make immediate decisions, just honest feedback and useful recommendations.

They provided photos from the inspection, which helped me better understand the condition of my roof. Whether or not I move forward with repairs right away, I feel much more informed about my home's roofing needs.

I had never heard of this company prior to picking up a business card a few months earlier. Well, I am very thankful I took the time to pick up a card. Connor Crabtree was the name on the card. Connor came out the same day I called for a roof inspection. He was very professional and a complete pleasure to have at our home. We did not need any major repairs, but just a couple of things were loose. This experience with Connor gave me confidence to share him with others and I know who to call when I do need a roof replacement.

We had a wonderful experience in replacing our roof with Michael Colvin. He was there when the insurance adjuster arrived, and made several trips to ensure the job was completed. He made some repairs, and corrected some design issues with our dormer that had been a problem for many years. From start to finish, he not only replaced our roof but, he also ensured our gutter guards were replaced and property was cleaned up afterward. We would highly recommend him, and I would give him more stars if I had the option! Great service and a stand up guy!!!

This roofing company is what roofing companies should be. However in my limited experience ARE NOT! It's a family owned and operated company who actually does what the day they are hired to do. Conner Crabtree our rep is a cousin of the owner operator. He was there when State Farm Came out twice. He was there when the crew on 9 showed up at 0700 they had there equipment on site by 0600. When we needed to leave or just go outside HE made sure we would not step on nails or roofing material. I can only say IF YOU NEED OR BELIEVE YOU NEED A ROOF AND DONT CALL THEM and ASK FOR CONNER YOUR MAKING A MISTAKE.

Extremely professional in all aspects of his work. He told me in advance of his arrival time and when I could expect the job to start. Very punctual and accurate on his forecasting. Very thoroughly cleaned up all trash and old shingles and discarded them. He kept me informed of where he was at in the roofing job and when I could expect the job to be completed. I am giving him the highest rating. Also, years ago, I used to be a roofer and by far this company is a real winner.

If I could give a 10-star review, I would! Stones River Roofing did an exceptional job on our roof replacement. Michael Richardson and his crew worked hard and diligently to get everything done in a day and a half! That's demo, install, and cleanup. Their employees were professional and hard working showing up early and staying late.

After the job was completed, Mike spent over an hour thoroughly inspecting the roof work, walking the perimeter of our home triple checking that all debris was picked up, and that we were satisfied. You rarely see good customer service like this anymore. If you are unsure of which roofing company to use or trust, let me assure you, it's Stones River Roofing!

Honesty & Integrity would best describe Stones River Roofing! This was my first time filing an insurance claim due to hail damage. We checked online and saw great reviews for two different companies. One company was really pushy and kept calling me. However Connor, with Stones River, didn’t do that. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained every step very well. He was at our house the whole seven hours with his crew. The roof, eves & downspouts were replaced, plus the trim. So happy with the roof color Connor suggested! In addition, I asked them to replace the trim around my garage door. (not part of ins. claim) When the old trim was taken off, they discovered the wood piece at the top was rotten! It was replaced and Connor even came back a few days later to figure out how rain got to that piece so he pulled off some vinyl siding. He ended up adding a protective barrier, replaced more trim, made sure the trim his guys did was installed correctly & it was protected properly. No extra charge for that hour. Wow

Big props to Stones River Roofing for being helpful and sharing a lot of information with me about my roof! Michael came out to give me a quote on some repairs for a house I recently bought, and he did a thorough job walking me through everything he found. It was clear to me this company leads with honesty, and we look forward to having them do a few small repairs. I’ll point out that their communication has been stellar as well. 10/10 would recommend so far.

I would like to thank Michael Colvin from Stones River Roofing for a great experience with getting a new roof. Instead of coming in with tons of stuff and a five hour presentation like other companies, he came in and just talked to us about what we wanted. Then he explained what the company had to offer. He gave us an honest estimate on what we were looking for which turned out to be the lowest estimate by far than any other company. They used quality products and the installation crew did an outstanding job installing and cleaning up everything. A couple days after our installation Michael called me and told me that while installing another roof he noticed that the roll of flashing installed around their fireplace was cracking where they bent the metal. They were using the metal from the same roll as ours, He told us he wanted to come back and replace what they had put on ours because he didn't want us to have any issues. That is integrity at its best.
I would highly recommend Michael and Stones River Roofing for your roofing needs.

I contacted Stones River Roofing to come out and look at a spot on my roof that had leaked water into the ceiling of my dining room.
He was on time and so friendly and professional. He found the source of the leak from my roof which was a rubber seal that was leaking. Before I could ask what the cost would be, he went to his truck and got a new seal and put it on for no charge.
It was a very small and quick repair for him, but his kindness made a big impression on me.
When the time comes to replace my roof, I am definitely going with Stones River Roofing!
They also did my neighbor’s roof and it looks great!

Best customer service I have experienced from a company in a very long time! I found water stains on the ceiling in my sons closet. I called Stones River Roofing, and they put me on the schedule immediately. While inspecting my roof they found nails that had not been sealed. They sealed every nail and boot they could find. They would not accept payment for their time, labor, or material. They instructed me to monitor the area found, and to call them if anything changes. Will recommend to everyone.

Can't recommend enough! Stones River Roofing did a full roof replacement on my home. I'd called a few companies to get quotes, and Stones River was the only one that suggested working with my insurance; none of the other businesses even offered to contact my insurance due to the age of my roof.

Stones River Roofing has been nothing but a good experience from the beginning. Starts off by saying Michael was the nicest man we’ve dealt with. Him and his company came out to fix the front half of our
Roof due to leakage and what may have been the beginnings of mold. Did a great job with the entire job: then a big storm blew through LaVergne/Smyrna which I thought may have blown some shingles off so we called Michael, who went above and beyond to come out and check our roof!!! We will use Stones River Roofing from here on out!

Stones River Roofing replaced the roof on our home a couple years ago. Their representative, Micheal Richardson was helpful to my husband and me in choosing the best option for us in roofing materials. We had damage from a storm and were working with a different company that was taking too long. I called Stones River and Michael was out within a week and my roof fixed soon after that initial meeting.

After contacting the company a representative was at my house within an hour. He walked the roof and to my surprise suggested sealing instead of a tear-off to repair my roof. So far, so good. No more leaks!

My roof was leaking around the vent pipe and needed a new boot. I got quotes from several companies that were astronomical and clearly trying to get me to replace my entire roof. As my roof still has quite a bit of life in it and I am planning a renovation in the next few years that would involve replacing the roof, I really just wanted it repaired. Stones River Roofing was the only company that did the repair at a reasonable price. John Wright was excellent to work with. John's communication was prompt, thorough, and clear. He completed the repair within a week of giving me the quote. I will definitely use Stones River Roofing when I am ready to replace my roof.
