I had a great and prompt experience with Complete Insulation! I submitted a request and the next day got a call. The following day Jeff showed up and gave me a quote within a couple of hours. We are going through a decent size remodel and when the contractor took down the soffit, they saw how old our insulation was. He immediately referred us to Complete Insulation and within a week or so, we had an estimate (we'll below what we had thought when we first heard we needed new insulation!!!) and the work done. Very please with the blow-in insulation added to our attic space! Jeff was friendly and professional when checking out our attic, giving an estimate, and coordinating the schedule. After reaching out to multiple insulation providers, Jeff Wells was the first person to get back to me. He reached out right away and set up an estimate appointment within a couple of days. Jeff came all the way up to Robertson County. He was on time, polite, honest, knowledgeable and thorough. I had a lot of questions prepared and I never felt rushed at all. During his inspection process, he was detail oriented and took lots of photos to show me the existing conditions.

I was grateful to him for making me aware of my crawlspace vents being taped off from inside the crawlspace and letting me know those should be removed by the summer. I had no idea and this is our first home. We do plan on having them help us with the crawlspace in the near future as well.

When I accepted the estimate, I got a call almost immediately to schedule the work. They had a cancellation and were able to come the very next day!

The installation team was on time (drove an hour and half from Murfreesboro) and worked practically non-stop the entire time. Arnaldo, Mario and Jose were wonderful and hard-working.

Arnaldo was great about letting me know when they were done with the removal and offered me a chance to check out the work before they blew it back in. They were extremely thorough with the removal which took hours and involved moving lots of unnecessary decking.

Arnaldo made sure to confirm with me that I wanted all the previous owners' debris removed and responded to my questions about air sealing and baffles.

The next morning, I woke up (after having the heating off all day and night) and could feel a noticeable difference in the comfort of certain rooms. My bathroom and second bedroom especially had been cold and uncomfortable and were now much better.

Our summertime temperatures in our attic were measured at over 130 degrees. Jeff mentioned that with the spray foam insulation our attic temperature and home temperature would likely be within 10 degrees only. I was skeptical but he was absolutely correct. Many times the attic temperature is within a few degrees of the home temperature, summer and winter alike.

Our home has a more insulated and warm feel to it, our heating / cooling bills are down about 30%, and upon the removal of the traditional insulation in our attic, we were also able to finish the floors and get another 600 square feet of storage.

Huge, huge, huge win! Jeff quoted the job, came with the crew, and also came back by himself to do an extra quality check with me. Highly recommended if you’re looking to save money, reduce the pull on your HVAC, and add more floor space in your attic.

The team who came from Murfreesboro, TN to our house in Chattanooga were amazing. We have a very large home. They removed all the old insulation from our three attics, sprayed with a decontaminate and then sprayed all the new insulation. All in one very long day. and leaving messages and getting no responses I called Complete Insulation where a real person answered and assured me that they didn't do business that way. Jeff Wells responded within a few minutes and was out promptly the next morning to look over our new home.
He was very personable and honest. He submitted an estimate that we felt was very fair. It was only a few days before a friendly and courteous crew was on site to install fiberglass batt in our walls. Jeff even recommended a drywaller who did our whole house. After the drywall was installed another great crew was out promptly to install the blow in insulation in our attic. I was very pleased with the professional manner and quality of installation of the blown insulation for my 1960s ranch. Jeff was very responsive to my questions and kept me updated on when the installation would occur and how much I would be billed. Jeff from complete insulation told me the advantages of spray foam and even though it was much higher he assured me it would save me money in the long run. After returning to my house to see it was 95 degrees in my attic with it being foamed they said they could fix it . It is a bad install. My house is hot like no insulation at all.Moody will not respond to the issue so I guess I got ripped off by the Complete insulation

Update 2 years later and Jeff is still as helpful as before. He came out to quote us on additional work at our home and we continue to be pleased with how communication, can do attitude, problem solving, and assistance!

We had spray foam insulation added to our attic. Jeff and the team communicated with us throughout the entire process. They removed the old insulation in our attic and sprayed new foam insulation. They ensured everything was cleaned up when they were done. Jeff was great to work with! We will defiantly call again as other needs arise.

We had barrier and insullation replaced in the crawl space and the experience was great. Jeff was very informative and polite, couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. The installation guys were great and it was complete in one day. The floors are warmer. The morning after the instsallation when I woke I could definately tell a difference in the air quality.

I had a fire in my attic and needed all of the contaminated insulation removed. I am *AMAZED* at how thorough the hard working folks at Complete were. You could almost eat off the floor of the attic. The entire crew was courteous, quick and more than fair with the price. Highly recommend.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From setting up all appointments with Amy in the office, to Michael (sales), everyone was awesome. Dillon, Freddy, and Jose did the removal of our old insulation and the blowing in of the new. For all appointments we were called by the person coming out +/- 20 minutes prior. Masks were worn at all times in the house. Would highly recommend.

Bottom line up front:  Great price for a great product.  I would recommend them to anyone.  They do things the way my dad taught me ... if something is worth doing it's worth doing right -- the first time.

Larry (supervisor) came to my house, looked at all the spaces that I wanted spray insulation, worked up a quote, and sat down to answer all my questions.  He made sure that I was completely understood the product and the process.  A couple of weeks later I called Emily at the office to schedule the work.

Day 1 was removal and prep.  My removal team was Fredy and Jose.  They came with a large truck that vacuum and several large bags to collect all the old insulation. It was fun to watch (and hear) all the old insulation being sucked out!  The prep/spray team (Josh. G, Josh F, Coalton, Alex, Thomas, and Dylan King) showed up the same time as the removal team.  They worked hand-hand with the removal team and ensured I stayed updated on what was happening throughout the day.  The prep/removal team even found an area that I missed in the original quote, which would have likely caused me problems in the future.  While there was a slight increase in cost, they saved me from potential problems in the future.

Day 2 was spray day.  The prep/spray team called me early in the morning to let me know they were on the way.  They set up their trucks, prepped the chemicals, ran the hoses (after covering the window opening and floors with plastic to protect from hose scuffs and from their feet),  and got to spraying.  Unfortunately there was a problem with their new truck and they began to have issues with spraying.  Rather than fight the equipment, Larry (supervisor), made the decision to stop for the day and return the next day with different equipment.  Larry was upfront with me on what was going on and was clearly disappointed he couldn't finish on Day 2 as he promised.  Larry (and the rest of the team) has a lot of pride in what they do.

Day 3 was spray day (again).  Again, clear communication on when they were arriving, quick setup, and got right to work.  The team was methodical and quick.  They were done and 100% cleaned up by early afternoon.  I turned on the HVAC system about 8 hours after they left, and cooled down the upstairs about 30-40% faster than before the spray insulation.  I was impressed.

So, would I recommend Complete Insulation?  Yes.  Ask for Larry and his crew, and you won't go wrong!

I set up an appointment and the salesman immediately came out quoted me different options for attic instulation. They came out within two days and completed the job. Everyone was so professional from the salesman to the workers to the receptionist that answered the phone. I contacted three different insulation companies and by the time the other two companies called me ....complete installation already finished the job. I will be using them again in the future.
