I didn’t need a roof replacement, but Spencer Waugh was exceptional. His honesty and thorough explanation of my roof’s condition were truly appreciated. We also discussed potential future gutter replacements, which I’ll keep in mind thanks to his helpful insights.

After the hailstorms did so much damage, I had dozens of solicitations for free roof inspections. I didn't know much about any of the companies and if they were local businesses. When Hisway did roofs on the homes of a couple neighbors, I could see they were the company to get the job. Spencer is easy to reach and provided quick responses to any questions. I have confidence in the quality of the workmanship, materials and warranty provided. They did their best to protect the plants and clean up all the debris. They don't pressure you and help you through the process. I highly recommend working with these professionals that represent a great company.

Following a significant hailstorm on May 8, 2025, I had my roof inspected by a salesman from Hisway Roofing, Mr. Spencer Waugh. Using drone technology he was able to identify significant damage to my roof and supporting structures. Since the roof was only 3 years old, I was hesitant to replace my roof. However, within a few weeks, my roof began leaking into my attic space. I promptly contacted both Hisway Roofing and my insurance agent to file a claim. Hisway Salesman Spencer Waugh met my insurance adjuster at my home for an inspection. Both agreed that significant structural damage from wind/hail had occurred and that a roof replacement was indeed necessary.

The Hisway crew, under the direction of Berto Ramirez, Project Manager, worked tirelessly to install my new roof, leaving me with a beautiful, seamless product in a short amount of time. The team worked well together and was respectful of my property. Both Mr. Spencer Waugh and Mr. Berto Ramirez followed up to make sure my property was free of debris and that I was satisfied with the results.

Our insurance company tried to say we only needed to replace 63 shingles. Jaime didn’t stop until we received the coverage that our insurance company should cover. We would have been taken advantage of, if it weren’t for Jaime and Ryan. All of their employees were so respectful of our property. Berto, who oversaw our roof and gutter replacement was amazing. He made sure everything was cleaned up….including running the magnetic over the road in front of our house! It’s actually a pleasure to write a Review for once and endorse HisWay Roofing! Tops in my book was the level of communication (and transparency). These guys were very deliberate in making sure we understood the process, the timeline, and the financials…and we never felt pushed at any point. Zach was our Sales and Insurance expert (many thanks - I hate dealing with Insurance), and he served as our single point of contact throughout the project. Zach kept us fully informed, and to say he was On Top of things is an understatement. Berto, who managed the actual installation (and inspected and thoroughly documented and handled cleanup), will continue to support us going forward to address any concerns we might have (and we have None). By the way, Berto has a keen eye for color matching…much appreciated! One of our concerns upfront was our 15 solar panels. That seems to be a showstopper for most roofers…or at a minimum, something WE would have to coordinate. But HisWay considered the deinstall/reinstall a part of their scope and managed it ALL (many thanks). Most importantly, I suppose, we love the finished product! We can wholeheartedly recommend these guys.

Chris worked really hard to get our claim to go through with State Farm. They denied it but he came out and fixed the spots himself at no cost. He always responded whenever I called and always followed up as promised. It is very hard to find ethical companies these days. A+++ service. I try to push for the roof with State Farm, because we have damage, and we are definitely using this company as soon as we can get the insurance to cooperate. Great to work with.

Kevin was very nice and polite. I felt that he was handle himself in a very professional way. I took pictures of my damage and showed me what was wrong and explained what I was looking at.

I had the pleasure of meeting Zach Graham from Hisway Roofing about a week ago. He and his team were in my neighborhood working to drum up business, cold calling, a daunting task in itself. I had told him on my Ring camera (while at work) that my roof had been replace a couple of years ago and that I was good. When I got home, I let my dogs out and he was in the Cul de sac and the dogs went over to him. We started chatting and I saw the GAF sticker on his company vehicle. I told him that was the product they used on my roof and that I was supposed to get a Veterans rebate check and never did. He took my name and number and got back to me quickly (within hours) with all of the information to get the rebate. GAF has been in touch with me and said that I will be receiving a check within 4 weeks. Zach went above and beyond just to help someone. I am sure that he will do the same when it comes to taking care of your roofing need during and after the sale!!

Zach & Berto have been Amazing! I had roof & gutters replaced. I called Zach he arrived & was here on my roof in under 1 hour. He helped with insurance claim, met the adjuster and has been wonderful to work with through the entire process. I had new roof & gutters installed in 3 weeks. Jaime and Berto from Hisway Roofing are awesome. I had two townhome roofs replaced by Hisway. Jaime helped me deal with State Farm Insurance, who threw up every obstacle to try and not fulfill what was a very legitimate claim. Jaime patiently dealt with them over several months. Berto was the onsite project manager; he did a terrific job managing two crews and got both jobs done in a single day (plus a few hours). Afterward, he explained to me everything that was done and fixed some very minor driveway damage without any complaint. Because they are townhomes with shared rooflines, I appreciated how seamlessly Berto tied in the roofs with the neighboring roofs. Lastly, Jaime and his office team packaged up all the materials necessary for me to receive the final checks from State Farm. All in all, I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Hisway!

I had a great experience working with Hisway Roofing for our roof replacement. I used them in the past to do a free roof inspection to check for damage. At that time, there was no damage to our roof and they advised it wouldn't be worth submitting a claim (very honest). After the hailstorm we experienced in May, I thought it best to have another inspection done. Micah and Zack came out promptly and did a free inspection to check for damage. They put together a thorough damage report with pictures highlighting where the damage was and even handled submitting the claim to insurance on my behalf. They had great communication throughout the entire project and kept me in the loop on all of the details and updates. The crew did a fantastic, high quality job on the replacement and it was a pleasure working with the Project Manager, Berto. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my requests and questions were answered. He also did a final walk through to double check the work of the crew and had them correct anything that he thought needed to be addressed. They also did a wonderful job on cleanup and took great care protecting the landscaping during the project. I would use Hisway no questions asked and recommend them to anyone looking to hire a Roofing Company.

I couldn't be happier with my roofing experience. The Hisway team guided me through an unfamiliar process and did all of the heavy lifting, from the first knock on my door to the final handshake. They dealt with the adjuster, battled with the insurance company over my claim, and completed the installation and cleanup with incredible efficiency and professionalism. Along the way, they identified unforeseen complications and repaired them at no additional cost. Like many in our neighborhood, our roof was damaged by the hail storm that came through in May. Hisway worked with our insurance company to get the maximum amount of work approved. The owners and staff were very helpful with the insurance and planning stages. I was super impressed with the install. Very efficient and the clean up crew left my yard pristine with no damage to any plants in the yard. Our gutters were installed the following day and look fantastic. Impressed with the fact that a final quality check was done to ensure the install was done properly and a final scan of the yard for nails. After a hail storm damaged my roof I contacted Hisway, after a recommendation by a neighbor. This was literally one of the easiest damage claims I have ever had. They contacted my carrier, they met with the adjuster for the inspection. They stayed in complete contact throughout the process. On the day of replacement their field manager (Berto) was at my home before the crew arrived to do another inspection and explain the process further. When the job was completed, he was back again doing a clean up and inspection. He informed me that he would be back again to do an even more detailed inspection.
Most definitely would recommend them for your job.
