We were devastated with what happened to our home and did not know what to expect after notifying the insurance co. PuroClean showed up the next day, and from the start explained the process, what was going to happen, and what to expect. Mike, Dave, Chris and Nat knew what they had to do and got at it! True professionals.
Insurance sent out PuroClean for water mitigation, and they were great. They were considerate of our space and time, and they seemed to be minimally intrusive when it came to removing flooring/ceiling areas to allow for drying process.
Not willing to be flexible with getting a crew to come back to finish work that was not completed. Try to schedule a review at 515 pm and the company does not have anyone that works after 5pm. Not very flexible to the customers needs the job that they did in my house. The job was not done properly and a return visit was needed with no luck of scheduling
