Rosanna headed up this team. She was phenomenal and very instrumental from beginning to end with scheduling, organizing everything and just made it happen. She kept in close contact with me pertaining to promised times every step of the way including any delays or changes! Her team, Ashley, Marcos, and Angel never missed a beat!! Not even in this Arizona heat at record high tempatures today! They carefully counted sorted everything from big to small! They were not only very efficient but sensitive to my situation but also very respectful, courteous. They asked questions on everything and if I had any questions or concern to let them know. Followed my instructions on everything even as they were finishing the job started to head out I realized I needed help moving my washer and dryer it was too heavy they jumped off the truck without any reservation and helped me. These individuals need to be commended for their work and going above and beyond. It is times like this when you feel like your world has been turned upside down due to a water Galvinize pipe break and all you can do is cry, that you need individuals that are still human and care. We were in need of someone to move us out of our home to complete and remodel. The team at PuroClean were fantastic. They came in, packed everything and moved it all out of the house carefully. When it was time to move back in the team came back and made the move easy and hassle free. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and showed up when they said they would be here. SHAUN showed up at the hotel suite where we.have been living for the last 3 months and I was very annoyed that they had only sent a kid to do the job that needed to be done. Over the 3 months we had accumulated quite a bit of 'stuff' from our flooded house, including tables, chairs and kitchen appliances.

It took about 2 minutes to see that this guy was a professioal who knew what he was doing. He started by verifying what went with us and what stayed. When he went to work my husband and I were both amazed at the care he took when packing our belongings.

If the rest of this company is as efficient as this young man you can't go wrong.

Highly recommend PuroClean. My insurance agent referred me for my rental property. I live out of state and was only in town for a couple of days. They were quick to schedule, respond, professional, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They were friendly and informative for my tenants and for me to make the best decision. Linda who did scheduling and answered my questions on billing was helpful and quick. Every staff person that came out was extremely kind and informative. I would recommend their services.

I highly recommend PuroClean. They were the only company that called me back on Saturday willing to come out immediately to address an active leak with water and mold damage. They have been out everyday monitoring the remediation process. Their crew is not only professional, but extremely polite and kind. They genuinely care. I’m very impressed by their customer service. As a handyman I get a lot of calls for water damage and I’m very picky about who I refer in the trades. Blais and the PuroClean team ALWAYS get the highest compliments from my clients with water damage. One recent customer called me frantically after another company tried to pressure them into signing a contract for over $30,000 in water damage repairs. Puroclean came out and evaluated the damage, properly remediated the water damage and saved my client $28,220!

I called Blais at PuroClean around 4pm, Blais assured me they would take great care of our property and he swiftly reached out to their team. By 5pm that same day Jack was on his way to take care of our water leak! Jack quickly assessed the situation and gave me an overview of what he was going to do to remedy the situation. Jack worked until about 8pm on our property that night and then called me to tell me about the plan moving forward.
The whole job was wrapped up within a couple of days! We are very satisfied with the service we received from PuroClean and will recommend/use them in the future.

Water from laundry room sink overflowed into laundry room, under stairs storage area, and downstairs bedroom closet. I googled for water damage services in Peoria and came across PuroClean as the first search result plus they had a good rating. Dustin and Bryce arrived one hour after my call, which was on a Saturday 9 days before Christmas. They immediately used their tools to locate the elevated moisture content in the baseboards/walls. They set up multiple fans and a dehumidifier to start drying the affected areas. Dustin estimated the drying process would take three days. Each of those three days, Dustin and his team kept in contact with me and followed up in person. They had to pull off the baseboards to help the drying process. Luckily, they did not have to touch the drywall. Today is day 3. The affected areas are dry and the equipment is gone. Plus, Dustin communicated with our insurance adjuster. Thank you to Dustin and the team at PuroClean for their diligent work, communication, professionalism and knowledge. They brought us hope in this awful situation. I will recommend them to friends and family.

I contacted PuroClean after an unexpected bathroom flood & spoke with Dustin. He was great, very helpful & came the very next morning to access the issue/damage. Very professional, honest & kind. I would definitely recommend PuroClean & Dustin.

This company is so PROFESSIONAL and VERY NICE. They have been to my house almost every day working on my huge mess of a water leak in my kitchen. Taking out cabinets and clearing up Mold and Mildew. So nice and informative. Made sure I knew what they were doing and what to expect. They made sure I was taken care of. I would use them again in a heart beat and recommend them to anyone I can.

We were having new flooring installed in our home. One of the installers pointed out we had a leak under some kitchen cabinets. We called PuroClean and they were there the next morning to remove the ruined cabinets and find our leak. Top notch people. Top notch service.

Last Thursday morning I woke up to my water heater making a spurting sound and a ton of water in the garage. The panic that set in!! After discovering water damage in our laundry room and garage, we needed immediate attention. PuroClean was extremely prompt, professional, courteous, thorough and efficient. Everyone on the PuroClean team was friendly, explained what the process was and how long it would take. They are very good at what they do and we highly recommend PuroClean.

Debi and the Puroclean team were very professional and great to work with. There is never a great time to experience fire damage but their team helped us to understand what steps to take and guided us through the process. We would definitely recommend them!

My homeowners insurance hired them to assess damage from a water supply line that broke off a toilet. They did find and notify me of other, unrelated issues that I was going to have to fix so I was stressing about how I was going to pay for those.
They spent a lot of time measuring areas of the house that were not affected, which I told them were not.
Watch out for these people!! They do work for the insurance company. In the end, the insurance company denied the claim and left me to fix the damage out of my own pocket in addition to the unrelated issues.
I never saw the report or heard from this company again.
Wouldn’t recommend them to clean the city dump.

Only gave them 5 stars because I couldn’t give them more. Terrific service from start to finish. We suffered a major pipe bursting at 5:30 pm the Friday before Christmas; two inches of water throughout the house. Within 3 hours they had a crew out to start the cleanup process. They were there until 1:30 am and back every day until all the water had been vacuumed up. They packed and stored everything in the house and continued the remediation process until the house was dry and mold free. They then brought all our possessions and unpacked them exactly where they had been-including clothing and pictures. Great work, communication, punctuality; everything you could ask for.

We had an awesome experience with PuroClean! They were really here for us when we needed it the most - my moms entire house flooded late Saturday night, so we needed help with the water mitigation and dry out of the entire house fast. I was connected to PuroClean and they took our call in the middle of the night (prob 1am) and their team was at our house at 9am the same day. Incredible! James and every team member at PuroClean was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, hardworking, communicative and very caring during such a difficult time. They worked directly with our insurance company and really helped us understand the entire process along the way. I would highly recommend PuroClean and their awesome team to everyone!

We had extreme water damage in our vacation home. Not being close by, we had to trust the restoration company which was on site. PuroClean Scottsdale did an amazing job getting our place ready for repair. They were great communicators and kept us informed throughout the process. Fast, professional and thorough. I live several states away from a 2 bedroom 2 bath rental unit I own. When extensive water damage was, I was fortunate enough to find PuroClean who acted immediately. They handled the problem and communicated with me each step along the way. Very fair and understanding owners and employees.

Recenty, I had some remodeling done on my property . When the contractors opened the ceiling to replace the sheet rock they found mold from an old roofing leak. I called Puroclean for help. They responded quickly and made sure the mold was cleaned up correctly so we would have not future problems. Overall they were easy to work with, thourough and very professional. I truley hope I will never have to use their services again. However, if I ever find myself in the position of needing a restoration company I will call Debi and Matt at Puroclean!

After a tree fell on our roof during a rain storm, we contacted PuroClean to dry us out. They showed up at daylight and immediately began working. Much to our satisfaction, they had everything dry within a few days. The workers were courteous. They were also careful and very organized. Thanks to their quick response, the damage to the inside of our home was very minimal. Thank you PuroClean!
