I just got a roof replacement done by APlus, and Joe and his crew did an excellent job. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the job. They were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely use this company in the future for my renovation needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who want excellent work done.

I needed work done in my home that had to be done fairly quickly. The guys at A Plus arrived promptly to give me an excellent quote for the job and began the work with hardly and waiting time. The work was done very well and they cleaned up everything after the job was done. They are friendly and very receptive to requests and suggestions as to how I wanted things done. A+ handled the replacement of the industrial rubber roof on an addition of our residential home. Some companies were not prepared to provide the service; others did not bother to call us back. Joey was here on time, provided the services needed at a reasonable cost, had a stellar expert crew, handled required scope changes with ease, and dealt with paperwork efficiently. We will definitely keep A+ on our list of home contractors and are considering tackling some painting jobs we have been avoiding. Great company. Great service.

Joe is amazing. Very straight-forward, great communicator. His crew did my roof, gutters, fascia, soffit, and downspouts (as well as miscellaneous other things around the property). The results blew me away, the black looks so sleek. The entire neighborhood commented on not only how incredible it looks, but also how friendly and professional his crew was. We just started buying rental properties and will definitely be using Joe for all of our renovation needs!!!

Joe did great work on our gutters, repairing a leak. He was responsive and communicative when we first reached out to him. We plan to use him again for future projects.

We had paneling in our family room. Removed the paneling and replaced with drywall. Installed lighting in the ceiling, and installed a new door to the garage. Then painted everything. Beautiful job. I would highly recommend .

Over the last 3 years, we’ve had the same piece of fascia tacked back up by other companies 3 times. A nasty wind storm blew it down again, and we were given 10 days to fix it by our township code enforcement officer, or we’d have to pay a fairly steep fine. Knowing how hard it’s been to get workers out to my brother’s house for various projects, I thought there was no way it would happen, but then I called A Plus and I had a completely reasonable quote 2 days later and the job done by the end of the week with time to spare! Not only was Joey completely professional, punctual, incredibly kind, and funny, he was also great at explaining the work in a way I could completely understand without making me feel like he had to dumb it down. He was nice enough to take a look at an unrelated issue we had while he was here, and he was completely honest about how we’d need to proceed to avoid wasting money. He even got up on the ladder before he left to tighten another fascia panel that he thought looked loose! Joey was so kind to fit us in in a pinch, and the work they did was great. The panel looks better than any of the other times it was put back up, probably because he made us a brand new one, and we feel confident that it will pass inspection! A Plus went above and beyond for us, and we absolutely know who to turn to for our future projects. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

They replaced my whole deck and I could not be any happier, very kind and friendly professional, I liked that I was able to communicate with them and joke around with them, I wanted them to feel welcome at my house. I highly recommend them job well done

After a tree came down on our house & damaged the roof & siding, we contacted Joey at A Plus Painting & Renovations. Joey promptly responded, checked the damage & send out his workers in a very timely manner. They worked for a day & a half until the job was completed. We could not be more pleased. We had very bad wind storms that took off a few shingles on my roof. Joey and company was extremely responsive and did great work. We used A Plus Painting & Renovations to replace our outdoor stairwell wall and install aluminum fencing for safety for our kids. We highly recommend them because they always communicated very promptly, gave us a reasonable quote, and helped guide us with making decisions on our project. It's nearly impossible to find a contractor that checks all the boxes, but these guys do just that. I've been meaning to complete two projects in my backyard for some time, a new deck and replacement of an old retaining wall. I initially inquired only about a new deck, but after discussing and getting quotes for both projects I gladly pulled the trigger. My favorite part of the entire process was the pristine communication. The owner kept me up to date with every aspect of my project. He kept his word and showed up every time he said he would. His crew worked hard and were extremely respectful of my property. I work from home and would step out occasionally to check on progress. They guys were always happy to answer all my questions and I could tell from their explanations that they were skilled tradesmen. I have no doubts that my new additions are built to last. I was concerned about the stone being dumped in my concrete driveway and asked a worker if I could bring out some tarps for them to drop it on. He obliged with no problem, even folded them up neatly and stacked them when they were done moving the stone. When everything was finished up, the owner took extra time to clean up the area and rinse off all my walkways/driveway there were used throughout the week. I don't have a single complaint and won't hesitate to call A Plus first for any future projects.

We used A Plus Painting and Renovations for our recent bathroom remodel. They did a fantastic job and we are super happy with the result. Joey (co owner and project manager) was super communicative and the project finished on time and on budget. We will definitely be using them for all our planned home renovations!

A Plus was easy to work with, prompt, efficient and professional! The team who installed our new roof have a very strong work ethic - they worked for 12 hours straight and only stopped when it was too dark. They came back to wrap up the next day.

Originally hired a different company to pour a concrete patio. Due to lack of communication I had to cancel the contract with them, which left me in a tough situation. I was referred to A+ by family members and 2 days later they came in to do the demo work and prep for the concrete. Throughout the entire process, the communication was great. I received constant updates regarding scheduling and all my questions were answered within minutes of me reaching out. I cannot recommend A+ enough. They saved the day for me and the patio turned out great.

After some very prompt and courteous communication (rare in this field), Joe came out to hang a storm door for us and take a look at a few other projects we need to have completed. He was very professional and personable, the work went smoothly, and the cost was more than reasonable. He looked at our other projects and helped us come up with a plan to knock them out in a timely manner. A Plus is our new go-to company for anything remodel, repair, or replacement related! Their professionalism, quality of work, and dedication to customer communication makes us actually look forward to home repairs and working with them again!

This company ghosted us on a 30k basement project. They never finished the job or responded to us again, repeatedly lied to our faces and told us they had no plans to send further workers before going radio silent. Of the work that was done, we’ve had to redo all of the electrical for safety reasons (lights were arching and metal junction box in ceiling of our shower, outlets wired incorrectly and then just incomplete) along with other poor workmanship. We have come to learn the phrase “spiking” a contract payment schedule as they did this to us, asking in advance for final payment before ghosting us. We’re now left with a partially finished basement that we mostly paid for, not all materials on site and trying to piece it together.

It’s taken months to write this review because the experience was so awful

Update almost a year later - the terrible work this company did continues to haunt us. We have to yet again tear out more to have it replaced. Do Not Hire this company for a big remodel. It’s cost us double in the long run.

Joe and his team were amazing! They painted my entire house on the inside. Their work was extremely detail oriented and they kept my house nice and clean throughout the process. The end result is exactly the way I had envisioned it! I will be having them back later on this summer to stain my deck and playground.

Called because needed a repair to some siding pulled out of place due to storm. They returned our call the same day and came out the next morning to make the repair. I personally appreciate this because I feel like a lot of contractors are only interested in big jobs that make big bucks. It's hard to find someone to do little jobs like this, but small jobs like this are important to customers to avoid more damage.

The son did from what I can tell, a nice job on the roof and retaining wall. I hired the company to install a new bathtub and it was a disastrous process. Firstly, the job took 3 weeks instead of the 2 days quoted. Secondly, the installer didn't install to instructions and use a mortar bed, which caused the tub underneath to begin to crack (they eventually corrected), but the owner gave me attitude to "not micromanage them because they do a professional job".Thirdly, the tub faucet, there was no bracing installed so anytime the shower was engaged, the faucet would pull right out of the surround. Fourthly, the installer literally wedged mud in a 1 inch gap and silicone caulked over wet mud, which ruined the drywall behind and cause the paint to fall off like wallpaper (I had to pay someone to fix it). Lastly, 4 weeks later, I discovered ruined drywall in the garage later to find the whole wall full of rot due to a leak in the tub drain connected to the tub. Asked the owner for their insurance and he refused saying the tub malfunctioned, what a joke.

Joey and his team were great from start to finish. I contacted him for a roofing estimate and he was there the same day. The job was started on the day he said and was done in a timely manner even though the weather wasn’t cooperating much. I would recommend A1 to anyone looking for a reliable contractor. Thanks for a wonderful job!

Joe is an excellent communicator. He was upfront and honest with his answers and explained things. He was also very quick to quote, schedule and complete the work in a very timely manner, keeping me updated throughout. Very trustworthy and polite. You could tell he takes pride in his work. Joe & the guys are awesome to work with, my house looks absolutely beautiful after they ripped out old green carpet & padding and installed new modern floors and baseboards. They are professional but also very personable and great communication. It never felt like a bother to text him with any questions i had. I was able to still go to work while they were working on the house without having to worry about anything. Also the price that was quoted was fair and didnt increase towards the end like some other companies do. Glad we chose them and will do so again for future projects!

I had part of my siding blow free during a wind storm. They were out extremely fast to do some spot repairs and give a quote to replace.

A Plus replaced my roof, painted my 2 story brick house and built a new deck off my kitchen. Love their work! Very reasonable price and very responsible. One of the hardest things to find is contractors who communicate with you. A+ worked with us and communicated every step of the way. With big projects in a pandemic, things fall outside of your control like the lumber delivery taking forever. Joey kept us in the loop the whole time. When we didn't like a design choice, they fixed it. That's what you want from a contractor.
