Monica and crew with puroclean were wonderful. They worked diligently to find the source of odor in my room and resolve the issue. I had contacted another company and they just said they didn’t know the source of the odor and left and then another company never even responded to my request for help.

We had a great experience with Juan and Arik from PuroClean. Juan responded quickly to our request for service and was kind and professional to work with regarding the quote and payment processes. Arik and his partner did a careful and thorough job of removing the mold in our wall. We felt the company charged a fair price - and we were thankful to have gotten money BACK when the work ended up being LESS than was quoted!! So there were no surprise upcharges, which says a lot for the integrity of this company. We are happy to recommend them to others!

I was really worried when I found mold in our attic and bedroom closet. I had no idea how to get it taken care of as I had never dealt with mold. Turned out it was from a leaky roof.
PuroClean was recommended to us and I have to say the whole process was actually very easy.
They had a team come out for inspection and then a removal team who took all the drywall and moldy wet stuff away with them. They then sprayed and cleaned the parts of wood affected and ran a HEPA filter while it all dried overnight.
I enjoyed seeing the process and feel comfortable knowing my room will be mold free.
The employees (For both the inspection and removal/cleaning) were all friendly, courteous and explained exactly what would be happening. 5 stars from me!! Thanks PuroClean.

The same day as our house fire, Beth and her team arrived at our home. They installed air scrubbers, she told us what to expect going forward, and comforted us in ways we did not expect. They cleaned every inch of our home and smoke or water damaged items. They hauled away the items that weren't salvageable. PuroClean took so much stress off of our plate for us! We were still living in the home after the fire and they were respectful of our space, time, and schedules. They worked directly with insurance. Beth and her team literally got my home back in order so we could put our lives back in order. I can't thank them enough!

A Christmas morning water pipe burst saturated the ceiling (and floor) of my two car garage. Juan of Puroclean worked to fit me into the busy schedule quickly, was thorough in his evaluation of the damage, and started mitigation immediately. We had a portion of our carpet soaked by a leak. Our insurance company set up an appointment for PuroClean to repair the damage done to our carpet. PuroClean called us to set up an appointment...the next day they were here!!! PuroClean assessed the situation & repaired the damage! No more bad smelling carpet & carpet is dry. The moisture is gone!

Employees from PuroClean came out to my house after our basement flooded. They elevated a lot of the things in the basement off the concrete, brought in fans and a dehumidifier, and measured moisture levels in the wood to see what needed to be tore out and replaced. They mopped with a solution that helped prevent any mold from starting and did an overall great job when coming back to check on the status of the moisture levels and removing drywall that was too wet.

These guys were amazing. Came over the next day, were an absolute joy working with and are in communication with our insurance so it hopefully will not be fully on us.

My basement flooded in a recent rain storm. I've never been through a disaster like this and didn't know whether to cry or what. They showed up immediately and, in the beginning, were very reassuring. They talked me into letting them take my personal items from my basement that were wet. They said this is protocol. They take my things, that aren't ruined, to their warehouse to dry them all out and then return them to me. In the moment, it made sense, so I let them take everything, including my absolute favorite possession, my 12 ft. Christmas Tree. She explained to me, "oh we have a ton of space, we will take every single piece out of the boxes and dry them out, and then you get them right back". We knew the tree was fine from the flood, but it did need dried out so mold wouldn't set in. Long story short, they stole it. When I asked for it back, they had no record of it. In fact, they didn't keep any record of the things they removed from my basement. They sent me some pictures they took, but none of the pictures showed my items clearly. There was no itemized list of items, nothing in writing from them at all. They just kept reassuring me "don't worry, we take care of everything". I trusted that and lost my possessions. They didn't return anything to me or even call me to discuss the items they were "drying" out because clearly, that's not their business. It's to steal your items that might be of value and expect you to just get a settlement from your insurance company and walk away. I am so disappointed, more so, in myself, for believing that these people really were trying to help me. Just want to put this out there though, so it doesn't happen to anybody else. I'm sure my items of value were sold for profit and that is disgusting!

Puroclean came out promptly and measured everything in my basement that might have been damaged. They gave me advice on what to do next and let me know they can help at any point... great job... Payne and Brown insurance referred me and said this is who to use... I see why... They said If I do what they told me that I do not need to use their service.

PuroClean was so great to work with. They got out to our house very quickly to assess the damage and in the same day, had their mitigating team out to start drying up quickly. I feel like there was less damage because they responded so quickly. The 2 people that came out to dry were very responsive, communicated with me and worked with my schedule. They were professional and polite. I would highly recommend them and if something like this were to happen again, they would be my first call.

I had a huge water leak that flooded my basement due to a main sewer line break in the middle of the street. I was told that they would help me but had to get a plumber in there first before they would drain my basement or do any work. I did the work myself didn't even need a plumber so thanks for saving me a bunch of money for your services. You won't get my business in the future should the need arise! Yes it was the Delaware office that I was connected to. I am well aware you are not a plumber I called YOUR company to remove the standing water in my basement. The reason I am not in your system is because YOUR company never even bothered to come out let alone take my information. The only reason I even called YOUR company was because my insurance company gave me a list and you were on it. So this review is completely accurate.

From the moment we met with Jim and Monica, I felt completely at ease about having PuroClean take on our job. Not only were they kind and professional, they were very sympathetic to our circumstances and more than willing to accommodate any need we had. The work was completed by the highly respectful, thorough and professional team of Christina and Tori. Even though we were in the middle of a horrible situation, the team was very kind and understanding and put us at complete ease, all while doing a grade A job of restoring our home back to pre-fire condition. We had such a wonderful experience with everyone at PuroClean and consider them family. I would rate them higher if I could.

From the initial inspection through the remediation process to the final inspection, PuroClean Delaware was great to work with. Very refreshing to deal with an honest company. They came to my home and inspected my basement for mold at my request. After the inspection, they concluded I had the problem under control and no services were required. How many companies are so upfront with you and don't sell you a product you don't need. This is the folks you should call to determine your needs.

HVAC system overflowed the condensation pan and collapsed a section of my sister and brother-in-laws ceiling. The crew from PuroClean was flexible with meeting me at the house to remove the water from the hard wood floors and walls. David when the extra mile for me and removed an extra small section of stained drywall and insulation just to make sure there was no further issues. I can't thank him enough for saving me the labor. His expert job even made for a quick and painless virtual review with the insurance adjuster!

Had an issue with the clean up crew trying to steal some of our items. Plus they have had all of our water damaged photos for a month and was told last week they're were almost done and just told today that they haven't even started the process it. When we talk to them it like they don't know what we're talking about. VERY unprofessional and unreliable.

I was delighted they did a thorough job and David works full throttle. Polite knowledgeable and answers all my questions. The two fellows who came to my house didn’t talk or play music they just worked. I actually enjoyed having them here.

I have only great things to say about David and Dylan.They were both reliable and did job well! I always had a lot of questions and they answer all with full explanation. They always respected my home and took care of things that they needed to move. They worked with my schedule and was very understanding of me being upset because my house was so damaged. I trust and respect Dylan and David's professional opinion and would recommend them to anyone.

At 8pm we realized our sump pump had stopped working and had flooded our 1000 sq ft finished basement. Our insurance agent recommended we contact PuroClean and they came out the next morning at 8am and worked until about 2pm ripping up the carpet pad, removing damaged property, cleaning, etc. 3 huge humidifiers and about 18 large fans were set up to dry the area. Someone came each day to check the numbers. Basement was dry in 3 days and due to the quick response PuroClean was able to salvage the carpet, baseboards, drywall, cabinets, etc. Everyone was professional and communication was great. Would definitely recommend their services for anyone experiencing water damage.
