Joe assisted us with replacing some siding to our home after a recent storm. He was in regular communication with us leading up to scheduling the work. He charged a fair price and did great work. I would highly recommend A Plus Roofing and Exteriors.

I contacted A+ roofing approximately one week ago. Joe told me that he would arrange to come over this week and take a look at the issue with my attic fan. We scheduled an appointment for 9:30 AM this morning and Tim, his employee, arrive promptly, assessed the issue, and thought that they could probably resolve the problem later today. Joe contacted me shortly thereafter and set up an arrival time of between 1:30 and 4 PM.
Tim arrived at 1:30 and replaced the attic fan. Left here about five minutes ago which would be 3:10 PM. The fan is installed and working, and I am most satisfied with the promptness and quality of A+ Roofing’s work and highly recommend them.

Joe came to look at my roof the day I called and had it repaired in a couple of days. Fast friendly service at a fair price.

We called Joe to get an estimate for our siding repair and he answered right away and set up a time to come out less than 24 hours later. He was honest and offered to repair for a reasonable price. He provided us with things to look out for that will need addressed in the future but he could have told us it wasn't worth repairing and tried to sell us on a whole replacement. He did the repair right on the spot and it looks fantastic. He looked at a few other things we wanted to get estimates on and he was personable and helpful. Had four quotes before A-Plus. All saying I needed a new roof. When Joe came out to look at my roof, first question was “why you think you need a new roof?” I said because everyone else is saying it! I had Joe do a roof inspection on a new home purchase and he was thorough, Joe found things the home inspector missed. I did not have to wait long for the inspection either. Highly recommend.

Joe came out to my house to look at a potential issue with our roof over our porch. After looking over the concern, he explained that it was an issue due to all the ice we had this winter and that it is not a concern with any rain. He suggested a few things I could try first on my own to fix the issue, and some things to look for afterward to ensure my fixes took. I had my roof replaced 2 years ago and it has had several problems. The guy I originally hired did a couple of fixes but then just disappeared. What started out as a leak exposed the need to replace my whole flat roof. I called a couple people to give me estimates and went with A Plus because of their great customer service and knowledge. First time ever getting a new roof, the owner of A Plus Roofing was very helpful and made this very easier process. His team was on time and made quick work of removing the old roof and getting the new one in place. Very happy with the new roof and would recommend them to others.

My wife and I referred to Joe with A Plus Roofing when our roof started leaking. We had another company come check it out too; both them and Joe said our roof looked way older than it was. Cap shingles on our roof blew off in a storm and we knew this issue needed addressed sooner than later. After many failed attempts over several months to find a contractor to come out and look at our damage, we saw Joe at a picnic a few days ago. Joe and his crew replaced an old porch roof and really poorly laid out gutters. After 2 days of work they were done and the very next day we had an epic downpour. The flooding on the porch we'd had before was finally gone!
Not to mention they left the yard and sidewalks completely clean-not a spec of debris in sight. While we hope we won't need any work done for a while, we will certainly reach back out when we do.
