VCR did an excellent job, and literally went out of their way to get to our property. Communication was always prompt and they did the work by-the-book (County Inspections ensuring proper installation) and at a fair price. Unlike some contractors, they also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Will definitely consult with VCR for any future projects. I don't often give 5 star ratings, but they definitely deserved this one. A pleasure to do business with.

Valerio Construction and roofing is the real deal. After waiting three months for another company to give me an adjustment quote. I decided to call Valerio construction and spoke with Luis and this was the best move I did. Luis was really honest and straightforward. He did everything and his power to work with me. When the guys came down to start work, they were on time And provided the highest quality of work. They made sure to remove every nail from the roof and applied Shingles correctly. I found Valerio Construction & Roofing on Tom Martino’s Referral List while looking for a reputable contractor for the framing modifications, fascia repair, and roof replacement of my home. After calling several contractors, leaving messages with no responses, I was able to get through to Luis, the owner of Valerio on the first call.

Luis, made the trip all the way up to my home in Victor and gave me ‘to the penny’ estimates for the work. Luis was then able to get me on his schedule immediately before a big snowstorm moved in. His team was swift to get the building permits from the City of Victor and within days, Luis and his crew came up in full force to do the work. The work that Luis himself and his crew provided was high quality, clean and in conformance work that was finished in a timely manner. Inspections passed with flying colors and I was very impressed with how well Luis’ crew cleaned up after the work was done as I couldn’t find a single roofing nail in the perimeter of my home making it safe for the tires and my dogs’ paws. Luis uses only top tier material for his jobs and does not skimp or try to cut corners. In addition, billing was fair, correct, and frictionless.

I am a very satisfied and grateful customer of Valerio that will return for any future home renovations on my home. Thank you Luis and your team for the great workmanship.

This is the first time I have used Valerio Construction and Roofing and it doesn't look like it will be the last. I got their name off of the Pikes Peak Regional Building Dept. as being in good standing and I saw the Google reviews. I am giving yet another 5 stars. VCR has always been up front with me about things and estimates were fair and fair on things that always seem to happen along the way with an older house. They showed up to estimate on time, showed up to work on time and they work hard with a good attitude. Very kind and respectful. I felt like I could trust Luis the first time I met him as he stepped up on my porch. I still feel that way. THANK YOU VCR!

They did a great job with our roof and window trim, etc. Luis was responsive when we had questions and explained everything throughout the process. When some minor things didn’t look right, he fixed them immediately. You get what you pay for and they do A++ work. The work was impeccable for maybe slightly more than other quotes but very competitive. We had a time crunch and he was able to start right away and finished exactly when he said they would. He also came back and did some minor work we needed done on the weekend cause we were moving out of state. Would definitely recommend and use again if we stayed in CO.

After much searching and reading many reviews for a reputable and honest roofing contractor, I found Valerio Construction & Roofing, This company was listed on Tom Martino's Service Provider Referral List. After reaching out to 5 Roofing Companies to get and estimate after our crazy hail storms, Valerio was the first one to quickly respond back to me. Like most people I had many questions and concerns, Quality, Insurance, Warranty, deposits, out of pocket, timeframe, etc. After meeting with the owner, he addressed all of my concerns in writing, and I had a clear understanding of the scope of work, considering the damage to Roof, Window frames, damaged paint siding, Removal and Reinstall Solar Panels, all of which I wanted to deal with one company. To add to the complexity of the projects, I also wanted an estimate to replace a 25 year old wood Patio Deck. We decided to move forward with all the projects. Each project was done in a Satisfactory manner, Not only was there always an open line of Communication with the Owner, He was working along with his team most days. Before and after each project was completed, his office updated me with the Status of each project as well as took care of all of the Permits, Insurance Forms, Request for additional Funds as well as coordinated Solar Panel Removal. Workers paid attention to detail, Secured gate Daily, Cleaned up Daily and always friendly. The back patio deck far exceeded our expectations, even had an underneath gutter system installed to stay dry below. I will continue to use this company and recommend Valerio Construction to my Friends and Neighbors, Thank you Luis to you and your Team.

Luis Valerio and his company, VCR, did an excellent job in replacing the entire section of our fence. This is not the first construction project that he has done for us. Luis always communicates in a timely manner. The construction personnel are courteous and professional. The job was completed and the job site cleaned up and left in better condition than it was when they began. The quality of their work and expertise is readily evident when people passing the site inquire as to the name of the company who did the work. We have recommended them to friends with no hesitation.

We had a great experience with Luis and VCR with our basement finish. The estimate was reasonable and transparent. Anytime a new potential cost came up (like updates to bring things up to code with our existing ducting), Luis let us know in advance and discussed options and costs. They were quick, clean, and did great work. They were great to have in the house and were very friendly and kind. A few things needed touching up after they finished and they came back out to, for example, re fit the toilet. We will 100% use them again!

Just had my deck redone by them, excellent work! It took a little longer than originally thought, but they were quick to fix a problem that popped up during the construction. Highly recommend!

VCR did a complete kitchen remodel for us. Prior to the remodel, I hated my kitchen. My new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. We had VCR remove and replace the outside tile by the front door and had them remove the old, ugly concrete from the front of the house and new concrete poured in its place. The front of the house looks 200% better. We had concrete poured in the basement of our house as well. VCR did an absolutely wonderful job for us. The owner Luis and his staff are not only very professional but they know the work and how to do it correctly. I couldn’t have had a different company do a better job than VCR did for us.

If you are looking for an honest, professional general contractor, look no further. From start to finish Luis kept us informed on the status of our deck project with consistent communication, insisted on inspections and permits and delivered our project on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier and will definitely use him again in the future!

With the recent wind we have had, my house suffered from some shingle loss on the roof ridge and Valerio Construction and Roofing came out quickly and fixed the damage for me. Luis gave me a fair estimate and fixed the roof with no delays. I am very happy and thankful.

I can't say enough good things! Replaced essentially my entire chimney exterior. It looks amazing. Fair price. Done in a timely manner with inspections, painting, dry time, etc. Will be using them in the future for any work I may need done!

We’ve lived in our house for over two decades and have gone through various construction type projects. As our house and shed where once again in deed of painting and now trim repair, I once again started my search as my previous painters weren’t worth anything for follow-on business. I decided to look for someone on the Tom Martino’s (a consumer advocate out of Denver) referral list in hopes of finding someone in Colorado Springs. I was thrilled to find Louise from Valerio Construction & Roofing. He was timely, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was completely amazed by the workmanship I had received. The house is washed, debris in the way removed; light fixtures are hand rails are removed. If the items removed weren’t properly attached at the beginning, they will be by the time Louise is done. Our shed door, which had to be virtually slammed shut from the day of purchase years ago, had various pieces of trim that required replacing. By the time Louise was done, the shed door could be closed with a push of a finger. Louise stands behind all the work him and his company perform. My wife and I are tickled pink and extremely happy with Louise and his company and would not hesitate recommending him to anyone for good, quality work. Hats off to you Louise!

Luis was great to work with, he did a bathroom remodel and outside house painting. Luis always explained what was happening and what materials were being use. We are extremely satisfied with everything he did and would use him again on our next project. He was a pleasure to work with and was always up front with you. I highly recommend him.

Finally, FINALLY! A professional and reliable contractor in the Pikes Peak region! Luis Valerio performed a deck refurbishment for me after the original contractor did a shoddy job. Valerio Construction showed up on the exact day they said they would, finished on the day they said they would, kept in constant contact with me throughout the job, was always on-time and delivered professional results. I couldn't be happier. They treat your home as though it was their own! I would recommend Valerio to anyone who is seeking the dependability that I've described here!

Over the years, Valerio Construction has successfully completed several major projects on my home ranging from a roof replacement to a massive PEX re-piping of all my home's water lines. Luis Valerio is a good man, an honest man, a solid citizen. He always explains to me the steps that he will take to meet my requirements for the project and provides a written detailed estimate. Luis treats me with respect and is always willing to "work" with me. Most recently Luis completed repairing and installing a new privacy fence. His crews arrive on time. They are courteous and professional, ask for feedback on their work and answer all my questions. All projects have exceeded my expectations and have been completed on time and within the estimate. I have recommended Valerio Construction to several friends; all have agreed, Luis and his team are the ones to complete their projects. I highly recommend Luis and JemRose.

I can not say enough good things about this company. Luis was very thorough explaining the whole process. He waited 4 hours one day for a very late insurance adjuster. He handled the insurance and made sure they paid for everything that needed fixed. His crew was on time and professional. They did a great job and when they left they did a thorough job cleaning up. He went above and beyond what I expected. I will be using this company again in the future.

Amazing service. Very friendly. Incredibly easy to work with. They did a fantastic job on our floors and counter tops. Then we hired them again when our bathroom got water damage and needed to be remodeled. Don't look any further. This is the one. Trust me.

Hey Jemrose & Luis!

I've started writing this a few times and always get distracted. Still in the middle of a move haha!

I didn't know what I wanted as far as material goes and when I contacted Jemrose she immediately jumped in to introduce me to a beautiful selection! If I wasn't sure about something she had other gorgeous suggestions for our needs. We LOVE the countertops! The sink installed is perfect for EVERYTHING! Including bathing our little guy! I just adore this company and the honest service they provided all around.

Luis did an absolute beautiful installation of granite and a porcelain tile flooring. They are the focal point of this home now & I honestly I can't speak on the quality of product and beauty of his work enough! I will include photos from our realtor soon!!! Some professional shots haha

He was also very kind and so were his crew. Very respectful and always wore their masks which is very important to our family. We didn't even have to ask for anyone to wear one and didn't have to have an awkward conversation which I appreciate haha Just totally respectful and personable!

I also want to note that we are in a middle of a move across states and we had to leave before the contract date was up. We entrusted the key to our HOME to Luis while we moved. We don't trust just anyone especially with a loved kitty running about too.

A wonderful family owned business. The bidding process was fair, construction and finishes were very high quality, and the interactions with the owners were very positive. They performed a wide-range of work very well. From installing a new patio cover, to demo, to the general remodel and painting, they were great. I plan on working with them in the future to remodel our bathrooms. Great job Valerio Construction!

I first hired Luis in Dec., 2018 after moving to CS and buying a home here, and have called on him many times since then. He is an incredible craftsman, and his work is impeccable. He keeps up-to-date with codes and secures permits as needed. His first job for me was finishing two rooms where there were only bare studs before. The second major job was replacing nine windows. The third major job was cutting out walls (exterior) to create two new windows. I then had him install an electrical outlet and water faucet on the upstairs deck, and paint the deck, railings, and stairs. There have been numerous small jobs mixed in as well. The only negative I can say about Luis is that he often miscalculates his arrival time - add about an hour! He is definitely my go-to home person, and I will continue to call on him in the future. Plus, a wonderful trait: Luis loves to work, and is always smiling and happy! Two thumbs up!

Valerio Construction did an outstanding job on our home. During a recent hail storm our house suffered a significant amount of damage - roof, gutters, facia, screens, paint, wood staining. Luis and his team were able to address all of the issues, and do so exceptionally. He was continuously in communication and made himself available to us at all times during the process. Additionally, he dealt directly with the insurance company on some additional issues not addressed during the adjusters inspection. Luis was able to document what was needed, and presented those to the insurance company for their approval. Overall the job did not only meet our expectations, it exceeded them. I will be happy to use them again if ever needed.
