After a poor experience with another local company, dealing with Robbie (salesman) and Chris (site manager) from Premier was amazing. They were professional, prompt on every appointment, easy to contact. They showed up with a full crew, did a beautiful job on my roof, and left my yard completely clean. 10/10 would use them again in the future, already recommended them to friends and family.

Jimmy and the rest of the team were phenomenal. We had them custom fabricate (and install) a new chimney cap and it came out incredible! Definitely a show stopper in the neighborhood. A recent late afternoon microburst downed several trees, one going through the roof, of my elderly parents home. Jake and Jimmy came out promptly, assessed the damage and got to work removing the giant limb from the roof. They were meticulous with documenting the damage, but worked with an efficiency of experienced professionals to clear the debris and get the damage temporarily covered until it could be further assessed for repairs. It has been a very long time since I’ve come across employees and a company with as much heart and compassion as Premiere Roofing, Jake and Jimmy. Many thanks for saving my sanity!

I had a few doubts when told I should replace my roof. Jimmy never tried selling me anything. Even offered to make a few repairs on the existing roof. Once the old roof came off, I did in fact, have issues and had needed to replace the existing roof. Jimmy and Chris were on the job constantly watching and supervising the workers making sure it was installed properly. Heavy rain interrupted the work but they made sure they only took off what they could put back on that day. They even brought in a second crew to get it done. Jake was there as well making sure material was on the job. The clean up began as soon as the work began and they never stopped cleaning up behind themselves as the work progress. I have already referred Premier to a dear friend as I am completely satisfied with the job that was done. Expensive, but what nowadays isn’t?

Mr. Fincher came in to my shop today for company apparel. Since he represents a roofing company I asked questions as I think the time is coming up to replace mine within a year or so. Premiere Roofing did a great job of making needed repairs to our roof in Orangeburg - recommending solutions to issues we have had with leaks around the chimney to permanently eliminate the leaks. They also recommended improvements on our bay window. All of these improvements should have been done when the house was built - let alone when the shingles were replaced 6 years ago by another roofer. We are very pleased with their work and will recommend them to our son when he replaces his roof next year in Irmo.

They did a quality job and were very professional and kept me informed from quote to completion. Premiere Roofing came out and did a great job on my new roof yesterday! Within one day they removed the old roof, installed the new roof and cleaned everything up. The experience was great from start to finish. The quote was provided within a few days of submitting my request allowing me to accept it and get on the books. Once permits were ready and supplies were ordered, I was provided a window of when the project would be started. Contact was made several times after providing me with an exact start day and time. I was contacted two days prior explaining when and where my supplies would be delivered. The crew showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule and started working. Jake and Chris were both on site and answered any questions I had during the day. The entire crew worked hard and accomplished it all within a day! I was shocked to return home and the yard looked as if they were never here. Everyone involved from the initial contact was professional & polite. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company is definitely worth recommending to any customer looking for honesty and integrity! They did great work and took pictures of everything, so that we could see before and after. They explained everything that needed to be done beforehand, sent us a quote, as well as explained what was going on with our roof in Lehman’s terms as we say. The one thing that struck me is they didn’t try to tell us we needed things we didn’t need, such as a new roof. We did have things on our roof that were rusted and some areas that needed replacing, to extend the longevity and stability of our roof. We truly appreciated the assistance with that. They were prompt, courteous, and kind. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Roof looks beautiful! Came when they said they would and finished a day and a half early. Cleaned up everything. Jake did a lot of extras to make the roof look nice and was very easy to work with.

We were also "victims" of the hail storm, we had no clue that hail could do that much damage. There was a flyer left in our mailbox for a free inspection, so we went for it. Jimmy came out the next day and went over the roof of the house and workshop. Both had sustained damage and were in need of replacing. Premier Roofing helped me knock out so many of my needs for my new home. They replaced my roof, windows, and gutters. I needed some referrals for other services and they helped me with that as well. We are extremely happy with our decision to have Premier Roofing replace our roof. We had to dodge some weather but Chris always communicated how the job was going. If rain was threatening, the roof was completely protected. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.

Premier Roofing provided a 5-star experience. In 2023 I had a different company replace my roof but I was not satisfied with the results. My mom recommended Premier Roofing and they were able to correct all the issues that resulted from the prior replacement. Needless to say I should have gone with Premier in the first place.

Jimmy Brown, the sales associate I worked with, walked me through the entire process, took photos of the issues he saw upon the initial inspection, and explained the reason for the various parts of the roof, and why they would be replacing it. I felt involved and informed.

The office staff were amazing and provided answers to any questions I had, or they happily got me in touch with the person who could best answer them. They also handled obtaining the necessary permits required by my county.

On the day of installation, Bill Mains, the residential superintendent on site, oversaw the installation. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. They made sure to clean the area of the debris of the old room. At the end of the day, they made sure to go over every area to pick up and dispose of any residual trash that may have accumulated during the day.
