They’re good. Rick was a fine person to work with. Their workers’ craftsmanship was decent and I haven’t had any issues with my roof. Only criticism is the post work cleanliness leaving roofing debris outside the home. Didn’t take long to clean up though.

All of the details were gone over and handled in a professional manner. They did the whole roof in one long day. The roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

We had a new roof installed by these guys and gals 6 or so months ago. We couldn't be happier. They held their dates, installed our roof in a timely manner, and cleaned up all nails and trash. After the install they made follow up calls to make sure all was still in check and that we were happy.

Although my roof does not need assistance at this time, Roofing Educators will be who I choose when that time comes. Summer Bowse was incredible with conducting a thorough inspection in a timely manner and being honest when it came to my roof condition. Not only that, but Summer also educated me on how to detect signs of damage and provided knowledge on how my roof will be affected if gone untreated In the future. Summer took her time to educate me on the process from start to finish leaving me feeling confident for when the time comes for repairs. It’s not often that I come across someone who thoroughly explains the process from start to finish leaving me with confidence instead of fear. Anyone who does need a roof, or has questions - i highly recommend Roofing Educators- they will not disappoint!!

Roofing Educator was a savior. We did not know we had any storm damage and we didn't know insurance would cover a new roof, siding, gutters, down spouts, facia, or soffit. They led the way during the entire insurance and installation process. My experience with the company was great. Clear communication throughout the whole process.

After a hail storm went through my area, Roofing Educators helped get the roof evaluated and contacted my insurance company. They were very helpful until I signed the check over to them. From that point on there was no communication. The shingles were installed on a Friday. I had many concerns over the way they looked. I called the sales representative, the sales manager Tyler, and finally got a call back from Marcus the foreman. He was to look at the shingles “first” thing Monday morning. At 2:30 he called to say he was helping his wife and could come look at the shingles later in the week. Two months and one day later, Rick came to look. He said there was a problem with the way the shingles were laying. He will come back in 6 months to see if it looks any better. Thank you installers for nicely stacking up 5 bundles of left over shingles on my grass for me to move. I so wanted this to be a great experience but it has not been at all. I do hope that Rick will be back in 6 months. If so I will edit my review. Thank you Rick for trying to make this better!

Roofing Educators excited my exceptions from start to finish. Their excellent communication and attention to detail was second to none. I highly recommend this company.

Roofing educators completely replaced my roof due to storm damage, we now have a strong wind and impact resistant roof and accessories. They started at the scheduled time and four days later they had completely removed my original roof and replaced it with the new roofing.
My only issue was with their house keeping. They returned twice after roof completion to clean debris from gutters and one time to collect nails from the grass around my house. Gutters are clean now but we are still finding nails, If they tightened up on housekeeping I would rate them at five stars, but we do have a first class roof that earned us a discount on home owners insurance.

Very good customer service! I had some storm damage on my roof that I needed immediate attention too and Tyler (owner) was able to perform a free inspection and long story short, I got a brand new roof due to him working with my insurance company! All for the price of my deductible!

Used this company for full roof replacement. I believe we should have paid attention to some signs that things may not go right. One was the communication was not there after Jamal came and picked up the insurance check. Two my husband and I had to keep calling him to see when we would get on schedule to get the work done. Finally got the work done which was over a month later once he picked up the check. Once work was done we thought we would not have any more problems. But we did the first heavy rain we had water starting coming in on an area where there was no problem in the home. My husband and I have sent several pictures and tried to get the problem fixed and still no answer or no resolution. I personally would not recommend this company to anyone especially since they are not trying to rectify the issues. We actually have more damage to the interior of the home than before the roof was done. Below are pictures after the roof replacement water is coming in on an area that was not having issues before. Hope this helps someone before they choose this company.

After being denied the first time. By my insurance company. After a recent storm with wind and hail, Burrage Roofing helped me get brand new roofing, siding, and gutters. Great communication and now my house looks awesome! My house now looks brand new! Awesome company to work with, and they take the stress out of your hands by communicating with your insurance company! Definitely recommend Burrage Roofing!

I was extremely satisfied with this company. Rick Brister was an amazing man to work with. He helped make the entire process seamless and explained all of the ins and outs of the process. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing done. The installers were very nice and even did some extra work we weren't expecting done. Joey and Rick was beyond amazing communicating with me due to my parents don’t really speak English. They made the process so easy dealing with our home insurance and HOA. They were patient and kind with my parents. I have never dealt with anyone with exceptional customer service. They explained everything thoroughly and easily for us to understand how the process works.

From the first day we met Tyler Shockley when he stopped at our house to now... he has been everything anyone would love to have from Roofing Educators. Absolutely professional, respectful and helpful in answering every question we have had for him. We have already recommended to our friends to reach our to him with their roofing issues/questions. Very professional company with professional people. Rick and Joe were excellent to work with, and I didn't have to do much on my part because they took care of everything. They met with the insurance adjuster and inspected the roof so I didn't have to take time off work. Rick is very transparent with any and all information. I had never made a claim so Rick walked me through the process and was a pleasure to work with. Joe is the man with the plan when it comes to repairs! He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond what I had expected. This is definitely a go to company and highly recommended!

Joe and Tyler were AMAZING! They worked with us after finding out we had storm damage. Joe made sure he let me know every single step of the process and even offered to come by and clean my gutters if I needed them done, I declined but the fact that he asked makes him awesome. The crew who did the roof was super fast and there was no mess left behind. They even moved my wife’s hanging plant out of harms way. Super easy, super fast and all around GREAT group to work with. 10/10 would use them again in the future! Only down side about this is Joe is a Phillies fan!!

My wife and I were very pleased with the work and finished product. We only had one issue, which was minor, was immediately addressed and resolved in a timely manner. My Service Rep, Rick Brister, and Field Supervisor, Joseoh Sheehan, were a joy to work with. Over all I have no complaints.

From the first day we were sold! As new homeowners we were super skeptical with any upgrades since my husband owns a home remodel company (doesn't do roofs) we tend to be cautious because we know the ropes. Anyway the entire team has been amazing from start to finish. Always a text away with updates. Constant communication. Super knowledgeable and schooled us in so many ways.Roof was done today 6/27 and I'm like a kid on Christmas...love how it turned out! The crew was amazing, polite and cleaned up like it was their own house. I really enjoyed them at my home! I would never leave such a lengthy review but I promise these guys are worth it! It's hard to find honest people these days and these guys are the real deal. I hope you give them a chance when choosing a new roof...you'll Iove them!

Amazing all most too good to be true of a company. They did everything for us with minimal paperwork and great service. Joey and Rick are exceptional. Highly recommend

All around wonderful people. Everyone that we spoke with was very profession and geniun. Communication was very open, we were also encouraged to call anytime with any questions we might have.

Rick and Tyler came by to do an inspection of the roof on there own plus the one with the insurance people and dealt with most of the isurance side of things too. Also Rick later came by the house with samples to choose from and sat down with us to go over the paper work side to make sure we were all on the same page along with getting dates that worked best for us. Joey came by during the install and made sure things were going smoothly. I had concerns about the dogs that he handle with ease and took the time to talk with me about other home remodeling projects we both have going on plus offered helpful advise/tools with those non-roof related projects.

All these guys, Rick, Tyler and Joey go above and beyond for their clients and make real contections because they truely care about the people they are working with.
