I watched them do neighbors’ roofs across the street in one day and was impressed. Several months later I scheduled an appointment and they came to check my roof and give an estimate quickly. They helped me understand the process of working with insurance, were honest, professional and very communicative. I loved getting drone updates of progress throughout the day. My roof and gutters look great. Clean up was amazing.

We have lived in our home for 24 years. During that time we have replaced the shingles and put solar panels on the roof. We have had multiple issues with leaking due to improper flashing around our chimney, improper solar bracket installation, and a pipe collar seal fail. We had multiple people repair these leaks over the years. We knew we needed a new roof but had a hard time finding a roofer who wanted to remove the panels. They removed our solar panels and replaced all the rotted and wrong sized wood. I could not be happier with the phenomenal work. They worked hard to make sure everything was done right! You can see just how bad it was and how great it turned out!

Hometown roofing did a great job on my roof. I needed a lot of wood replaced on my house, carport and shed. Kyle came out assessed the damage and gave me a quote quickly. The work was completed quickly and they did a great job of clean up. The crew was friendly and polite. From the initial call until after my repair nothing but great service. Sergio was great! Had missing shingles all over my roof after a storm. He took a look at what I needed and laid out all my options in front of me. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had Hometown Roofing recommended to me when I started looking at getting quotes for a new roof. Sergio was quick to respond and awesome to work with. No pressure to sign the contract and kept in touch until I was ready. He made the whole process easy to understand. Once everything was signed he had me on the schedule for the following week. Great turn around time. His crew showed up early on the morning of the job and did a great job. Everything was done and cleaned up before they left. Sergio and his crew did a wonderful job replacing the roof on our house after our previous roof experienced significant hail damage. From the first day I met with Sergio, I could tell that he is extremely knowledgeable about roofing and the insurance claim process. On the day of the replacement, the crew showed up on time and quickly started to tarp off the perimeter of our home to keep everything clean. Within about 3 hours, the old roof was completely removed, and the new roof was being installed. The crew was very efficient and finished the job almost 2 hours ahead of schedule. The new roof looks beautiful, and everything was cleaned up and returned exactly as we left it. After the work was completed, Sergio provided us with drone video and photos of the new roof and explained how the warranty works. We couldn't have asked for better service. Replacing my roof had not been on my to do list. But TS Helene had other ideas. When a neighbor's tree fell on my house my first call was to my insurance co, then a tree removal service, then Hometown Roofing. I called HR on a Saturday, got an immediate answer to my call and an appointment with Dan, a sales rep, for the following Monday. Dan assessed the situation and a few days later met with the insurance adjuster to evaluate the scope of work needed. Dan was a huge help to me in navigating the details of both the insurance world and the roof replacement. When the day came to install the new roof, Harrison and his team of very talented and efficient workers descended onto my roof for a full day of perfectly orchestrated demolition and restoration. I can’t thank Hometown Roofing enough for the amazing job they did on our roof and windows that were damaged during the June 10 storm. From helping out the day after the storm with the tarp over the hole in our roof to mitigate further damage to the countless phone calls with questions, as this was the first time we had damage this extensive. As well as Kyle or Dan showing up for inspections throughout the 3 1/2 month process, insuring we were represented fairly as our insurance company drug on. They tripple checks their workmanship after job is done and make sure your completely satisfied. Warranty is extremely good so no worries for many decades. My experience with hometown roofing went very well from start to finish. The owner came out and got on the roof of my home and assessed the cost for replacing the existing shingles and ridge vent along with other work that I needed to have done. The estimate was given to me very quickly, the work was started and completed with the roof on the same day and the cleanup was also done very well. This company is also on the premier list for Owens Corning roofing which is the materials I chose to use on my home. The owner Kyle is very attentive and very informative of the whole process of having the work done. And this company does business the old way where they stand behind their word and their word is the name of their company!

You need Hometown Roofing! They were very detailed in their bid and upfront about any changes so you were aware of that is going on. Prices are fair and the quality is unmatched. The roofers showed up at 6am shaft with first shingle off at 6:10am. Completely don’t by 4pm with no mess left behind.

I had my roof replaced last year from another company and have had several issues due to the installation team (no fault to the previous company). With this now being the second or third repair, out of frustration I called and scheduled Hometown Roofing to come out to repair the roof so that I am able to the sell the home. When I called they were able to get me scheduled the next day with Sergio Mendes. When I explained the situation, instead of trying to sell me a repair, which I would have paid due to the professionalism and knowledge Sergio showed during the appointment. He instead explained it would void my warranty and would still get on my roof and inspect for me so that I could make the most logical decision on my needed repairs. In today's economic landscape, you very rarely see an honest company that truly wants to help and make sure that your needs are fully taken care of. He was incredibly professional and very communicative, providing photos of the issues and an immediate plan to remediate them! Our roof was repaired quickly for a fantastic price. I had an excellent experience with Hometown Roofing, Sergio, and the crew. Our roof was damaged by a recent storm in multiple places, resulting in an insurance claim. This was the first time I’ve had to submit a claim and wasn’t sure exactly what to expect.

I called Hometown to set up an appointment for an estimate, Sergio called shortly after, sympathized with my situation, and then set up an appointment. He was excellent to work with from start to finish. He informed me how the process would work with the insurance company, and then kept me informed throughout the process. I probably asked him 100 questions throughout, and he had an answer for each one.

I am also someone who prefers to be involved with work that is completed on my house. If this is off-putting to a contractor, it gives me reason to not trust them. I want to have a complete understanding of what is being done, how it’s being done, and what I should expect after. Sergio was accommodating to this, which I greatly appreciated. Sergio and his team also handled all of the legal/code compliance back and forth with the insurance company, which was a huge help, while keeping me involved in the communication.

The crew showed up early on the install date, got right to work, finished the job same day, and cleaned up after themselves. Sergio then came to inspect the roof, inviting me to join along to make sure I was satisfied. We got up onto the roof and he explained to me all of the work that was done.

Hometown Roofing is absolutely amazing! They replaced both my roof and my neighbor's at the same time, and the process was so quick—we didn’t have to listen to hammers for days. Unfortunately for my other neighbors who went with someone else, they were hammering for a week!

We initially took advantage of their yearly inspection, hoping to find damage covered by insurance, but no luck. Then, two weeks later, the massive downspout hailstorm hit. Kyle came back out, inspected our roof and siding, and worked with us to get everything covered by insurance. Having the pictures from the earlier inspection made the process so much easier!
