Premiere Roofing - Sherman, TX

Widespread hail, rain, and wind damaged roof. Falling tree limbs added to the damage. Neighbors returning lost shingles found in their yard. Previous owner had roof installed by their brother...he botched it. Farmer's Insurance denied claims because Farmer's Insurance provides insurance, but not coverage....they suck. Had to pay for a new roof myself.

Called after hours on a Sunday evening. Justin from Premiere contacted me immediately and got the damaged portion tarped to protect the interior from further damage. He worked with other professionals to get damaged gutters and down spouts fixed or replaced. He made sure the correct permits were pulled with the city. He assisted with getting the best shingles for our application and explained how the different parts of a roof replacement was more than just shingles. Underlayment, nail size/materials, prep work, and proper installation are just as important.
Shingles are a unique color weren't in stock locally and had to be sourced from manufacturer. Took longer, but that is not a reflection on Premiere.

Complicated roof architecture was an added time factor. Removal, prep, and installation took two days. Went smoothly. Crew was careful to minimize effects on landscaping. They went around the house perimeter on a continuing basis trying to remove debris and nails. Roof looks great. Confident the new roof will be able to handle a 20mph wind better than the last roof.

I would recommend Justin and Premiere roofing. They are excellent with communication and timing. He was respectful of my budget too. Extra unused shingles are here just in case we build a shed and want to match the roof. He's getting the documentation needed so I can use it to lower my insurance premium...Farmers Insurance still sucks.

Justin was honest, dependable, and incredibly easy to work with. He showed up when he said he would, communicated clearly throughout the process, and did a solid job on my roof repair. It’s hard to find contractors who are both skilled and professional but Justin delivered on both.

If you’re looking for someone reliable who actually does what they say they will, he’s your guy. I’ll definitely use him again for future work!

What a great experience! I was in need of a few repairs on the roof of my new house. I contacted 3 roofing companies after 5:30 on a Monday. Justin returned my message within a half hour (Premier was the only company that reached out). He was at my house the following day to take a look. He and one of his guys were back at my house within a week to complete the needed repairs. Very budget friendly and great communication from start to finish. I will definitely contact them for my future roofing needs.

Justin delivered a fantastic experience. He was transparent and thorough on all our options, timely on getting us scheduled and showed up promptly on installation day - early, in fact. The crew was considerate, laying tarps around the perimeter and Justin stayed late to ensure debris was cleaned up as thoroughly as possible for our young kiddos feet. Our whirly birds and slanted vent match wonderfully now and even the pvc pipe vents were painted to match. Could not possibly be more proud of the way our roof looks coming down the street. It really pops! I would not hesitate to recommend. Premiere experience, no doubt!

Premiere Roofing got my roof replaced fast, everything went smooth as possible, roof looks beautiful, and Ackman was a pleasure to work with. I have a detached garage in pretty rough shape. They were able to correct some framing issues and make it work. These guys know what they’re doing. I’ll be calling them again next time hail finds my roof.

We just bought a new (to us) house and needed to get a roof done, I went to Google and found Premiere roofing! We had an amazing experience with Ackman, he came out to discuss our options and he got it done a couple of days later with his crew and they did it all in about 7 hours! I was so impressed and the roof looks GREAT! Ackman is definitely the guy you want! They were able to patch up a spot and add vents to the roof over the bathrooms as well. Cannot recommended him enough!

At first we thought they did an amazing job. They were very fast, professional, and clean. Left a great review. However, the roof leaked on the back porch rather badly and they came out and used some caulk on several possible spots. This did little to no good. 3 no show appointments later to examine the roof by the owner has left the wood under the leak unsalvageable, and we are going to need to file a new insurance claim I imagine.

Have replaced my roof twice now over the last year, very fast, responsive, and work with the insurance company when needed. Everything was done within the day including cleanup. Highly recommend!

I used Premiere Roofing for a new roof after a wind storm and then a subsequent hail storm. Ackman came out to inspect initially and helped me for 3 MONTHS to fight insurance for a new roof. After about 6 or 7 visits to my house for inspections and insurance adjustments, we FINALLY got the new roof. Without Ackman's guidance and positive attitude, I would not have fought insurance, despite the obvious and extensive damage to our roof, and not gotten a new roof. Once we received word insurance would pay for it, Ackman acted quickly and within 4 days I had a new roof and gutters on my house. His team was quick, professional, and cleaned thoroughly. Are experts at what they do, the crew arrived around 7:00am and set right to work. They completed the job around 11:00am They were very courteous, professional, understanding and informative of each phase of the work that they were doing.

After the repairs where completed they cleaned up and even checked for loose nails and metal in the yard and driveway, making sure that our car would not hit a random nail.

Mateo the head roofer and his crew are professionals they took all safety protocols and made sure that we where satisfied with the work that was done.

The price that I was given is the price they kept, and the color matching of the roofing shingles looks like the original shingles that where replaced.

I am completely satisfied with their workmanship and quality that they have performed on this 100 year old home.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Within one day of contacting Cody, he was out here to put down a tarp over the damaged shingles and to seal my vents so that I wouldn't have any more damage with the coming rain. Five days later my roof has been replaced and it looks amazing! They arrived on time at 7am this morning, and 6 hrs later were finished. Highly recommend.

Premiere Roofing recently replaced my roof. I can't overstate how happy I am with the results as well as the process to get there. Ackman, my Roofing Consultant, walked me through the process, step-by-step, and interacted directly with my insurance company on certain items, which simplified things for me. They adhered to their schedule. They cleaned up extremely well when they were done - I have encountered very minimal debris from the demolition of my prior roof that escaped their diligent cleanup effort. The quality of installation of the new roof is very high. It is beautiful! Their commitment to customer satisfaction is one of the best I've ever experienced. I have reached out to them two times after the new roof was installed with follow-up questions and concerns. In both cases they responded with multiple people in less than two hours to address the situation. Note that neither was a quality issue with the roof itself. The first was an issue with the pergola that partially rests on the roof and the second was a question about a ridge vent that was installed that turned out to be a non-issue.

I am a strong do-it-yourselfer on most home improvement projects. Replacing my roof is beyond my abilities and risk tolerance, but I was very involved in the process, asking questions, specifying my requirements, and overseeing the work being done. At no time did Premiere Roofing take offense or push back on my involvement. They treated me like one of the team and that enabled me to help ensure my satisfaction with the end result.

Ackman and his team did a great job on my roof, from the first phone call to the final sign-off. I could not be happier. They responded quickly to my request for a roof inspection, came back a few days later when the insurance adjustor was here, returned to review and discuss the scope of work, and arrived bright and early today for the install. The work was top notch and they left the sight spotless. If you need a roofing contractor Ackman and Premiere Roofing are the way to go.

WARNING -- Read before you hire this company. You could end up like me. Premiere Roofing (Sherman, Tx) re-roofed my home around May 2017 due to a hail storm. When the heavy rains arrived in Feb-April 2018, I had noticed water leaks in the ceilings around my fireplace in the den and living rooms. Called Premiere in February 2018 and they finally showed up in early April 2018, took a look and said they found where the leaks were coming from and Oh, by the way, you have new hail damage from the recent rains storms. They told me to file a new claim with my Insurance company and they would honor their 3yr guarantee and repair the water damage to the ceilings when they put a new roof on. I hesitated but decided I would give them another chance. They put a new roof on a month later and were told by myself and my Insurance agent that if the flashing on the two chimneys needed replacing to submit a revised repair order and he would approve it. I also mentioned this to the foreman on the day they started roofing my home. When they finished the roof I reminded the foremen he promised to have the ceilings in the den and living room fixed upon completion of the roof. He told me they would have a painter come by in a week or two to finish up. I also found out after they finished, they never requested approval to put new flashing on and, obviously when the rains started in the fall of 2018, I still had leaks around both of my chimneys. Never heard from anyone at Premier after they left. I kept calling the Sherman Tx office and finally in October 2018 they sent a "new" guy (Chandler) out along with the crew leader Ivan who supervised my roofing job. Once again, I was told their painter would be out in a week or two. November & December passed and no one showed up. kept leaving messages. 2019 arrived and finally on March 11, 2019, their painter (James) shows up sees the damages and suggested he would not be able to match the color of the ceiling, and said he'd have to repaint the entire ceilings in both rooms, or strip off the popcorn and then prime the ceilings. I told him whatever they can and will do, I don't care, I just want my ceilings repaired back to what they were. I told the James guy I had a similar leak about 8 yrs prior and the guy I hired was able to match the color so why can't he. Well, it's now April 2020, and I've heard nothing from Premiere roofing about how and when they are going to honor their 3 yr warranty ( which expires in May 2020) on all work. I gave up leaving messages for these guys. Going to have to bite the bullet and pay someone else to repair what Premiere should have done in 2018/2019.

We worked with Ackman and Andrew to handle all of our home repairs following a nasty hailstorm in March 2019. Their team was on top of it: providing timely estimates, working with our insurance on any adjustments to the original estimate, and ultimately doing a great job getting the extensive repairs completed.

They and their crew made it a smooth and easy process and we were very satisfied with the quality of their work. We'll definitely work with them again any future repairs like this (hopefully Mother Nature gives us a break for a few years though...).

Very professional. This was my first time dealing with anything like this and I called several roofers and every other one was rude, condescending, or just plain unprofessional. Andrew from Premiere was the last one of the day and he won my business immediately. He was nice, willing to answer all my questions and didn’t talk down to me. No issues during the whole process and now I have a new roof!

A couple months ago, we noticed a leak above our fireplace. I called #PremiereRoofing to come check it out. Not only did they show up immediately, they went to bat for me when my insurance company, #USAA, dragged their feet for a month!! Premiere’s owner even got involved to help us out! Not only did they help convince USAA that my roof truly did have significant hail damage, they did a fantastic job replacing it—and quickly! They even replaced my gutters, at no charge to me.
