The team at Premiere Roofing was nothing short of spectacular and professional. These guys showed up on time, they were very thorough from the beginning. They have their system down to a science, and it works. The shingles look amazing; they ensured that the decking was strong and sturdy to support future inclement weather. Chris was the project manager and was awesome to work with. Had it not been so dang hot I would have stood outside talking with him all day. The guys (and lady) performing the work did a stellar job.

While there were a few issues with initial scheduling, the company rep was accommodating in trying to resolve my issue (a small repair). Final work was done well and with professionalism.

Crew was great, arrived at 5:45am and worked until 9:30pm on our 100 degree day, back the next morning at 6:30 until afternoon.
Cleaned up property throughly and Michael, the project manager was great to work with.
Would definitely refer Premier to friends.

Very quick response to a minor repair needed after a recent storm. Russ was there the next day to review the damage and provide an estimate. Repairs done almost a week earlier than expected. Extremely impressed! Great company!

I have never seen a more skilled, dedicated or harder working crew on any home construction or home improvement project we have undertaken. The materials and workmanship were very high quality, and we received an excellent warranty. The crew worked long and hard to make sure the job was completed on time as promised. From the time we called, received and estimated and the work was completed everyone was professional and timely. Lance was a great salesman and Johnny the project manager was excellent. i highly recommend this company if you need a new roof or just some repairs.

Premiere Roofing has a history with me, they’ve fixed at least three roof leaks, I finally decided we needed a new roof. From start to finish, a very good job. From sales guy Jeremy, to the foreman Johnny, and the crew that replaced my roof in 4 days, all of them were very professional, and we could not be more pleased! The cleanup was outstanding as well, I think I’ve found one nail, which is amazing for replacing a 105 squares roof!

I told everyone involved that we had new landscaping, and I did not want it damaged. My plants all look great, they damaged NONE of them.

After much research I decided to use Premier Roofing to replace my roof. I am very particular and visual about how I expected my roof to look and wear. I also did a lot of reading about the roofing material they use. My experience was excellent with every aspect of the process. Jeremy, my salesman was knowledgeable and provided great service. Treman, our foreman was fantastic and the many professional men installing and doing the work were exceptional. Also the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend that you contact them. They have many highly rated reviews for a good reason. The roof color I chose is called
Weathered Wood. It goes well with the color of my brick.

I really enjoyed working with Mr.Lance Fauhbach they came on the scence I picked my color and they completed a roof replacement in one day and it's simply GORGEOUS !!!!! I LOVE MU NEW ROOF !!!!

I had called after my wife noticed some water damage on our newly painted ceiling so we decided to call a roofing company. We bought the property after a new roof was installed and it was still under warranty. Bill came by to inspect the roof and attic for any leaks or potential leaks. He jumped up into the attic and walked over to an area, and reconnected a loose pipe, which he didn’t have to. He then inspected the whole attic for any other abnormalities and jumped on the roof to inspect the collars and integrity of the roof.
Pretty solid service, and I’ll absolutely call them for any future roofing needs.

Premier Rooftng Company did an excellent job reroofing my house with shingles and my shop with a metal roof. I discovered a leak on my shop and Bill M. Did an outstanding job patching the flashing. He was very knowledgeable and an extremely nice guy. Bill is a valuable employee and I hope that Mr Robinson reads this review and praises Bill for going far and beyond Excellent Service. After a lot of research on roofers in the LowCountry, I chose Premiere Roofing. Robbie Posey who is the sales associate at Premiere Roofing came out to give me a free estimate. He was extremely friendly, but more importantly he was thorough and walked me through what the entire process would be if I picked Premiere Roofing. He physically inspected the roof and took over 75 pictures to show me. After thinking about it for a week, I called him back and we set up a time for installation of the roof. The customer service was five stars. I received emails throughout the process about what was gonna happen next. I received a detailed estimate and the price was fair and reasonable. On the morning of the installation Chris Pappas came out with a crew to start the demolition of the roof and later on Jimmy Brown came out as well to oversee the work. They were both extremely kind and continued to answer my questions and walk me through each phase of the demolition and then the installation of the new roof. Jimmy and Chris were extremely knowledgeable. The crew worked hard and managed to get everything done in a day. Jimmy stayed late on a Friday to make sure all of the debris was removed. I highly recommend using Premiere Roofing for any of your roofing needs. They also installed a new gutter system. I have a beautiful roof and new gutters and I couldn’t be happier.

Jeremy and crew were excellent to work with. Very quick response time (especially when no other competitor would even respond to an estimate request), friendly and hard working staff (showed up as promised and worked from daybreak to dusk), and wonderful follow up service (walkthrough after to ensure all work was completed as promised). Highly recommend!

I was able to work with Mark on a commercial project and I couldn’t have been happier with the result or the process. Everything from commercial safety to job site tidiness was top notch and I will be calling Mark back for any and all repairs needed.

Your employee Trenton Hutto needs to slow down. They just came close to causing an accident with another vehicle and a pedestrian, in their own neighborhood, a few feet away from a school bus stop. Not a good look when they're speeding in a work truck with your company name on it.
Edit to add: the Premiere Roofing signs illegally posted in the public park in the neighborhood also say a lot about your company.

Premier Roofing did an outstanding job with our new roof. From the salesperson to the on-site supervisor and crew, all were great. Even the flashing looks neat! They did a nice job cleaning up after days 1 & 2. From the time I signed the contract until they did the job, it was about 4 weeks and the finished product was worth the wait.

After discussing our roof replacement with 4 different roofing companies, we chose Premiere over Red Shirt Guys, Burgin, Southern National. All 4 provided bids, but Burgin decided that they didn't want to answer our questions about their quote and how it did not include all the detailed requirements. Southern National was at least $75,000 higher than all the others that were in the $19,000-$21,000 range and their quoted specs were no better than Premiere (and in a couple of smaller details were not confirmed on their quote). Red Shirt Guys were similar to Premiere in many ways (price, type of shingle) but charged 5% for using credit card (instead of 3%) and had some strange statement that if there was need for litigation to resolve an issue, that the customer agrees to pay for Red Shirt Guys attorneys' fees. There was also an indication that any rotten decking boards were going to be much more expensive, if found (which on our roof there were 22 rotten decking boards). And Red Shirt Guys only agreed to do half of the pipe boot covers and not the black turtle vent. Once we got the 2nd round of quotes, it was clear that we were going to get much better value with Premiere. Then, when they were on site, they showed up when they said they would, worked hard all day long and came back and worked hard a 2nd full day. They cleaned up well, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with Premiere. BTW, Mark Gonzalez was our salesperson and he was extremely responsive and very detailed, which was an indication that he valued my business more than his counterparts from other companies we received quotes from. Treman (don't know last name) was our crew leader and was also extremely communicative and helpful.

We chose Premiere Roofing to replace our roof in Chapin after receiving storm damage to our existing roof. They were quick to respond with a quote and very professional in every aspect. They had great options for quality shingles and helped us to make a choice we are very pleased with. The crew they put on our house did a wonderful job. The project manager, "Chop", was very personable and stopped by several times a day to make sure everything was going smoothly, and we were satisfied with the work. The shingle removal and replacement went better and faster than I anticipated. The protection and cleanup of our property was excellent, and the roof looks fantastic. Everyone on the team was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Premiere Roofing to my family and friends and anyone else in need of a roof replacement.

I had the roof replaced the 1st week of January 2025. This supplies were delivered and the next day the roofing employees came to replace the roof. My roof was needing to be replaced on my house and deck. I called and Mr. Lance came out and looked it over. Took pictures and sent me an estimate. Granted I called 2 other companies. It took me a while to get things in order and Mr. Lance stayed on n contact with me. The others didn’t. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all. Finally a date was set and they were here to do the work. They finished my whole project in 1 day. Mr. Johnny had his crew here and those guys were very polite and steadily worked and cleaned up and were done by 4:30. I was amazed at how fast they worked. Thanks to ALL of you guys.

On that day, the crew began around 8:00 a.m. and were finished by 3:30, having done a great job of completely cleaning up my property. It was a pleasure working with Jake and Mike (Chop) to get our roof replaced in Columbia. They did a GREAT job, left the yard clean of all debris, and made sure I was satisfied before I paid them a dime! We did have a mix up with them communicating which morning they would show up, but I'll cut them a break since it was during the holidays! Overall, a fantastic experience with both of them!

The service was excellent from the initial visit to scheduling the project through the repair process. The office staff stayed in contact with me throughout the process. The foreman called before the project, the day of and then followed up the day after. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after the project was completed. I would definitely recommend them.

Hurricane Helene came through our little town and caused so much damage. When we found that the roof of our son’s house was damaged, he reached out to us for recommendations. We immediately thought of Mike Dubose. Our son reached out and received wonderful communication, fair pricing and great customer service. As an added bonus, Mike’s team was willing to reshingle the personal library gifted to me at my retirement after 35 years of teaching. Mike was not only willing to perform this kindness but did a fantastic job with a caring heart. I can’t wait to get my little library back out for the children of the community. They were professional, fast and educational. I found out more things about my roof than I knew before they started. They made it very easy to file with the insurance company. The roofing crew was very efficient and my roof was completed quickly. Looks and great and so much better than the previous roof. Excellent experience. Requested an estimate for a roof leak. Salesman was very responsive and came right away. While inspecting roof, he identified hail damage from a storm months ago and was instrumental in obtaining a successful result from extended negotiations with the insurance claim. Work crew was great and crew Supervisor was very attentive to insure roof installation was done correctly. Finished job looks great. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Premiere several times for leaks & roof repairs. They are always responsive, great communicating with me, and show up as scheduled. The staff are polite and friendly and the work area is always left clean when they are finished. I will continue to use them as roof issues arise.

Our roof was about 15 years old. We had the ridge vent replaced after 10 years and a leaking vent boot about two years ago. We knew that a new roof was needed. We reached out to Premier Roofing for this job this past October. When we called to inquire about a new roof, a sales associate came out and met with us in just a day or so. Trenton Hutto was the associate we met with. He inspected the roof and came up with the quote while he was there. He expalined the process and the options for the different shingles. Trenton also explained the process of the roofing project. He had a nice display to show the differnt steps and materials used.

We also had Premier Roofing add gutters to the back of our house. It was nice to have one contractor do both.

The roof replacement started about 6:30 AM and they were done by 1:00. The roof looks great and they picked up all the leftovers from the job and I could not tell they were even there.

My wife and I are happy with our choice.

Johnny was awesome to work with after the hurricane came through and a tree landed on our house. He managed the project and his crew quite well. He came out and inspected all work completed and answered any questions that we had about the repair. We highly recommend Johnny and Premiere!

I highly recommend this company. The salesman was very polite & took pictures of all the damage. He sent me a quote that afternoon. He explained the process to get the work started. Once started, there was a crew chief that kept me informed about the daily work that was going to be performed. When the roof work was completed, the crew cleaned up the entire area. They had put out tarps before they started, so this aided in the cleanup. Everything was removed by the crew & the yard was spotless. Very professional.

My husband and I are very pleased with our new roof from Premier Roofing. The entire process from the sale to the installation & clean up was professionally handled. Trent did an amazing job in evaluating our existing roof which we knew was getting close to needing replacing and making recommendations for our new roof. He also worked with our schedule to accommodate installation in a particular week that we needed it done. The day the installation started, Mike (aka”Chop”) the foreman was on top of the team, ensuring the installation and eventually the cleanup went smoothly. We had expressed a particular concern about making sure no nails were left behind on our property after clean up should be stepped on or run over by a car, and Mike was meticulous in going behind the crew to ensure that all nails were picked up. We greatly appreciate that attention to detail.

These guys did an amazing job on my 27 year old roof replacement. They had to repair several sheets of roof decking on our roof that isn’t the easiest to work on with all the angles and slopes. The new roof is beautiful and they beat the other bids I had by thousands. We chose the Certainteed Landmark pro shingles and happy we did. I highly recommend Premiere!

Premeire was very responsive to our needs after Helene came through and damaged our roof. Lance answered right away when I called, came to my house, and unlike another company, did not tell me I needed to replace the entire roof on the front of our house. He took many pics with a drone, which I sent to my insurance company, but they were too long to respond, so I had the repairs completed in a day or so without a claim. You cannot even tell I had damage a week ago. Thanks to Lance and especially to Gus, who actually completed the repairs today.

They were pretty good, got done in 2 days, although they had to come back to seal up a leak around one of the vents. I wish they had used that magnet in the gutters, we had to be careful to watch out for nails that got washed out for many days later. But very satisfied and have suggested them to neighbors. Funny thing is we have a Crosby Roofing guy that lives in our neighborhood. I contacted him 3 times about coming to bid the job and got no return contact!!!

We had an excellent experience with Premiere roofing! They came and reroofed our house in one day. Mike the foreman was great, advised us on wood sheathing that was water damaged and needed to be replaced. They cleaned up everything. I definitely recommend them.

Premier Roofing has been great to work with! Darrel Greene came out the same day I contacted Premier to assess my roof. They provided a reasonable estimate and completed the work as soon as they were able. I highly recommend Premier Roofing to anyone who needs roofing work!!!

We just had our house re-shingled. A major expense but well worth it knowing you have a solid roof over our heads. This company from the sales, customer service, and workers are a class act. From the day we signed the contract to the day it was finished we were keep informed the whole way. There was only one payment made and that was after walk around the house with the site manager, a couple of minor correction and completion of the job.

This past week I have been calling and calling to follow up on a service call I had where the technician pointed out several issues in my roof (that’s less than 5 years old) that need repair.
I was told I had about 10 different areas where the flashing was not flush and water may be coming into the home and or chimney (mold was found as well, that’s another story)
I was not scheduled to have the issue resolved. I was told by my tech Mike that he would come back to my residence with his boss and that I did not need to be home for that. I very much would like to be home for it. So I have been left in the dark as to when the issue will be resolved and very frustrated as this is going on two weeks with no answer or solution.

We worked with Premier to replace the roof on our Church. From beginning to end, Premier and the project coordinator Darrel were great. They provided a detailed estimate and scope of work, were very flexible with our schedule considering we operate a preschool, addressed all questions we had promptly and to our satisfaction. Darrel was a great communicator, and we appreciated his attention to detail. He did a thorough final walk through and quickly handled any concerns. Roof came out looking great. I cannot say enough good things about this team! Punctual, hard working (even in this SC heat), professional, respectful, and got the job done wonderfully! Mike the Foreman led the group and he made sure to keep me up-to-date on how things were going. He's a perfectionist and that isn't a bad thing when it comes to getting your roof done! The cleanup after getting our new roof was even amazing!! They left it as it looked before but now with an amazing new solar roof! These guys are top notch! Worked with Lance, Darrel, Bill, Mike and the rest of the team....again an exceptional team at that!

The crew came in and completed the entire roof in 11 hours. The yard was clean and the roof looks awesome. They were all great.

Last week I had a door knocker (even though I have a no soliciting sign) who was a roofer and caused us quite a bit of anxiety about our roof. They said multiple things that worried me, but I was also iffy about what their "assessment" because our roof is only about 8 years old.
I called Premier Roofing and Mr. Mike DuBose came out to see us, and let me tell you:
1. They worked around my work schedule to fit me in where was best for my family
2. He was fast, efficient, honest, professional, and courteous
3. I had my quote before I could even get settled back down for work!
4. And this is probably the best one, I didn't feel like I was being scared into anything
So if you need someone, give them a call. You won't regret it!

From the time I was contacted by Mark G, we've had nothing but a great experience. Mark showed up as scheduled and was very thorough and informative, I wasn't able to be home but my wife said it was a great experience to deal with him. Premiere had the materials delivered as they said. When the day came for our roof to be replaced there was a 2 hr delay due to rain( understandable), when Johnny's crew showed up they went right to work, the job was a little more than what it was thought to be but the crew got it done in 1 day, they only stopped for lunch and completed and pulled out at 10 pm. They did a great job and cleaned up very well after themselves, I would recommend Premiere roofing to anyone that asks and if I need roofing done again, I will be calling them. Thank you Mark for the timely service and also to the ladies in the office, very friendly and helpful.

Great experience from beginning with Trenton Hutto in sales. My roof was leaking into my living room. He came and caulked until the roof could be replaced. The crew was amazing with clean up and left the property in better shape than it was to begin with. Their price was lower than any of the other quotes that I got. Everyone at the company was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
