When I asked him to come by to correct the issue, he gave me all sorts of reasons why he can't or won't.
They bent the metal pieces they were supposed to be fixing and the roof still leaked.

I had one roofing company patch a tear in my rubber roof and they recommended replacing the roof. I was looking for a second opinion and Jake sent one of his guys out and they checked things out and reported that the rubber was actually still in very good condition, but they felt it just needed a few repairs and some maintenance instead of replacement. He explained options, provided a reasonable quote and the work was done fairly quickly. He answered all the questions I had along the way and returned all my calls and several emails. Overall very pleased with the work that was done.

Right from the start the roof has been leaking. He installed a pre fabricated corrugated metal roof incorrectly and it leaked for a while before i noticed all of the water stains in the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. When i asked him to come by to correct the issue, he gave me all sorts of reasons why he cant or wont. He eventually agrees to come by and correct it. Instead when the crew gets there, they make it WORSE. They bent the metal pieces they were supposed to be fixing and the roof still leaked, possibly worse than before. Jake will not call me back and will not fix the problems he caused. I had to call my Insurance company to file a claim based on this situation. I would never recommend him or his company to do any work for you. He should close it down and find a new industry because that roof that he installed on my house never served its purpose.
