I contacted this company after receiving a flyer in the mail. I own a 9,800 sqft metal building. The roof is original from 1982. Jacob answered my call on the first try. We setup a meeting to discuss pricing and options. He presented us with a folder full of answers to our problems. Jacob was always easy to communicate with. He shows up willing to work and full of knowledge. Jacob was on the roof daily working along side a crew of local men. He operated in a safe and clean manner. We were able to keep our business open and allow customers to come and go as normal. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for roof repairs. Our old roof got a new facelift. Jacob Beiler, of Premier Roof Solutions, came promptly to assess a problem we had with a leak we had developing in our 20 year old rubber low slope commercial roof.

He used a drone to get an initial survey followed up by a detailed survey inspection. The condition of the rubber
was fairly good but some of the seams had begun to crack under the hot summer Kentucky sun.

He also found areas where leaking and freeze cycles had disintegrated the underlying hard insulation.

Jacob recommended reinforcing all the seams and flashings ,replacing the damaged insulation, then covering the roof with a white ultraviolet polymer coating to protect the rubber from further damage.

He then prepared a detailed estimate which i felt was reasonable. We then scheduled a time in an upcoming
appropriate upcoming weather window,

Jacob did what was promised and somewhat more. He charged what he estimated and he and his crew did
a professional job. And we got a drone view and closeups of the finished work. I highly recommend their work.

They just came out and did my roof on my RV at the Woodbury RV Park. They were both professional, and courteous. Premier Roof Solutions I would recommend to anyone they are very knowledgeable about roof work they also know what they are talking about. I had a leak on the Hotel roof that was coming into one of the rooms the man was quite nice and found the problem and fixed the leak.
