I had an excellent experience working with Three Mountain Roofing. TMR completed a short-term patch repair and then a full roof replacement for me, including the replacement of rotting roof sheathing and the replacement of two skylights. They did everything: ice and water shield installation, new chimney and skylight flashing, new drip edges, etc. A project manager was on-site the whole time and the crew was fantastic: hard working and speedy and efficient without cutting corners. I couldn't believe how fast they moved on a hot summer day. They started at a little after 6 a.m. and were completely finished by late afternoon. They did such a good job of protecting the property and cleaning up that you couldn't really tell they had been there once they had departed. I did have a small issue post-installation (a few abraded shingles), but no problem: TMF followed up quickly and fixed the problem. They stand by their work. Every one of their team I worked with, from their salesperson to their installation crew to their office personnel, were polite and helpful. They made it easy. I'm happy to highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of work on their roof, from repairs to replacement.

Three Mountain Roofing did an excellent job with our roof. Pat Kelley was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient with us in choosing our roof. Cait and her crew were ontime, prompt, responsive and very efficient in installing the roof. They did an excellent job cleaning up after - my yard was actually cleaner than before they came. Both Pat and Cait were very thorough and complete in their communication, and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Their 14 person team started work before 6:30 AM. Everyone knew what to do and did it FAST and safely. They had the old shingles off in just over an hour, cleaning up as they went along. They discovered and fixed mistakes of former roofers, changed out rotted plywood, changed flashing, and put the new shingles on. The job was done by 3PM. Cleanup left not a nail or shingle fragment to be found.
If you engage this company - which I recommend - don't expect to chitchat with the workers; they don't stop. But do stay around to watch the work; it is serious, disciplined - inspiring.

I highly recommend this company. They were excellent to work with from start to finish. During their free evaluation, they were the only company that included a visual assessment of my roof by actually getting on a ladder and taking pictures. The team arrived for the job on time and completed the roof replacement, including clean up, in less than 8 hours. I feel very comfortable with this company and the quality of their work.

It's a nice surprise these days when a company over delivers on their services. Three Mountain Roofing did a complete roof shingle, sky light replacement. The installation team arrived on time and went to work right away. It was clear each individual had specific responsibilities and were well trained. Very professional crew, hard workers, did a great job and with the cleanup you wouldn't even know that they were here. On site at 6:30 a.m. and completely gone by 3:30. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I appeared to have a subtle leak in my roof that I couldn't find the source of (probably aggravated by the snow and ice buildup from this last winter). I contacted TMR via a chat message to see if that was something they could help with. They indicated they could and scheduled a roof inspection with Kaylee a few days later. After the inspection there were 2 options suggested, repair or replace. Since the existing roof was about 20 years old it made sense to pursue the replacement as a better long term solution. Kaylee was very punctual in getting back to me with a detailed proposal. After a minor change the contract was signed and I was in the queue to get on the install schedule. Prior to getting on the install schedule Kaylee reached out to me with an opportunity to get the install done earlier due to an opening in the schedule (since she knew I was dealing with an active leak). The day before the install Jason the Project Manager reached out to me to explain the sequence of events for the next day. The install team showed up bright and early the next day and got to work.The team was well rehearsed and worked efficiently to get the job done. Jason was very cordial and answered any questions I had as I watched the team work. After the install all the debris was properly cleaned up. I expect this replacement will resolve my issue but mother nature will be the final arbiter :-) I would recommend contacting TMR if you have any roofing projects in your future.

Pat from Three Mountain Roofing arrived to quote a roof replacement for our 37 year old shingle roof. With his drone, he surveyed the entire roof and took many photos. Afterward, he sat down with us to provide a very thorough discussion concerning all things Three Mountain, their operation, process, etc. After the quote and before the project, Pat was always available to answer any questions and concerns.

The day after Memorial Day, Duncan and his crew of a dozen or more workers arrived near 7AM. Every person started their assigned tasks as a structured organized unit. From removing all old shingles and laying down the new Onyx Black shingles, it was a very smooth operation. At midday, Cait replaced Duncan and oversaw the process until the replacement was complete approximately 12 hours after it began. Every single bit of debris was totally cleaned up, leaving no evidence of their presence other than a perfectly beautiful installed roof..

Excellent experience start to finish.

We received three quotes for our roof. Theirs was the highest, but they also took a lot of time to explain their process and answer questions, evaluated our roof and offered a few choices based on roof slope, and offered a price comparison with the other quotes we received (none of this was done by the other companies). As part of their initial quote, they also talked to us about their values as a company and how those come across in their work. This was really important to us, and we could see those values in action at every step of our interactions with them. They were extremely thorough, organized, and professional, and this built our trust in them right from the start.

Their communication with us was unmatched - including: sending a text with a photo and intro of the person who would be coming to provide the quote; check-ins after the quote to answer questions and offer more information about financing (with excellent financing options); sending detailed instructions the week and day before the project to remind us of how to prepare; check-in with project supervisor the day before; frequent updates from the site supervisor on the day of the project; and a thorough walk-through at the end of the project.

Their work was efficient and clean (they finished our roof by 1PM!), and when they left it was like they never came - except that we had a beautiful new roof! We are very thankful for such an incredibly smooth experience with a job that could have been so stressful. Worth every penny!!!

I had a new roof installed in May 2024. We had an ice jam problem this winter. Company returned this month to replace the ice barrier material in an odd section of the roof where three valleys converge. They also replaced the collar on the gas fireplace chimney during the repair. I could not be happier with this company and service.

Very professional service from start to finish, Cait is an excellent project manager, we went over every detail and the roofing team went above and beyond to make sure the trim and flashing was installed correctly and looked great. the whole team worked hard to complete the job quickly and with expert precision, the site was cleaned and returned to its original condition at the end of the day. The Three Mountain Roofing crew arrived as a synchronized team and began work immediately. Our house sits on a steep, winding residential hill but they navigated this tight spot without complaint. We were amazed as the crew tackled removing many layers of old roof, replaced the base layer (an unexpected step requiring a trip to the lumberyard), then insulated and shingled the entire roof in 9 hours! All areas had been meticulously draped and there wasn’t a speck of anything remaining when they’d gone- just a beautiful new roof, expertly installed. Recommendation ... your radio adds sound like your company name is Green Mountain Roofing vs Three Mountain Roofing. I thought it was Green for a long time. Maybe it's because words Green Mountain are so often used in a name. More emphasis on the word "three" might help.

The five-star rating is absolutely justified. After one consultation, the day of the actual work took less than an hour for a ~20-foot repair to the peak of our roof. I've had more complicated food deliveries. These guys have roofing down to a science, and their streamlined process blows other contractors out of the water.

We had our roof replaced March of 2025; they did an excellent job. When we were getting quotes from multiple roofers they were very responsive, spent a lot of time with us going over the specifics with the house and what was provided, and provided a clear itemized list of expected charges (which was exactly what we were charged at the completion of the roof). Everyone was super nice and communicated well, and on the day of replacement they were fast and cleaned up very well; Cait was our supervisor on site and was so helpful. Roof turned out great, very happy.

We had some repairs to our roof done. The experience with this company was exceptional. Each step of the process, we knew exactly what was going on. We had a portion of our stove pipe removed, fixed, and some singles replaced that had fallen off. They worked very neat and cleaned everything up. We didn't have any issues. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I'm a return customer with Three Mountain Roofing and would continue to recommend them highly! They replaced the roof on our prior home in 2021 and were extremely professional, super communicative, right on budget, got the job done and done right in one day. That roof was a little easier and a lot smaller than our current house. Current house is from 1862, multiple layers of shingles of different sorts, finished edge done wrong many years ago, in need of some new plywood to swap out barnboard and a few unknowns. They quoted based on some worst case scenarios and ended up under that amount (phew!). Their reps know their stuff and their installation team takes care of us in a day (I usually vacate and leave them to it). When I get home - voila! - new roof and no sign that they were every there (except the new roof, of course). I got two quotes for the roof and they were a little bit more (not much though) and worth it!! And they communicate professionally every step of the way - definitely worth the call (AND they'll call you back, which is often hard to come by!).

The team from 3 Mountain Roofing qualifies as roof whisperers. Their references were amazing. And what the references described is exactly what happened. A team of 15 people showed up early in the morning. By 7 am they were scurrying all over our roof and around the outside of the house. They worked fast and incredibly hard all day. Despite us having a large roof, they completed the entire job in one day, including cleanup. My neighbor was amazed. His roof of about the same size had taken 4 days to replace. The final work product looks amazing. I am very grateful we chose 3 Mountain to replace our roof!

I had been hearing the ads on the radio for a couple yrs and kept their phone number handy knowing I would eventually need my shingles replaced. I ended up calling them sooner than expected after a tree fell on my roof during a storm in August. Jesse came out to give me an estimate. He was extremely kind and helpful.
