United Restoration was recommended by my insurance company for the remodeling of my rental home after a water leak caused major widespread damage. Everything needed replaced including joists, subflooring, partial walls, doors, kitchen cabinets, sinks, showers, etc. They were professionals every step of the way and went above and beyond in all of their work. United Restoration turned my kitchen nightmare into a dream kitchen!! They were OUTSTANDING during the entire process. If you have USAA just call United Restoration. Lawton did a fantastic job walking me through the claim process, provided recommendations during demolition and rebuilding and expertly managed all of the trades (electrical, dry wall, plumbing, construction, painting, floor team, mitigation…). Lawton's thoroughness and attention to detail prevented any rework or mistakes.
Our renovation was not simple – we removed the sub floor, removed a wall, all new flooring downstairs, extensive electrical work and got pre-existing issues up to code, rerouted plumbing, new counters, cabinets, ripped out a sliding glass, put in French door, side lights, a coffee bar and bourbon bar, all new appliances. Not to mention all the scheduling of City inspectors.

United Restoration has great employees that ensure they get the job done while maintaining great communication, efficient work and empathy for clients. I highly recommend!

I experienced a frozen pipe burst in February 2023 that flooded my LR and DR, destroying walls, floors, baseboards, and my utility room (with my WH in it). It was devastating, since the flooring was only 4 years old, and it was my very comfortable home. Rance and United Restoration walked me through the repair plan and provided me much needed reassurance that everything would soon be all right again. Then they followed through with quality workmanship that fully restored my home… no follow-ups needed. I was treated with respect and have every confidence that when needed again, they’re my 1st choice to make things right.

I just recently had a fire in my rental home. Dwayne from United Restoration was on site before the fireman was finished putting out the fire. He has been quick to respond to any questions and concerns. It is great to see people who still do a thorough job. They did an amazing job. We were running around on a cement floor with no kitchen due to burst pipe and united took care of us and did a beautiful job. It doesn’t even look the same. They explained everything every step of the way and I couldn’t be happier.

United Restoration, led by Project Manager, Rance, rescued us from significant amount of damage to our upstairs bathroom and downstairs kitchen/dining room due to a ruptured water pipe. United Restoration was extremely fast to respond, minimizing the extent of the damage. The water leak was secured, dry wall was ripped out and dehumidifiers, blowers were put into place within hours of the initial call. Daily humidity checks and adjustments were made during the dehumidifying phase. In the meantime, the damage was assessed. United Restoration was quick to provided a solution and a timeline to start the recovery and rebuild of the damage. The following day, we received a couple of price packages which included various upgrades to “remodel” or “upgrade" our master bath. Each price package was very reasonably priced. Once we (the wife) picked the package and gave it to Rance, the rebuild started within just a few days - we still had to wait for the humidity levels to return to normal. The rebuilding process took a few weeks because of the extent of damage. Rance had everyone lined up perfectly from the ripout team, plumber, electrician, drywall and painters. It was very well organized and amazingly orchestrated. I am very grateful for United Restoration and especially, the Project Manager Rance for the prompt response, constant communication, attention to detail and the outstanding customer service he and his team provided. I hope to never have to go through this again, however, if I do, I will call on them again. Thank you for the amazing work!

United Restoration Inc is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend this company for any home emergencies. They are efficient, professional and complete their projects on time! In fact I saw the difference of quality work first hand. Our toilet broke and flooded our entire dining room ceiling overnight, it was a disaster! We hired a different company at first and the process prolonged for a while with demolition part, that added extra stress to my husband and I on top of the stress we experienced because of plumbing issue already. Then for building part we hired United Restoration Inc, and if was like NIGHT and DAY difference. The manager came and assessed the situation, so professional and accommodating, then explained the plan and timing of everything. What surprised me during our conversation with the manager is his attention to detail and asking questions like, if
we want our nails left or taken out before they paint. We felt like we were talking to our long time friend, who was on our side. The projects took place as they were promised, and it was finished on time! The workers even explained why we had the issue and explained how they will fix it to prevent problems in the future. They fixed our bathroom floor, our dining room ceiling, and a hole in the den ceiling, they repainted our dining room and the den. Our family couldn't be HAPPIER! We have our HOME back and it's even more beautiful than before! SHOUT OUT to UNITED RESTORATION INC!

We recently had an issue with a damaged beam under our home, caused by a bad shower pan. United handled our fire claim. They were transparent, and walked us through the entire process. Dwayne handled the build along with all the subs and was able to put all our changes into reality. Price was fair, and it's good work, but it won't be fast. I've always lived by the consumer triangle: fast, Good work, fair price. You can only pick 2.
