We had Clint & team come out to assess and ultimately fix an older section of roof for our home's extension after water started pouring in during a high wind rain storm. After a thorough investigation of the issue, he gave us the most reasonable estimate out of the 4 contractors we spoke to overall. We are appreciative that he was able to make time to stop by the same day to inspect the issue, providing us with multiple solutions to the problem with their associated costs and recommendations.

He was very communicative and transparent during the repair itself; he and his team discovered and was able to resolve an additional issue with the structure under the roof at no additional fee. What other companies would have taken advantage of for more money, Clint did not and was very honest and upfront the entire time.

He & his team did a stellar job with the new roof replacement itself and went way above and beyond what was needed for making sure everything was super waterproofed with extra attention. We really appreciated the attention to detail and workmanship that was provided to a job that started as an easier fix and became more along the way.

There have been several additional debilitating storms in the Pittsburgh area since the repair, and the roof that AA Roofing and Clint replaced has been absolutely perfect and has withstood some of the nastiest storms we've seen.

Clint and his crew replaced the flashing and cement cap on my mom’s chimney to prevent a leak and sealed the shingles where a deteriorating and leaking sun tunnel previously was.
The first time I called was Monday and the job was done Wednesday. On Monday, Clint checked out my mom’s roof and provided an estimate (which he didn’t even increase upon completion after unexpected hurdles due to the previous roofer’s botched work.)
He answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly and provided suggestions for other projects I was curious about, such as replacing the sun tunnel that was in the bathroom with a vent. He recommended an electrician & contacted him and gave me a quote for the roofing and electrical work combined for that project.

These guys are great, we just got our whole roof replaced by them. They replaced damaged wood on our side roof and even fixed some ventilation issues we didn't know we had! These guys easily had the best price around and they got the whole job done on the first day. We'll definitely be recommending these guys to anyone we know that needs a new roof.

Clint and AA Roofing was initially referred by my mom's neighbor. From there I got the referral from her. Clint came very quickly for what was going to be an estimate on a repair, but he was able to diagnosis and repair my issue the same day. I had a two part problem, one with a gutter and two with mortor missing on a window that was causing bad water damage coming in thru a basement window. He explained what the problem was very clearly and why it was happening. He was very respectful and professional. He also was able to hang two pieces of facia that fell off during a bad storm and repaired holes on that part of the house I didn't know even existed preventing a future problem. He was very fairly priced. I will be using him in the future and would highly recommend him!

Extremely professional. Superior workmanship. I love my roof! Clint, the owner, helped me pick the perfect color. His workmen where quick, efficient, cortious and responsive. I interviewed several roofers before choosing AA Roofing who was highly recommended by my neighbours. Most of the other roofers I interviewed hired outside crews unlike Clint who had his own workers. (Beware of those big companies who are advertising heavily and just hire anyone to do the job!) Clint cared so much about his work that when I called him several months later about a potential leak he came out in the rain immediately to make sure the roof was o.k. and unclogged all my gutters which was what was causing the problem. Gutter cleaning is not even his area of responsibility and he did not charge me for that! Just absolutely wonderful service and a great overall experience! I highly recommend AA Roofing.

I had a leaky roof, and while AA Roofing was booked out too far for me to use them right now, I was blown away by their customer service. I was given a couple of suggestions for other roofing companies I could try, and when I called back to get a sense of reasonable pricing, they gave me that info (within reason without having been to my house) in addition to some advice for a first time home owner who has never had to work with contractors before.

I had damage to my roof and called 5 different places, 3 came out and I got 3 different answers and prices. Clint was the only one to really take a close look and understand the issue, he even came back out a second time before the repair to make sure all my concerns were addressed. The outcome could not have been better. It's great to find someone honest, you can trust. I would highly recommend.

My second story roof, which covers an extension built many years ago, has been patched multiple times by myself and previous owners, so it has long been due for replacement.

Clint's roof evaluation proved him to be much more knowledgeable than the 5 previous contacts who came to patch / estimate roof replacement. Each previous contact had a slightly different theory on the leak source, and very expensive suggestions for roof replacement. Clint was the only pro to offer evidence to prove what the problem was, including incorrect roof installation and missing gutter parts, which all the previous contacts failed to mention. He also offered a practical & reasonably priced solution for installing the new roof, which he and his team did efficiently and professionally, all in one day as promised.

We knew our roof was going to need replaced sooner rather than later, so we decided to get some quotes for the work. We reached out for quotes from three companies and Clint was there the same day to take a personal look at the roof before quoting. JD and his guys did the job in less than a day. The entire process took less than a week from the time we contacted him to the time t was complete. There was absolutely no waste left behind, not even a single nail. While they were here, they repaired some existing water damage inside and out from an old leak.

We were in a bind due to a bad windstorm that blew half of our roof off the day before Thanksgiving. We contacted AA Roofing and Clint answered promptly and immediately came out to give us an estimate and he offered to talk to our Insurance Company if need be. An hour later he and our agent spoke and came to an agreement on our roof. It was supposed to rain the next day so Clint tweaked his schedule due to our situation and then started and finished our roof the following day. He was communicative throughout the entire process and all of his employees were very courteous and polite. We can't say enough good things about this company!

Clint and his team saved us.......again. Clint has completed amazing work for us, first in December 2019 and now on November 29, 2020. The last project for our exterior reno is installing cultured stone on a chimney. This chimney is original to the house (1950s) and has been rebricked, flashed to addition (1987) stuccoed (1988) and flashed to new roof (2017). Mason began stone installation, then asked for expert roofing help....I texted Clint with the situation- he and his team came out the next day, made repairs, 100% prepped chimney for the stone mason. Clint solved the stone mason’s problem, it is raining today, we are leak-free and the chimney will soon be finished. 2020-what a year! Our only regret is that we did not know Clint in 2017- we would rather had AA install the roof right. Words cannot express our gratitude- we give AA Roofing our highest recommendation!

Clint and his team took care of our roofing projects with competence, professionalism, competitive pricing and great customer service. They installed a flat roof and skylights over an addition, customized downspouts, gutters and gutter caps for the entire house. Clint did our roof a few years back and we were very pleased with his work. We had him do our sons roof a year later. He gave us a very reasonable price and his crew was very polite. We have since then recommended him to multiple people.

If you are looking for an honest, hard-working company that stands by their work and is diligent about getting things right, for a fair price, call AA Roofing. Clint (business owner) was one of half a dozen roofers who provided us estimates on replacing a sun porch roof. It was a small job and several of the bids were very high for such a small job, and other companies didn’t even bother responding (it’s been a busy year for roofers because of weather!!), but Clint returned my call right away, came by the same day to look at the job, and within hours texted me a price that was very reasonable. He worked us into his busy schedule quickly, which we really appreciated because the roof was in bad shape (we purchased the house a couple months ago). But here’s what really sets Clint apart: the day after our new roof was installed, we had torrential rain, and we were very distressed when my husband found water stains on the sun porch ceiling. We thought the *new* roof was leaking (turns out the old roof had been leaking and we replaced the roof just in time). I frantically called Clint, who PULLED HIS TRUCK OUT OF THE REPAIR SHOP to come fix what we thought was a leak in the roof he installed. A-Plus for standing behind his work! Once he started looking to figure out what was wrong, it turns out the roof was fine but Clint found and fixed a pretty serious issue with our gutter resting on a flood light and water leaking behind the floodlight into the wall. He took the time to fix this for us AT NO CHARGE.

In summary, I can’t say enough good things about AA roofing. 99 percent of roofers, IF they noticed the issue with the gutter resting on the flood light, would have either told us about it and expected to be paid additional to fix it, or not bothered to say anything. Clint is the one percent, and he has 100 percent of my business. Give AA Roofing a call - you won’t be sorry!
