Pep Boys Juncos PR. Esta es la segunda vez que llevo mi carro a esta compañía, la primera vez no tuve una buena experiencia, decidí darle una oportunidad más para un cambio de aceite. El empleado del área de servicio (Luis) me indica que el tiempo de espera es de 2 1/2 horas, accedo a esperar al regresar en el tiempo que me indicaron aun no habían ni siquiera habían movido mi carro del lugar donde estacioné cuando llegue a las 9:20 am. Deben ser un poco más honestos con el tiempo que estiman que se van a demorar haciendo el trabajo. Por otra parte cuando me entregan el vehículo lo estacionaron sumamente lejos, muy obvio que lo hicieron adrede. En fin Pep boys Juncos mal servicio.

Me gustó mucho la calidad de servicio. Ellos te envían por correo electrónico cuando comienzan con el servicio, te van enviando información de lo que van encontrando en el carro con fotos.
Con ello explicaciones en video de las piezas que necesita el carro. No tengo quejas.
