They are always helpful and very detailed with their explanations. I don’t feel overcharged or scammed in anyway as the complementary check up details everything in my car vs when I take my car to the dealership to fix something only to have them “fix” something else.

My starter died, and it was kinda late. The three guys made sure I drove out of there with a new starter no matter the hour.

Si algo bueno ha tenido este Pepboys es que cerró sus puertas. Los mecánicos eran unos chapuceros. La primera mala experiencia la tuve al llevar alinear mi auto. Lo llevo un jueves en la mañana, me entregan el auto en la tarde, cuando lo pruebo estaba mal alineado, regreso a reclamar y me dicen que tengo q regresar el sábado, porq están llenos y no tienen espacio en el taller. La segunda y última cuando lleve la SUV de mi esposa a cambio de aceite y filtro me salen con q tiene liqueo por la junta. Me enseñan el motor mojado por aceite y saben q, la SUV siempre duerme dentro de la marquesina y nunca dejo ninguna mancha. La traje a casa, le limpié el embarre de aceite q LE ECHARON al motor y jamás se vio ningún “liqueo” por ninguna parte. Eran unos verdaderos ladrones.
