Excelente servicio desde él de servicio al cliente como él técnico que instaló la barrera. Sobre todo para tener acceso a la batería hay q desmontar muchas piezas que son piezas pegadas a hojalateria y lo hizo bien preciso
Por otro lado sí me tomé el tiempo de hablar con usted de esa forma éxito q me confirmen q meleyeron . Gracias

According to Carfax this was the top-rated service center in 2023 - I do not know how. They are super slow and do not provide you with any updates.You go in with one issue and they want to sell you other things. My vehicle was checked in at 12:35p for an oil change and a new battery - my car was not taken to be worked on until 3:43p. I finally got out at 5p - over 4 hours to replace a battery and oil change - not cool. Last thing, no A/C working in the place.

Previously purchased (4) new tires with road hazard warranty. Had less than 100 miles on 65k rated tires. One tire caught flat so I returned to have the tire repaired. After repairing the flat the technician attempted to charge me $25. I explained that I’d purchased the tire hazard warranty but the technician informed me that the warranty would only cover tire replacement not repair. Not to mention they told me that it’ll be a 30 min wait but ended up being approx 1.5 hrs. To top it off they repaired the flat tire but didn’t rebalance the tire. Now I have to take the vehicle to have the tires balanced. The technicians are clueless and lack the incentive/initiative to use half a brain to at least pull-up customers records. Extremely disappointing experience!!

I went in and only requested my battery be replaced. They told me it would take 30 minutes. The service took 3 hours. Their mechanic did an inspection of our vehicle — which we said specifically we did not want. We only wanted our battery to be replaced. My wife and I had very urgent things to do and we relayed this to the shop. They assured us it would be a quick in and out — that changing a battery is quick. The reason it was taking 3 hours was because the mechanic broke our air filter when inspecting it. Again — we requested no inspection. They were waiting for a new air filter (for us to buy) from another location. They did not tell us any of this was happening and we were waiting in the office the entire time. They also threw away our windshield wipers and forced us to buy 2 new ones. Only 1 needed to be replaced and we were not ready to replace it. Again — we only came in to get our battery replaced but left having to buy 2 windshield wipers and now are missing an air filter because they broke it and threw it away. Very terrible experience — very dishonest shop — very poorly skilled mechanics — very poor communication. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The car also has had a few problems pop up immediately after taking it in to this shop.

I had a great experience with the team at Pep Boys. Jesus was the sales team member I dealt with. He was professional and honest. I'm a mechanic my self and he provided me with the information I needed to make the right decision in the purchase of maintenance services. Jonathan was the mechanic who worked on my dad's wheelchair ramp van. When I informed them I wanted to keep my old tires, he took extra care in ensuring the vehicle carpet was not stained from the dirt. He did an excellent job in aligning the van and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Excellent service, the person in charge was very polite.
