Bastante confiable. Pero como todo negocio, te sugieren cambiar cosas a tu auto que no están dañadas solo por nuestra seguridad.
Aunque el cambio de gomas las use varios meses después que me avisaron tenía que cambiarlas.
Inclusive las dos gomas traseras se las regale a un amigo porque todavía tenían un 40 % de vida.

Benjamin, supervisor de la tienda fue muy amable, me dio un extimado para un trabajo futuro que conlleva un costo significativo con todos los detalles importantes. Al dia siguiente entregue el auto para la reparacion ya estimada y estuvo pendiente para realizarla segun acordamos.

I specified that the reason why I wanted a complete flush and refill was to change from universal fluid to the recommended Japanese Pink AF. They did agree with me and everything good until I received my vehicle with coolant levels close to low and the same incorrect universal AF. Very dissapointed about the lack of communication. I even agreed to be contacted for more details if necessary and they never did. A quick call or better communication between the front employee and the mechanic could have made the difference to service my car correctly. Now they won't even answer the calls so that we can work something out. At this point I wouldn't want them to service my car after having to leave the bad review, but maybe I could get a refund so that I can get the correct service elsewhere. I don't know what happened this time, they have always serviced my car correctly.

No,they have no courtesy. Ex. putting on your wipers or your battery or your filters, they charge too much cash for everything. That's terrible because they sell you an item. Very high price and then makes you pay for installing it. They let seniors wait all day. Ex. Car inspection.

Good products. Though the pepboys service area could use. A lil sprucing up. Such as organization of certain products and eye candy . Things seem out of place and not appealing to the eye.

Had an appointment for 11 am to change 2 tires and alignment. I was going to wait in the store so asked about how long it would take, I was told it would be between 1 hour and 1 hour and 15 min. Service ended up taking over 2.5 hours.

El que me atendió primero fué honesto y servicial, me dijo que en cuarenta minutos para las gomas y así mismo fué,,, luego me decidí a alenearlo y también, creo en el costo en comparación con otros talleres no es caro porque los otros talleres no pagan lo que pagan en Pep Boys y pagan IVU, además de la garantía que nunca me han fallado.

Very professonial. Offered the credit card and rebate option which I wouldn't have known about to get my service completed. Fast service! Had to get my car towed to them because of the repairs it needed and I was driving my car by later that day because Pep Boys fixed my car so quickly! Car runs like new! Great service! Nice technicians and staff!

I live in PR and I had a hard time finding tires for my C5 Corvette I went to Pep Boys and ask the attendant if he could help me find the tires by the way are no ordinary and his answer give have hour and sure enough he found my tires , exele service....

They were fast at assessing what was wrong, what was needed to be done and gave me an accurate price for the service. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I was greeted by Omar promptly and he was able to get me in for my oil change and out very quickly.

Appointment was on time and took about one hour to complete was informed that I would need brakes and they produced a coupon for a discount. Friendly and professional service

Called ahead. Knowledgeable person on the phone put me at ease right away. Took care of my tire sensor issue and recommended a really good restaurant nearby. I'll be back!

Los mecánicos son básico saben pero lo justo.. te darán buen servicio con garantía pero el double el precio... lo bueno son un resuelve si necesitas algo el domingo.. como a mi mi carro necesitaba aliñar con urgencia qué fui desde jobos chillando goma después que arregle los tensores de atrás. Osea $73 es carro pero me resolvio

Be sure look around they seemed to have relocated some items . Also seemed to have less employees available... but still well stocked...

They don't have a clue what they're doing. They charge more than a dealership. They are incompetent and try to sell you things you don't need. They basically suck. Word has it that advance Auto parts has bought them. I hope they're smart enough to fire everybody who worked for pep boys because they are useless and uneducated. If the computer gives him the wrong part number they just give you the wrong part because they do not know anything about how to find a part. Go to Nikki's around the corner from them you'll be better off.

Los precios han aumentado exageradamente.200 dólares solo por montar aun alternador, y eso que no tuve que comprarlo porque estaba en garantía........otra mala experiencia con pep boys... El 22 de abril 2021 llame para precio de manga de presión de una nissan frontier la empleada luego de varias preguntas relacionadas al vehículo me dice que cuesta 71 dólar con garantía de 3 meses y que la tenía disponible.al día siguiente llamo para saber el precio de montaje r me indican que cuesta 200 dólares( parece que es precio base), y el costo dela manga es de 219 dólares, como es posible que de un día para otro la pieza subió de precio tan exageradamente. Ya esta cadena había sido demandada por cobrar tarifas elevadas.
