We got the full gutter guard on our home. The tech was very friendly, efficient and maintained a clean area as he worked. The final look is beautiful and the guards are a good match to our roof shingles. Very pleased!

It was a good experience from beginning to end. We had 9 new windows put in. Met with Barry who explained the windows, measured them, and answered several questions. Then met with Austin who was very informative. He did the final measurements, gave a timeline and was very professional with all aspects so we would understand what to expect. The windows were ordered and when they arrived the installation was scheduled. Bailey did our installation. He was top notch. Very thorough, on two of the hottest days. The windows look wonderful and keep out the noise, tightly sealed, trimmed out. Installation took 2 days, well worth it. Recommend the company.

My mother needed some new gutters after years of zero maintenance. They were filled with dirt and just a mess. I called Top Tier after doing a little research on the Internet and found them to be exceptional. Our sales person, Barry, came out and was super informative and easy to work with. Top Tier was outstanding! The workers were extremely efficient. They replaced all the siding in our house, repaired our bannisters, and reapplied window shutters in just over a week. The leadership was courteous and made themselves very accessible to us during the whole process. Would highly recommend them to anyone interested in external work on their house!

I have had other companies (in the past) do horrible work; take much longer on the job than scheduled,destroy the interior of my home, leave a huge mess....and expect me to cover those additional repairs/costs.
Today was the 1st time Top Tier replaced some windows for me. In (somewhat dreaded anticipation) I moved everything around, put sheets over EVERYTHING, etc...because of past experiences with other companies. However, in roughly 3 hours, 1 man (Shannon) and ZERO mess...I had to ask in disbelief if my 4 windows were already installed. They were!!!!

My gutters were previously installed incorrectly so I called a few companies for quotes. Top tier was very kind, professional, and promt. They came out gave us a free quote that day and was able to get us into the schedule within 2 weeks. They completed the work quickly and correctly. They went above and beyond. I needed all new gutters and some fascia repaired. They did all of that and painted. I would call this company again without hesitation.

Zach did an AMAZING job with the gutters on our house. I’d say that I’d use him again, but with the quality job they did I doubt I’ll need to.

Just had my fascia and soffit replaced by Top Tier. As well as adding new gutters. From start to finish, they made it a super-easy process. Barry came by for initial measurements and an estimate. Easy to talk to and it didn’t feel like a prototypical sales pitch. The estimate also came in well under the other 2 I received from different companies. They have great reviews as well, so we decided to go with them.
The crew that completed the fascia and soffit were excellent. Gutters were done a couple days later. Zach showed up right on time and was great to deal with. Super chill and friendly.

I have been working with Shannon at Top Tier for almost 2 years now. They have installed windows, gutters, converted a screened in porch to a sun room and have now just finished up residing my entire house. It is always quality work and excellent communication.

We had gutters installed in January of 2023. We had the leaf blocker system installed as well as we have dozens of trees by our house. We had no issues and the finished product still looks great. The company is easy to work with and has great customer service. Our sales rep, Shannon, has always been easy to get in touch with and pleasant to work with. We called to have a down spout shortened for a rain barrel, two years after our initial install. They came out the same day to give us a quote.
A lot of companies use high pressure sales tactics, however Top Tier never did that. Shannon gave us multiple options to chose from to suit our needs and budget. And the prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Our install was 1/3 the price we were quoted by another larger competitor. And the quality of Top Teir’s gutters are much better.
We would highly recommended them to anyone looking for new gutters!

I had an excellent experience with Top Tier that began from the moment I called. I had been putting off getting my gutters done for years, and when I called first thing on a Monday someone answered on the second ring! The were polite and professional, remembered the person that had referred me by name, and set me up with the same evaluator that did their house, Shannon, for an appointment the following day.

The next day, Shannon calls me apologizing because he was going to be FOUR minutes late due to traffic on 26. Yes, you read that right. In South Carolina that's not even a rounding error, let alone a reason for apology. When he arrived (only TWO minutes late) Shannon was extremely considerate and knowledgable. I knew I was going to get my gutters from Top Tier before they even shared their quote — which was competitively priced and right in line with what I had researched on the bases of material costs per linear foot and labor. Shannon was very deliberate about not over-selling me, and I really felt like I could trust his assessment.

Within two weeks of the initial consult, I had an install date set with Zack, who was wonderful to work with. Zack showed up on time, with accurate information from the quote, and all the tools and equipment needed. We walked the property to confirm everything and align on the details, and he went to work! Zack has many years of experience in his craft, and it shows. You could tell doing quality work means a lot to him, and he rightfully takes pride in his work. The gutters are arrow straight with minimal seams and blend in perfectly with the trim pieces of the house.

Overall, we finished ahead of schedule, on budget, and with a superb outcome. I have nothing but positive things to say about Top Tier and recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Top tier gutters was the more expensive option I had when getting quotes but I’m glad I went with them. Zach came by to install the gutters and was very kind and worked hard off the bat. He walked me through what he was doing and got to work.

He also made some specific adjustments for me after he already cut the gutters and spent some extra time accommodating my late request (rather than up charging me or insisting it wasn’t part of the initial plan). That means a lot to me and I am very happy with the final results.

I recommend them to everyone as they use premium materials, efficient workers, and look to make the customer happy. They’re worth the money!

We’ve worked with Top Tier at two of our houses for siding, gutter and window work. Each time we’ve coordinated with Shannon who has been great. For new gutters on our new house, Shannon showed up on time and gave us a quick, cost friendly estimate. Top Tier continues to be our “go to” company for home renovations. Great work, Shannon!

We had a really wonderful experience working with Barry and Top Tier for our replacement windows. They put no pressure on us to purchase and patiently answered all of our questions. The install was quick and easy but most importantly our windows look amazing. I am blown away and the difference. As an added bonus, the noise from outside has been greatly reduced too.

I had my roof and siding done. They did a good job. They cleaned up everything and we're nice. Crews doing work didn't speak English but I was able to call my sales man Barry and get a few things straighten out while they were on site.

Corey, Charlie, and Shannon were great to work with. I had a patio door and two windows installed and they both look great. They also did not leave a mess, they cleaned up very well. Would definitely recommend Top Tier.

Top Tier replaced all of the windows in our house and we were so happy with their quick service and high quality of work that we’re having them do the siding for our addition. Taylor did a great job on the gutters! Had Shannon come out to fix an issue that I had with the gutters and they are doing it at no charge even though it was a squirrel that caused the problem

Top Tier installed 81 feet of gutters on my home early 2022. Their gutter guard system is very effective. The gutters are high capacity and of good gauge aluminum. A great value vs the name brands. They look great also! I was impressed enough that I contracted Top Tier to replace 7 windows with hurricane impact glass and some lower siding repair work. Looking forward to an April 2023 completion.
07/23/2025 Windows were installed in 2023 and I don't care for the Wincore Brand, select something else if you can. Difficult to shut and don't stay up.
Austin came out and replaced one of the Wincore 8800's that had fogged. Good job for a reasonable price.
