I really appreciated the smooth and continual flow of information about the project that was provide by your team from start to finish. Aaron presentation provided answers to most of my questions which was followed by Larry Smith who provided details about the project and informed me of what to expect and selected tentative start dates. Miguel notified me about the start of the job and met me the first day to explain the prep and process of the job. He also showed me the damaged plywood and explained the change order. Eberardo “EB” Alarcon posted information for the City of University and did a final inspection. It was a pleasure having this wonderful team working on my home.

From beginning to end, the Patriot roofing team was top-notch. When they came out to do the initial inspection, instead of handing me a piece of paper with the quote, they scheduled another appointment to go over in detail what they were going to do and had visual product examples. They spent the time to explain the air flow for the attic and what was needed for proper air flow. Once I called them and made a small down payment to ensure my commitment, the communication was excellent. They called and walked me through what to expect, who was going to come out, and when. The team fixed my roof in two days. They tore off my roof and fixed some issues with the plywood and the rafters and sealed the roof in water water-tight. The next day, they showed up on time and started the installation of the roof. The cleanup was impeccable. A week later, I was contacted for my gutter replacement and when they would be on site for the install. That team was in and out so fast, and the gutters look great along with the new roof. Here is what it looks like now and what they had to do before the new roof. I feel they went above and beyond to protect my house. If you are looking to get a new roof, I strongly recommend Patriot Roofing.

This is our second time working with Patriot. After re-siding our home, I asked that they evaluate the roof on our garage/ADU. They concluded that it was ready for replacement and that there were defects in the eaves present from original construction. They walked it down with and it was not hard to convince me the work was necessary. They started the work right on time, which was important because I had an electrical contractor scheduled to follow them for solar panels. I especially appreciated that we did a post-job walkdown with Mike (quality manager) in which I pointed out an area where the flashing didn’t look quite right. They sent a man out the next day to resolve my issue. Very happy and we’d recommend Patriot. They perform as committed, do good work and charge a reasonable price.

Patriot Roofing was SMOOTH. From the estimation process to the final walk through: they are a well oiled machine; prompt; courteous; professional; fast; communicative; quality; AND (cherry on top) they were NOT the most expensive bid we recieved. I was super impressed.

Patriot Roofing is undoubtably the premier roofing contractor for our community. From start to finish every aspect and detail in our contract was followed to perfection. The estimator and project coordinator Mike Talpai visited our residence and made the decision so easy; he was well prepared, knowledgeable and willing to work within our budget and the end result is phenomenal. When the crew arrived, they were courteous, professional, cleaned up daily and assured everything was safely secured. Throughout Mike Talpai kept me aware of any and all developments and assured my roof was perfect and delivered on time. I don't typically leave reviews for companies but felt i had to as this was one of the best experiences i have had with a company.

From the quote to the final inspection nothing but the utmost professionals. The daily progress reports with pictures kept me updated and informed when changes to original plan were possible/necessary.

The set up was easy and Jeremy was very knowledgeable and through on his inspection and bid. The crew was nice, respectful and quick on the tear down and assembly. They put in a sun tunnel for more light which helped a lot in a very dark room.

I really regret not choosing Patriot Roofing, whom I was originally set to go with. I ended up going with the company Contractors Roofing Service (CRS Roofing) in Gig Harbor, who had a cybersecurity breach, and my information was stolen, which led to a financial loss of about $43k. It gets worse: CRS Roofing was aware of this breach yet failed to notify me. Then I learned the "bad actors" attempted to defraud four more people who had work done by CRS Roofing. The worst part was not only did the owner of CRS Roofing not inform me of the breach, but while already aware of the problem and already retaining a digital forensic company to secure his systems, he denied that his systems were compromised. It's a beautiful roof, no doubt, but now I'm going to court because they expect me to settle by paying half of the invoice, and I have to cover my own legal fees. So I want to say I really wish I had gone with Patriot Roofing instead of CRS Roofing in Gig Harbor.

Patriot roofing redid the roof over my garage. They were utmost professionals, completed the work promptly, cleaned up all debris and demoed materials. Very professional. They came to my house for an estimate on my detached garage, measured everything and evaluated what I needed done. They didn't give me some generic price based on what everyone else in the area pays like the first company I had do an estimate. They actually went off and took a couple of days to figure the cost of material and labor. I had the roof and siding done. Their price was 12,000 cheaper for the roof and 6,000 cheaper for the siding than the first estimate I got, for the same materials. When they came back with the estimate there was no high pressure sales tactic. They were able to start the project early. I had some structural rot and they were able to repair that as well, they even installed a new door that had to be reframed. The roof and siding were completed in just over a week. They did gutters and down spouts, new facia and enclosed the eaves. Everything is calked and ready to paint. They sent me texts to let me know when someone was going to be on site and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. They even bring their own porta potty. The crew cleaned up the site at the end of each day, no nails or debrie left in my yard. They do a final inspection when the work is completed. Everything looks fantastic. This is the second time I have used Patriot Roofing. They did the siding and the roof on my house a few years ago when a tree fell on it and did considerable damage. Everything still looks great and no problems. I can't say enough about this company. I highly recommend.

We are very happy with the quality of the work and the performance of the crew ! They sent out a 8 man crew to remove our tile roof . All of the work was on a 12/12 or 14/12 pitch roofs. They did a great job , always safe , tuff work , great crew, ,5 days Complete ! All new 6" gutters and downspouts and a new comp roof. They kept the schedule and the clean up was great also .

My wife and I had an idea of what needed to get done with our roof to fix the various problems we were having with our home leaking. We scheduled several estimates with various companies for getting our roof replaced. We carefully examined how they conducted their inspections and their recommendations throughout the process. Nearly every other company either bashed other roofers in the area and used crude business tactics during our meetings or didn't even give us an inspection, eyeballed it from the driveway, and didn't recommend what needed to get done. From our very first meeting with Patriot's estimator, Levi, there was no wasteful time on downplaying other roofers and immediately went through our roof in the most thorough inspection. He was very attentive to our needs and answered every question we had. We wanted more conversation about understanding the process and to discuss all the options. We didn't have to ask Levi to walk us through the entire roofing job. He merely was doing what he thought was right and did not pressure us at any point. Once we decided to choose Patriot Roofing, we then got handed to the main office for scheduling. Their communication was always wonderful keeping us in the loop and accommodating my wife and I's busy schedule. The roofers themselves were timely and professional during the job itself. The entire roof was completed in 2 days even with a snowstorm the first night. We were skeptical of how they'd be able to make it work with such terrible weather and conditions, but there was no complaining and zero holdup whatsoever. The roof looks amazing, there have been zero problems so far, and their warranty was the best on the market! All of these factors mean my wife and I get to sleep peacefully with no stress about whether we made the right choice or not. I'd recommend Patriot Roofing to anybody. We had our roof and gutters replaced by Patriot Roofing late July of last year. It is now eight months later, and I am pleased to say our new roof is awesome. We have had a couple of windstorms and plenty of heavy rains since then. Not one issue arose. I feel so much better now during the heavy rains than I did with our old shake roof, and I couldn’t be happier. The whole process, from quote to the final job inspection, was very smooth and comfortable. The crews were courteous and polite. Also, stray nails were never a problem. (I checked around the house each evening when I was home.) I highly recommend Patriot Roofing.

It's been a year since the work was performed, I sleep sound and worry free at night when I hear the storm pounding over head.

We chose Patriot after receiving 6 bids. Patriot made the entire process of getting our roof replaced easy. The estimator was by far the most thorough and provided detailed photos. He also included the price of rotten plywood that needed to be replaced where other companies did not. The crew was very polite and checked in a couple times a day to let us know what was found and general progress on our roof. They aren't the cheapest option but I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.

Excellent job, no issues during installation, clear communication, although the price is on the high end of the market, you generally pay for what you get, and this pony has all the bells and whistles.

Hands down the best roofing replacement company in the Pugent Sound area. If you think you need a new roof, this is the company you should call. Almost everyone on their team has a PHD in roofing, ventilation, gutters, and anything attic related. They also give a wealth of information at no cost to you with a free inspection.

However, if you think your roof is in pretty good shape and you need something minor fixed, this is not the company you should be calling. If you also have a ventilation issue, your roof isn’t leaking, or just need a few shingles fixed, this isn’t the company you should call. It’s either you buy a new roof or the highway. They warranty their work for 25 years, which means if they touch your roof, they responsible for the entire thing. I understand the business model but wish I knew this before they came out. They will do a 1-2 hour inspection then sit you down for over an hour to discuss their findings.

I’m still happy they came out. They provided a great inspection report and showed me on the biggest problems about my roof. I just don’t think this business model will scale for them, but we’ll see! They’ve been around for 13 years and are very well reviewed. If you think your roof needs to be replaced or you want a 30 page booklet of what your roofing company did incorrectly, call them!

Very professional! I was informed about price, product and time of service. All of the workers were friendly and helpful. We needed a few extra things done and they were happy to take care of them. They even brought facia boards ahead of time so we could paint them to match the house! Project was completed on time with very detailed clean up even the nails! I highly recommend Patriot Roofing!!!!!

Patriot did excellent work and were competative with their quote. The job was started on time and completed within the time given. I live in an old house and the production manager pointed out some sagging and rot issues. These were repaired and rebuilt at a reasonable cost, very efficiently and with no delays. High quality products used with high quality work. When I inspected the work I found a few cosmetic things that I asked them to change. The response was immediate and my concerns were resolved within a few days. Great crews, great people. From first encounter with Kyle, the production managers Miguel. Patriot Roofing is a top notch company that knows what they are doing and does what they say they are going to do. We recently had the unfortunate experience of having to entirely replace a defective roof on a brand new house. The builder would not make it right, so we had to pay out of pocket. I got five estimates from five different local roofing companies and Keith, the estimator/roofing consultant from Patriot, was the only one to actually climb up into the attic in mid summer, (120 degrees in the attic at the time), with a respirator on, to examine the rafters, sheathing and ventilation issues we were having and come up with a comprehensive plan to make things right. Once we made the commitment to move forward with Patriot, everything went like clockwork, thanks to Keith, Scott, Larry, Miguel, John, Mike, Eberardo, the front office staff and the two crew leads Jose and Manuel, and their extraordinary roofing crews. They got to the job every day at 7:00 AM and worked their tails off to produce a top quality job in the allotted time in late July. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed. They were always respectful and accommodating, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Patriot Roofing definitely wasn't the least expensive of the five quotes we got, but you get what you pay for. We learned the hard way, from the first roof that was put on this new house by the builder, that you DO NOT want to spare expense when it comes to such an integral component of your home and its well being. BTW, for those that want to know, the builder that put us in this position in the first place was Hi Line Homes in Poulsbo.

Jeremy was a poor representative of this company. I was referred to patriots roofing by a friend, scheduled a consultation. Jeremy was the sales consultant and was so rude. He handled my situation with such disrespect. I will go with some other company due to this. I hope Patriots roofing choose their employees wisely next time.

With 40 years of contracting experience I will say PR is a well organized well ran operation and made our roofing project as smooth as can be and the estimator Keith was beyond thorough and was invaluable in helping us understand how to turn our claim in with the insurance company .

I can't say enough great things about Patriot Roofing. Every aspect of their service was excellent. Getting my roof replaced was the single largest expense for my house that I've ever had to handle. Kyle did an awesome job with the estimate and explaining the job and scope of work. Larry, Miguel, Ebarardo, and their team were prompt with communication and did excellent work. They finished on time and left my yard cleaner then it was before they started. To top it off, there was a small issue with one of my downspouts. Joe reached out in less than one business day, came out same-day, and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Patriot Roofing. From the time when they did the estimate up until project completion, it was made clear that customer satisfaction is their priority. I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Hafey who was always quick to answer my questions. I am currently working overseas and each time I have a question or concern, he is always available and clear things up for me. A couple of months after the roof was completed, a shingle was found on the ground. The owner, Scott Campbell, sent someone right over to inspect the roof. It was found out the shingle was not from our house but a neighbor’s house. This action just reaffirms how customer oriented Patriot Roofing is and how much they care about their own work and customer satisfaction.

Levi came over to inspect my roof and recommend next step. During initial visit. Levi took time to understand situation and performed a detail inspection. He inspected roofing and went into attic taking pictures and notes. After Levi was done. He wanted to make another appointment to share Patriot Roofing proposal for my roof project.
Next appointment was incredible. Levi created three ring binder with recommended scope of work with pictures. Levi spent time to thoroughly discuss each part of my project.

During gutter install. My neighbor had a garage fire. Patriot Roofing gutter installer stopped working on my house and fought fire. According to my neighbor and fire department. The actions of Patriot Roofing employees prevented the loss of home or severe damage. At the end. I am proud Patriot Roofing did my roofing project.

Hands down fantastic job, exceeded my expectations. I had them come back and install my Windows, yet again knocked it out of the park with the attention to detail. Cannot recommend enough, the quality of work is far beyond what I expected, and I expected a lot!
