I had extensive, external hail damage to 2 houses and some outbuildings. Patriot Roofing was with me through the whole process, including the Insurance assessment. They did everything they promised to do. House and patio roof replacements (2 houses); siding replacement; window replacements; metal barn roof replacement. Some of the items needed for the repairs required special ordering and even those were completed in a very timely manner. My home looks better after they finished the repairs than it did before the damage, and the house is only 5 years old. Very, very pleased with this company and their staff.

These guys did a great job on my grandmother's roof. They were very professional, and did a fabulous job! The salesman, David Allen, was very friendly and informative and even came back after the job was complete with a magnet to make sure all the nails were picked up, and to make sure that she was satisfied. Brandon, Henry and the team at Patriot Roofing are very knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with insurance when filing a claim. Henry came out and took a lot of photos that showed the damage to my roof and these helped in getting my previous insurance claim reopened. Then, Henry was there when the adjuster was sent out to perform an inspection on the roof. Patriot Roofing was instrumental in getting us a new roof! Brandon and his guys did an excellent job!! He worked great with the insurance company to assist us with coverage. He was also able to find the other contractors needed to finish the job, i.e. gutter man, carpenters, painters, which made it so much easier since insurance was involved. I filed an insurance claim. He came out and meet with the person who is there to take the pictures to send to to our adjuster..
Day of the construction, he came to the site when the crew got here and stayed until the materials were delivered, he makes sure the inventory is right. Makes sure the decking issues are addressed if any. He is 100% honest and trustworthy with you and leaves out no details. He came back out after everything was finished and put away a few stacks of shingles that were left over.
The crew, man, they were great. They put tarps around the house and got started on the roof. Waisting no time. They did a great job. They cleaned up everything and left no trash or nails behind. Even put back my decorations that were in my flowerbeds.

I had had a new roof put on my home about 5 years ago by someone else and it leaked from day 1. After several attempts to repair it I lost track of them and wasn't able to find them. I finally contacted Brandon with Paterot Roofing after having several other roofers look at it Brandon was the only one that seemed to know what needed to be done to take care of my problem. They weren't able to start as soon as they thought due to weather. But Brandon kept in touch with me to keep me informed. When they were able to get started they did an excellent job right down to the cleen up.
