Generally I am very happy with the work that was done. I needed a full roof replacement and that was completed. Unfortunately our project manager was not the best communicator. I emailed him the day of completion with some concerns I had and a week later I still haven't heard anything back. My invoice has been paid and I've received my receipts so I guess my concerns will go unaddressed. The workers were prompt and thorough but PM communication is lacking.

I compared other quotes to Paramount, They took the time to show me where others were shortcutting and what to look out for. Transparent company that I would do business with again. How many times do you hear that? We had old roof torn off down to decking, wood replaced where needed and a full TPO replacement. Job was well documented and great communication. Malcom was my sales lead on the job. Thanks again.

Paramount earned all 5 stars from me! I had a lot of things to work out on my own end regarding financing, so I took some time to gather quotes and then figure out how to get everything in order. I had a quote from them on a previous project, and they remembered me from that; they were even able to use the photos from the previous estimate to start the process again. Mike was very patient with me during this process, and Malcolm was 100% on top of scheduling and communication.

The crew that came the day of showed up right on time (early, even!), worked quickly and efficiently, and they got the work done in 1 day! They also cleaned up afterward. The billing terms made sense to me, and I didn't spot any inexplicable charges. I absolutely recommend them!

Professional and proficient. We have now used Paramount a couple of times. They are quick to schedule the estimation, which comes with photos and a complete explanation of their findings. Work is scheduled in a timely fashion and completed when scheduled. Photos are provided of progress and completed work.

We had Paramount Roofing install our silicone membrane roof upgrade in 2022. The installation went very well and the product has performed flawlessly.

Paramount Roofing was recommended by a family member. They did not disappoint. There were 4 layers of old gravel roofing. It had lifted and soft to walk on. Malcom came and gave us an estimate, He was honest, personable and professional. Paramount came in and stripped all the old roofing and installed the TPO. When the work was finished Malcom came back out and inspected the finished work with a walk through and drone photos he made the process trouble free. Paramount did a wonderful job replacing or roof in Santa Fe. The roof had three layers to remove and then install a new roof. They kept the debris at a minimum and cleand up each day. The finished TPO roof looks like the instrument was excellent. It hasn't snowed or rained yet, but viewing the quality of workmanship, I would be shocked it it leaks and have no doubt that if it does, they will address it immediately.

We recently had our roof replaced with TPO using Paramount. The whole transaction could not have gone any better! The estimate process, contract, actual replacement, inspection and warranty all went smoothly. The crew showed up early (but not too early) worked hard and got the job done a little sooner than anticipated. Our property was cleaned up nicely and we are very happy with the end result. (We used Paramount during the early stages of COVID for repairs until we could actually get the whole roof replaced and were happy with the work done at that time as well.)

I promised to write a review two years ago and didn't. I think that is a good thing I waited because I can tell you that after two years, the roof is functioning perfectly, and small issues we had after the install were resolved immediately, These guys are great, I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Paramount Roofing did an outstanding job in replacing the roof on my home. We started this process in June, and after several months of back and forth with my insurance company, Paramount installed a TPO roof with minimal interruption of our daily routine. The quality of the work is top notch, and the level of service is excellent. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. They are very professional and thorough, and truly value their customers.

Great job all around. Mike (owner) came out for the estimate and was fair and upfront about what I needed. Even saved me from doing stuff that I didn’t need. Both a leak repair and normal maintenance were performed. Both were done on time snd efficiently. Jorge performed the maintenance and did a fantastic job. I contacted Paramount Roofing to have an inspection done of our roof on July 7, 2024. We received their estimate and photos to submit to our insurance company on July 27, 2024. Our insurance company wanted more information regarding their inspection. So Paramount Roofing sent a new roofer out for an inspection, as the last one who inspected our roof was no longer with their company. I was told that they would inspect our roof again for free and then get us their estimate and photos that evening on September 16, 2024. Two days later, I was told that they would not provide me the estimate and photos from their inspection, because they required a contingency fee agreement to be signed first. This information was needed for insurance purposes. This doesn't make us want to go with a company that only seeks out money. I would highly reccomend you take your business elsewhere, as they seem to only care about money and not actually helping a customer or being an honest company.

Paramount Roofing is a fantastic company. They worked extensively with us to find the right solution for our unique situation. They did what they promised. They were well organized, cleaned up each day and helped us work through some unforeseen problems. We had a little rework to be done after they finished the job and they fixed it without any hassle.

I especially like the way they treat their workers and focus on keeping them safe while they do a good job.

I highly recommend Paramount Roofing an would definitely use them again.

They quoted us a $5,000 for repairs and ‘maintenance’ when two other companies came in around $2,000. I called them about the discrepancy and he went into detail about ‘maintenance’, discussing they provide the ability to monitor trouble spots that could go bad. Not worth $3,000 to me!! How they have so many positive reviews blows me away after dealing with them. Just my experience

In response to the owner of the company, I have never seen a company with this highly rated reviews that as I said (“I don’t know if this is happening with this company”) but I have experienced the same with a company out of Albuquerque that had a high number of reviews with a 5.0 rating. We did not find them to be a 5 when they tore into our historic house in Silver City to put up new windows.

Your estimate to fix our roof was $5,000. It put us in a bad relationship with the seller of the home because their two roofer estimates were $2000 each. They thought we were extorting them! I had the estimator twice explain why he was so much higher and he said they look out for ‘maintenance issues.

He asked me who the names of the two companies were and I told him the names of two reputable companies, likely with less overhead. I know the one we chose was a smaller one. The person was very knowledgeable, not asking for ‘maintenance costs’ and fixed what was needed on what is a very well built 10 year old roof for $1200.

That’s a far cry from $5,000. Let your readers decide but that is the facts. I usually let small things slide but to prey on people’s fears by saying your watching for things that could go wrong has many words for that but to me it’s just wrong, and that is why I just have a hard time you have so many great reviews for your very expensive service.

Everyone was very professional with the recent work we had done. Loved that Ernie gave me a return call even without my even leaving a voicemail as I was calling around to different contractors to check availability. Pleased with the work done and clean-up after.

The Estimator was thorough and gave us a complete photo record of all the damage on the roof (I'm too old to be climbing around on my roof). The guys who came to do the work were polite and worked hard in 100 degree heat. Five Star All the Way !!

Paramount Roofing replaced the roof on our garage that had been blown off in a windstorm. Their bid was well under that of a competing company, and they did the work in a timely manner. As luck would have it, the weather was both rainy and windy shortly after the installation and the roof neither leaked nor was blown off. They did a good job.

Paramount Roofing did an Excellent job on my house. From day one, Malcolm the project manager gave me an estimate, photos and thorough explanation of what the job would entail. The other reps Ernie in office, Matt other project manager, Zek job manager, and Albert foreman plus crew.

We had a leak in our roof and reached out to Paramount Roofing. They were so fast in their response to come look at the roof. They offered a variety of options to approach the roof repair and maintenance so we were able to choose something that made sense for us. The leak was repaired within 48 hours. They followed up for maintenance a few weeks later. They not only performed roof maintenance, they also replaced a cracked skylight. The whole team did a great job communicating with us. Service was timely and professional. We have had several storms since our repair with no issues! We were very happy with our service from this company and will plan to utilize them in future if needed!

Very reasonable pricing. Malcolm was very professional and respectful of my house when I asked him to take his work boots off.

We got a portion of our roof replaced and while that is never fun, we had a positive experience with Malcolm and the team. There was a slight issue with a leak that came back afterwards since they didn't replace the whole roof on the building, but when that happened i was really impressed by how quickly they responded to resolve the issue. I know others who have had issues with other companies and gotten the runaround, and the level of customer service alone puts Paramount far above the rest. Plus the cost was reasonable and the roof since the fix is great!

Michael from Paramount Roofing thoroughly explained what needed to be done to fix my leaky flat gravel roof. He and Carlos spent a full day cleaning and then sealing all the problem areas. The work was done on time, and there weren't any leaks from Saturday's snow. Great workmanship, reasonable cost, and they finished the job on schedule. Communication with Michael, Malcom, and Ernie was excellent.

If you have a flat roof, I recommend Paramount Roofing. They are very friendly and accommodating with your schedule. They keep you very informed about whats going on with your roof and if you have any questions about your roof they will answer as be as they can.

These guys are extremely good at what they do! We had a problem with a flat portion of our roof, with an exterior leak coming from a bad drip edge installation. Paramount did a terrific job repairing the TPO and replacing the drip edge with the proper size. It took about half a day, and all that was promised on the original estimate was delivered on-time, and on-budget. They power washed and cleaned up afterwards.The work was *meticulous*. Big thanks to Henry and Eric who did the final work, as well as Malcom, Ernie and Danielle who helped walk us through the project!

Overall a really great experience from estimate to installation! My roof has been leaking for quite some time and was sorely in need of a full replacement/upgrade, so after much agonizing over which roofing company to use I settled on Paramount thanks to all of the other positive reviews. I was definitely not disapponted! Everyone on the team that installed my new roof was very respectful and friendly, which I appreciated. I also liked that they did a walk around at the end of the day to pick up any debris that fell from the roof into the front and backyard -- I have two dogs, so this extra but of consideration was amazing. Jesus, the Foreman, and Malcom, the program manager, did a great job keeping me informed of any issues/ changes in the project end date and they were both very responsive to any questions I had. They even removed and discarded my old swamp coolers for me, which was truly above and beyond! Overall I would highly recommend Paramount Roofing for any of your roofing needs!

Paramount installed custom gutters at my house. Went from cheap plastic ones to color matched metal, much better quality. Not only was it a reasonable price but it was done in a timely manner. The part I was most pleased with was their clean up, i have not found one screw in my driveway unlike other roofing companies.

I have been thrilled with the work of Paramount Roofing, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family in need of roof repair or replacement. I have gone back to them multiple times for inspection, diagnosis, and repair of issues on roofs of houses for my own house, my parents' house, and my in-laws' house. Every time, I was given a quote for work that was reasonable (there are likely far cheaper out there, but you can have those other guys), the work was timely and excellent, and the Paramount Roofing guys clearly take pride in their craftsmanship. Every time they've sealed or repaired for me, Paramount has put a 3-year warranty on their work, which is an added value and plus. Contacted Paramount to get estimates and gain some clarity from all information I received from other roofing companies. My main focus was to have an expert provide me with the true condition of my flat roof and estimates accordingly. Mike came out quickly and provided me with the information that I needed.

As I found out, I am not currently in dire need of a new roof or a roof restoration. So, I will not be using Paramount at this time. But, when the time comes, Paramount will be the Roofing Company I reach out too.

Paramount Roofing replaced our roof last summer (2022). They were very professional, punctual, courteous and reasonably priced. The replacement process was thoroughly explained in advance, and they allowed us to ask any questions prior to starting. We are more than pleased with the quality outcome. We had a skylight installed early this year by a different company. We had issues with it, so we contacted Paramount to address the problem. Malcom Dotey (project manager) worked with us to get the skylight securely fastened and fully sealed. Had we realized Paramount installed skylights, we would have used them to install it. I can't say enough positive words about Malcom and the rest of the staff at Paramount. I highly recommend Paramount without reservation.

Well, they've done it again! This is the 2nd roof we've had done by Paramount Roofing, and we couldn't be more pleased!! 1st house had a metal roof, and the 2nd one was a flat roof. They've done an exceptional job on both! Very professional !! Everything was done in a timely manner (even though the weather wasn't too cooperative).

I had a very good experience with Paramount Roofers. They travelled to my home in Santa Fe and gave me an estimate and started the work within a few days. The workers were efficient and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with the project manager and office personnel who were very responsive to my inquiries. When a friend who is a builder went up on the roof, he commented that they did an excellent job. They sealed all the skylights and other worn areas and I have had no problem since they made the repairs. The local SFE roofers all said I needed a new roof. Paramount said repairs were sufficient. I would definitely use them again.

After having my old tar-and-gravel roof expensively redone with Ecodur and silicone, and receiving a 20-year warranty from a company that went out of business about a year later when Covid-19 hit, and after the owner of that company promised he would honor the warranty and performed numerous patches over the next year and a half, none of which actually worked, I was working in my yard when Michael (the estimator) from Paramount Roofing drove up, rolled down his car window, and said "Do you need a roofer?" We chatted, I got his card, and two weeks later I called and said "YES, I need a roofer!" He came out, inspected, gave me a very reasonable estimate both in terms of money and of repair time. As it happened, they also came out to do emergency repairs in advance of the scheduled repair, AND then came out to do the scheduled repair a month early (due to alterations in their work schedule). Michael, Matt, Donovan, Rodney, and Mike, and several others whose names I did not get, were thorough, professional, reasonable, pleasant, very kind, and answered all my questions. And they found everything that had been done wrong with the previous roof-work and made hundreds of repairs and patches, and spent quite a bit of time on the roof where the 17 worst leaks in one small room (the bathroom) were. After the repairs and patching were all done, and after the layers of the roof dried out completely, I waited until we finally got some rain, waited some more to see if anything dripped from anywhere, and as it has been dry inside for a full week during which we got nearly 2 inches of rain, I am just pretty darn sure Paramount Roofing has found and fixed all the problems.

Paramount was a top notch company to work with! I appreciate the communication, work ethic and their integrity! I have had the pleasure of working with Ernie and Malcom and they addressed our concerns and questions promptly and took care of everything!
