Did a great job with placing a metal roof on the house and had great communication. However, I developed a leak around the chimney that he was initially very responsive to inspect however when pushed further for actual repair he quit responding. We made several attempts to find a solution or time to come out but ultimately quit responding and did not show. I had another roofing company come out and they found the chimney flashing improperly installed and had wide gaps around the area. They fixed this in half a day. There is supposedly a 5yr warranty on labor they do but I guess that doesn't matter if they quit responding. Anyhow, I texted him what was wrong and required fixing so that hopefully they can do better in the future.

Great company to work with and high quality work. Will work with you and insurance if needed. The whole process was a breeze with no drama. Would recommend for any work from roofing to gutters and siding.

We had roof damage from a wind storm and Will came out quickly and made temporary repairs. They were incredibly easy to work with and worked with the not so easy insurance company too. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to install a new roof and how well they worked with me on getting payment from insurance company. new shingles look great!

We purchased a house and shortly after buying the house there was a really bad storm that caused damage to the roof even blowing one of the vents off the roof. Mr. Palmer came out quickly and did a patch repair to the roof to ensure it would not leak and cause damage and covered the big hole where the vent was missing. He then worked with my insurance to get the repair covered but where I just bought the house the roof needed to be replaced and the insurance was not going to cover it all. Mr. Palmer worked with me on all the options and said we could do the roof now and the gutters later but the roof was the critical part. He worked with me on picking out the style and color of the roof and the install was very quick. He used advanced measuring to ensure very little waste and inspected all the roof after removing all the shingles. He also removed the old vents and put new modern vents on the roof. The roof was a very large job and I was worried it would take many days to complete but once he started they finished in two days. The job was 118 squares which is very large to my understanding. They did a great job and walked me through every step.
Very glad I had Mr. Palmer on my side during this process.

Although my roof was not installed at this time, I’m sure I will hire him when the time comes. Will seemed very knowledgeable, honest, and was not interested in just selling me a new roof that was not needed at this time. Others who looked at it came up with all kinds of reasons, trying to intimidate me. He went out of his way to provide assistance. He fixed the gutters where they were falling and even removed the paint brush that was blocking one gutter, at no charge.

I am very pleased with my new roof . The roof was done on time and with very professional manner. Will Palmer was very professional . I would recommend this company to anyone.

I discovered some water damage on my roof, to the point where I was leaking through to a window. I was able to get in contact with Paramount and they were able to quickly send workers to my house. The workers were very friendly and professional, and their work was excellent.

We needed our 22 year old roof and gutters replaced. We requested inspections/estimates from three roofing companies. All three companies conducted an on site inspection of our current roof and provided us with a similar listing of shingle/gutter products.

When the estimates arrived, Paramount Roofing (Will Palmer) was the only company that provided a line item estimate, detailing what was going to be installed and showing the cost per installation of each item.

We decided to go with Paramount as they had also recommended a solution to problems we had with leaks around pipe vents. The addition of lead flashings over those pipes put an end to ever having to worry about leaks again.

The estimate was integrated directly into the work contract so there was no question as to what work was going to be done. Scheduling when the work was to be done was easy.

The only problem we had was our first day selected had to be changed due to rain. Ben kept us informed of the delay and the work was moved to one of our alternate days.

Ben and his crew showed up on the day of work at 8:00am and by 5:30pm we had a new roof. The yard looked like a war zone during installation - but as the last trailer was pulled out at the end of the day you couldn't tell they had been there.

The week following the roof installation the gutters were installed in a matter of hours by Bluegrass Guttering who did an excellent job removing the old gutters and installing new ones.

Overall we had an outstanding experience with Paramount Roofing and would contract with them again if we need their services.

I had wanted to put a metal roof on my log cabin for a long time. The shingled roof was hail damaged recently and the time was right. Will and his team were a pleasure to work with. The metal roof and skylights on our barndominium needed repair, and gutters replaced. The work was first rate and the guys were a pleasure to work with.

Will inspected my roof and to my amazement he said I had a good 10 years left on my roof just as it was. I was sold right there, I was talking to an honest man.

I told Will I also needed my house painted as he informed me he had a good paint crew and could do the job. So he did an estimate for the job, I carefully went through it and my wife and I decided it was very fair. They painted all of the underneath woodwork, trim and gutters around my house. They stained and applied polyurethane to the deck door and window. They stained and sealed my deck.

Will set and took the time with my wife and I choosing color schemes and he showed me nothing but respect and professionalism through the entire project that took about 5 days. He is coming back next week to replace the roof on my shed. I could not be happier with this companies work and highly recommend them as to who to call, you will not be disappointed.

Mr. Will Palmer, Paramount Roofing was contacted when I found a leak in my roof. He came and inspected my roof and did a temporary fix to stop any leakage. He suggested I might consider a new roof. I asked for an estimate and advised him I would be getting others as well and would contact him when I made a decision. He would not charge me for his quick fix as he said he already had what he needed in his truck. After reviewing other estimates and speaking further with Mr. Palmer I decided he could do what I wanted done and at a more reasonable rate and time-frame than anyone else. I had decided on a standing seam metal roof as it is more maintenance-free. He went over and above to get my roof on even while dealing with sketchy winter weather and a cranky old lady. I have no fear that Mr. Palmer will stand behind his work! He is a fine Christian young man. My roof is beautiful and will most assuredly outlast me. You will not go wrong with this young man and Paramount Roofing!!

A storm partially knocked down the gutter on my house a few days ago. I called Paramount Roofing to come and check it out. Within two hours Will was there and not only fixed the gutter but cleaned them out and had plenty of great recommendations for future gutter care. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We have used Will Palmer for a couple jobs over the years and when we had storm damage recently he and his crew once again did not disappoint. He arrived the next day and did a quick patch to prevent more damage to the roof while we waited for the insurance adjuster and supplies were ordered.They did a complete roof replacement and repaired/replaced damage to our siding and gutters. Paramount Roofing put a standing seam metal roof on our house. They did an outstanding job and watched every little detail. Will noticed that a couple pieces of vinyl siding needed replacing and assisted in replacing those for us too. Paramount Roofing went over and above. Had a leak over the winter and tried contacting company multiple times to check it out. They offer a 5 year warranty on labor. They will not return our calls or messages. Very disappointing.

I called Will Palmer to get a quote to put our roof on. He showed up and he was so nice and polite . He put our roof on a few weeks later. Him and his crew go out of there way to do a great job. I called in a pinch on Saturday afternoon when we noticed some spotting on our ceiling and tied it to some ridge shingles which had blown off of the roof. Communication prior to visit was great. Visit was awesome. Quick. Professional. We've worked with three different roofing companies: one on our first home in Versailles in 2009, one with our custom build in 2017 and Paramount, today (4/6/2019). I would recommend Paramount without hesitation above all others.

A couple of weeks ago we had very high winds and a few of our "top of the line" on the very top of the house shingles flew off, which shouldn't have. So we tried to contact the roofer who installed the shingles and of course he was out of business!!!! We searched and found Will, we were lucky he was able to come out right away. My husband was very upset, we were prepared for the worst. Will checked it out and spoke to my husband. The planets were in line that day, he actually had a couple of shingles that matched ours!!!!! He fixed that right up, done right? Nope, he inspected the roof and found several places where the other roofers didn't chalk and fixed those. We highly recommend Will.

After a recent bout of high winds, I contacted Will to help in fixing a section of soffit and a handful of shingles that were blown loose/away. Will arrived when he said he would, was courteous, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Work was exemplary and a great example on how companies should be! Our roof had some major damage and needed more work than we first thought but to stay close to the price we we're quoted Mr. Palmer split the cost of the extra work and Materials.
