We recently had Paramount Roofing Romeo replace two skylights. Joe and his crew, Nick and Eddy, did an outstanding job with the tear out, installation, and clean up. They were prompt, and they completed the job in a timely manner. Overall, we were very pleased, and we would highly recommend Paramount Roofing Romeo.

Paramount Roofing did an outstanding job at our home tearing off the old shingles and installing our brand new roof! The crew was highly professional, courteous and were very careful of our newly painted home. The project manager Scott was incredible as well; great communication start to finish. Scott spent an entire hour after the project was completed and the crew had left meticulously going over the entire house and roof making sure detail was perfect. This was the best financial decision and partnership we’ve made in a while and we couldn’t be happier to have chosen Paramount Roofing to install our new roof. Highly Recommended!!!!

From Beginning to end one word describes my experience with Paramount : Professionalism. From Bill who helped with the insurance to Scott who oversaw the project everyone was clear about the process They quick to respond when called or emailed and they were proactive in addressing all of our concerns before I even brought them up. I would to recommend them to any of my friends or family in a heartbeat.

Paramount Roofing was a great experience from the initial visit by the sales rep (Bryan) to the final inspection by Evan. Communication was excellent and every person arrived on time - from the shingle drop off, the dumpster drop-off and pick-up, the roofing crew and the gutter installation crew.
The roofing crew (another excellent crew leader) worked very hard and efficiently and completed the job in about 12 hours. The gutter crew (led by Rivers) was also top-notch. Clean-up of the site by both crews exceeded expectations - and that is saying a lot!! To a person, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and hard-working. Very glad I chose this company for such an important investment in my home - thanks Paramount!

I recently had Paramount Roofing replace the roof on my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Materials were delivered on a Tuesday afternoon by a third-party company, and Scott Laske, the project manager, came out later that day to double-check everything. He caught an issue with an item that had been delivered in error and wasn’t needed for the job—saving me money right off the bat, which I really appreciated.

The crew started work on Wednesday, but had to pause due to rain. They returned Thursday and completed the entire project. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly when they were done, and the roof looks fantastic. I absolutely love it!

We needed a new roof, to include a fair amount of plywood sheeting on a portion of it. The project was completed in one day and the cleanup so thorough without causing any damage to our flowers and bushes! I highly recommend them to do your roof!

Salesman told me there was a problem with attic and said they can fix when roof was installed. Roof was installed and attic was not addressed. After 2 trips out to look at the attic I was told nothing was wrong with it. No part of that felt sincere. Just wanted the job "done".

Edit: the owner came out. Discussed the issues and got them fixed. If that aint a 5 star company then I don’t know what is.

This company continues to show how terrible their service is in the response they gave to the review I left. If your goal was to try degrade us you did not. You did not allow us to not have to pay out of pocket your entitlement and lack of insight is astounding. Most people pay with insurance for storms and property damage your response shows that you simply didn’t hear what was being said. Your service was abismal which is why your staff was hung up on. You will not make it seem as if you were helpful and contacting us when you were not. We did not hear from you for months at a time when it was time to get the work scheduled and I will continue to talk about the terrible experience we received because it was just that. Take it as a learning experience and don’t try to berate people who used your company. We would’ve went with any other company if I knew that the Paramount Roofing Company would be so nasty and rude in almost all of our interactions including this one. There is no misunderstanding you were rude then and your response shows that you are rude now and condescending. You were paid in full and the fact that you are responding in this way shows the integrity of you company. You do not deserve the positive ratings you received. My neighbors had their roof done with paramount . They parked their debris truck in front of my house. Would have been ok if they cleaned up after but a dozen or more nails were left in front of my home where people park their cars . I have attached a photo. This is unacceptable .

Paramount Roofing does everything possible to provide the best quality job with the most checks and balances approach I have ever seen from any company! Their theme is “Follow-up”. After the initial scheduling with friendly Tracy, I met with Anthony, the sales inspector, who was very personable and knowledgeable. I ran my own energy consulting firm and worked as a consultant for a design/build company, so I had a lot of technical questions to ask him. He performed a very thorough inspection with photos, etc. I had received bids from (3) other contractors, and decided to choose them based on the inspection, and what I felt I was getting for the negotiated price. This was then followed-up by a call from Tony who coordinates the jobs, and was asked about scheduling. He then said another inspector, Phil, would come to give a second review of the project, and determine materials, etc. Phil was able to note my concerns and make sure the right materials were ordered and ready for the job. Just prior to the job day, Tony let me know when the materials would be delivered, and how things would go on the day of the job. On the day of the job the (8) workers arrived at 7:00 AM. Ben was the supervisor of the most well-coordinated group I have ever seen! He also took the time to ask if I had any questions before starting. I never saw a single crew member standing or even taking a break. They were completely finished by 2:30 PM that same day. At that point, Evan came to the job site to do a walk through with me, and go over any issues I might have. At one point, I thought some trim was removed and not replaced, and Evan was gracious enough to say he would have someone come back to check it out. After he left, I climbed-up to get a closer look, and it turned out the existing trim was just dirty. I immediately called back to let them know it was OK. When I received my bill, it was several hundred dollars more than I expected. When I called the office and spoke to Christina, she quickly realized the issue and made the correction. She never made me feel I was in any way in the wrong. Because of all this, and all the compliments I receive on my new roof from others, I can’t give this company enough stars!

This company is excellent! They responded quickly to a phone call for an estimate, and Dan came out exactly when scheduled, walked the entire roof, showed us pictures of the damaged shingles, and gave us an estimate of costs expected. The entire crew did very good work, cleaned up perfectly, and got the whole long complicated job done in one day, because rain had been forecasted for the next day. I can't recommend them more highly!

Paramount Roofing is simply the best. I found myself in need of a roofing repair and reached out them. The response was immediate and the next day a visit and an estimate was given. I accepted the estimate and was immediately contacted for scheduling of the job. I then had some concerns with needing a temporary fix until the whole job could be completed. All of my concerns were addresses in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Everyone I dealt with was simply great…and extra kudos to Christina and Dan!

I want to start by saying Paramount roofing did a great job replacing our roofs from start to finish and deserves a 5+ star rating.
As the President of our HOA, the thought of new roofs for eight buildings and 32 units was daunting. Working initially with Tyler and Christina made this experience much less challenging. I am truly grateful for their patience and understanding as we navigated the approval process. A special shout-out to Christina for her humor and encouragement during that stressful time.

We were thrilled when the work was finally scheduled. The crew was amazing—well-organized, efficient, and attentive to detail. When an issue arose with material delivery, Tony, the Project Director, addressed it immediately. Thank you, Tony. Here is a summary of my experience with Paramount Roofing.
From the preparation of the quote to the completion of the project, there was nothing to complain about.
Jimmy, Scotty, Christina, and everyone else involved in the process did a fantastic job. The actual execution of the “new roof” project was fantastic. The crew was super-fast, everyone knew what they had to do, and the result is great. So, a big thank you to the roofing team for their great work.
Accordingly, I can recommend Paramount Roofing without any hesitation.

We had our roof replaced by Paramount and the experience was fantastic.
During the initial consultation, Anthony was extremely thorough in viewing our existing roof, ventilation, and insulation issues. He took a lot of time explaining to us exactly the problems that were causing premature wear on our existing shingles. Anthony, on his own accord, contacted manufacturers to ensure that their ridge vent product would be suitable and warrantied on our unique roof (a low slope upper level). Ultimately we felt very informed and confident in the action plan.
Installation went smoothly, with the team jumping on some warm March days to get our roof installed ahead of schedule. It was an annoying forecast to work around as there was light rain on and off. But they ensured our roof stayed protected when raining and moved quickly during the dry periods.
They left the exterior of our home very clean, and our existing gutter guards were well cared for in removal / reinstallation.
During the final inspection, Scott was extremely kind. Knowing we had young children he did another pass with magnets looking for any nails that may have been left behind. He even vacuumed up a small pile of insulation that I created when opening our attic to see the changes. Lastly, he was flexible in scheduling the assessment, adjusting the schedule last minute around our toddlers midday nap, to avoid waking them while walking on the roof.
From start to finish we feel we got a company that cared about our situation, wanted us very informed about our options, and led us to a great looking roof at a price that blew the competition away.
On that note, Paramount cost us less than HALF of what we were quoted by another roofing company, for similarly rated shingles and ventilation solutions.

Flawless experience, already recommending to neighbors!

We had such a GREAT experience! We live in downtown Romeo and its important to us to keep our business local. How refreshing it is to be able to work with a company that is honest and hard working. This winter caused damage to our roof trim which exposed the old wood frame. We also wanted to have gutter guards installed. I was so impressed with the office staff and my consultation with Jimmy and his honesty about my needed repair. When the team arrived yesterday to start my project I was greeted kindly from Joe and Dan and they walked me around the house to discuss what will be getting done and the condition of the roof for the repair...It made me so happy that they were truthful that the exposed wood was in good shape and they will not have to replace the wood. Those two worked so efficiently! They went above and beyond and cleaned all my cutters (including some hard build up) before installing the gutter guards! They did a great job and I truly enjoyed having them there. I felt like they were family! My house is repaired and looks great! Thank you Paramount for being such a great business we can trust in our community.
