My first time at the Toyota Frankfort l dealership and I am always real cautious with dealerships, however, they were so helpful and this wasn’t no easy task to get us in a vehicle, do to the trade in value. Eli was our salesman, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us. If he didn’t know the answer he was honest about it and we appreciated that. He was easy to deal with and super patient. We test drove over 4 vehicles that day. I don’t like buying vehicles but if I ever purchased another vehicle it will be at Toyota in Frankfort, KY.

Having had my car stolen, I was in need of a replacement. I was looking for a good 2nd household car on the budget side of costs but with great fuel economy and decent tech/safety/comfort features. Toyota of Frankfort was able to get me into my first hybrid, a certified used, 2023 Corolla Hybrid. Thanks to the staff members Sarah Wise, Matt Corbin, Keith Wilkerson, and Dana Arnold who were helpful from first contact by text until leaving the lot with my new purchase. Matt even helped me set up my CarPlay real quick before hitting the road.

Even if you live in the bigger cities of Lexington or Louisville, don’t leave Frankfort Toyota out of your search. You may just find your hidden gem there!

I made an appointment ahead to have a recall item taken care of. I specifically asked if they could take care of that, I was told yes absolutely it only takes an hour or so and they will do it at the same time with the regular service. When I brought my truck in they took care of the the regular 5,000 mile service... when they told me they where done . They said we couldn't do the recall item because our technicians where too busy to get to my truck. We are on a road trip for a month that is why I pre-scheduled.... as this was a place on our trip that I would have time.

After searching all over Louisville for a car I wanted, my boyfriend and I finally went to Frankfort Toyota. Found a car I was very serious and motivated to buy. We test drove, they appraised my trade in. Sat down to talk numbers, the new car manager, Elvis Davis, wouldn’t make me an offer. He kept telling his salesman it was something to do with the fact that I’d have to go back to Kansas to title it. Our salesman was confused and said he’d never had an issue like this and Elvis refused to come explain to us why he wouldn’t make us an offer. His salesman said, I cannot sell you this car.
My boyfriend approached Elvis asking for an explanation as to why and he said because he likes to keep his business local.

So if you are out of region or out of state, I wouldn’t waste your time at this dealership.

Trieal was a great experience when I came in looking for a car. Very informative when it came to what was best for me and the type of driving that I do on the daily. I would recommend him to anyone in the future.

A mediocre experience, when first looking at the car I eventually bought (yes a used car) I was suspicous of the tires, oil level and type of oil used after it was serviced by the dealership. Everything else at the time seemed to be in order and fair condition for a used car. The day I actually purchased the car the tire PSI looked low, just looking at them a untrained eye could see the this. Turned out the PSI was at 22 when the specifications say it should be 33. Atop of this the manufacturing date for the tire was sanded off. Three days later and 100 miles worth of driving the tires sold with the vehicle are dry rotted after 3 days after purchasing the vehicle.
