Great guy, came out to inspect our roof quickly. We had a small leak, he repaired it fast. Honest, easy to work with, I would recommend this gentleman to my mother!

I woke up to my ceiling light leaking water. I called and 45 minutes later Matt was at my house. Thankfully there was a break in the rain as he found and fixed the problem on my metal roof. 5 stars for professionalism, super fast response time, and very polite. If needed I will call again.

We have had issues with a small leak in the roof. Ideal Roofing was able to locate and solve the issue at a completed reasonable price. If needed, we will definitely use them again.

Matt was great. These heavy rains drove some water into the house and spot formed on the ceiling. Call Ideal and Matt said that he could come out and look. True to his word, he came out a little later in the morning, saw the spot on the ceiling, got a reference from the window and went up onto the roof.

He could have said anything, he could have told me that the whole boot needed to be replaced, but he didn’t. He took a few pics of the area and let me know that he added some more sealant to the area around the boot as an extra measure.

I appreciated his responsiveness and honesty. Hope to never have an issue again, but if we do, we’d definitely call them again!

Back in late September, the KPFC Building in Frankfort took a hit - a one-two punch from the effects of Hurricane Helene, to be exact - causing both interior and exterior damage. We were so grateful that no one was hurt, but we were also challenged by ongoing leaks, safety concerns, and risks associated with exposure to the elements.

In late November, we received one of the biggest Thanksgiving blessings of all...Marc Wood and his crew from Ideal Roofing literally worked from sun up to sun down (and then some!) to replace our roof. And we must say, she's an absolute beauty!!!

Here's to everyone who helped make us through the leaks, trials, and tribulations for two months, and here's to the Ideal Roofing team for their countless hours dedicated to getting this done before the snow and cold weather set in!

I sent three emails to local Frankfort companies yesterday (Sunday). This morning I received a call from Mark W. And I explained more about the repairs I needed done this week as I am selling the house.
Mark went to take a look at the issues mid-morning. Advised one issue was much simpler than the inspector thought. Came back mid-afternoon and did the job. Sent me pictures for me to share with the buyer.
Mark has super customer service skills and provided a great experience.

Let me tell you how EASY it was to use GOINS INSURANCE, ERIE INSURANCE, and IDEAL ROOFING. When the last wind storm came through, it damaged my roof. I have only lived in my current house less than a year. I called Goins Insurance and started a claim. An adjuster from Erie Insurance came to my house, looked at my roof, and wrote up my claim and had the money deposited into my account the very next morning for a full roof replacement!!!!!! Ideal Roofing worked me in within a couple weeks and now I have a beautiful new roof!!! The entire process was stress free and seamless!!! I worked directly with Marc Wood with Ideal Roofing and it could not have been a better experience. He was top notch from start to finish and very professional!!!

When I needed a new roof, I called several companies and Todd from Ideal Roofing called me back right away. I called about a roof leak and Todd Gravitt came to check my roof. He put a new collar around a vent pipe that had a cracked seal. He inspected the entire roof and caulked in several other places. We have used Ideal roofing twice. They did a repair for us last year. Todd was very helpful. When we lost our roof to a storm this spring, we reached back out to them to put the new one on. Todd came out to look at our roof, the day after Thanksgiving. He was thorough and helpful! He took a look at our roof, made a couple of small adjustments/repairs, and told us to let him know if that fixed it. He did not charge us for his visit, but was kind enough to put some caulking where he thought the problem was. Marc and Todd were terrific! They worked directly with our insurance company on our behalf and made several trips to our house during the insurance claim process. That helped us tremendously.
