Topper Roofing replaced my roof in about 4 hours. The crew was extremely efficient and my new roof looks great! Clean up was very good also. Thank you David, Will, Tico, Julio and the entire crew.

A small army of professionals showed up on time and went right to work, I didn’t se them take a break for lunch or anything. They completed ahead of time . Cleaned up and vanished.

I was impressed with the overall professionalism of Topper Roofing from the first introduction through the installation of the roof. Although, I did not start the process immediately at the first introduction, I checked out Topper Roofing then waited for second and third contacts before I decided to have the roof installed. Mostly because of a previous roof experience. Once I decided to move forward, Will Davis walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions and concerns. When I signed the papers and got insurance approval, the whole experience was excellent. Even though Will was on vacation when the roof started, his associates insured an excellent installation of the roof. The roof was removed and installed in a very quick manner. My account manager, Ibrahim Al-Saba, was great to work with. He was present when the insurance adjuster initially evaluated the roof, stayed in contact with the claims dept, was present when the roof was being installed, and is now taking care of all the final insurance paperwork. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me good advice.
Julio and his crew of about 8 guys started exactly at 7am. They worked their butts off, and by 7pm the roof (4500 SF) was complete. During installation, Julio informed me of different aspects of the previous roofing job that had not been done properly - and what he was going to do to correct them. It was clear he and his crew are very skilled, and experienced roofers. This was also evident by the superb work on the flashing. Cleanup at the end was thorough.
Overall, the new shingles, piping, flashing, vents, etc. all look great. My roof now looks a thousand times better. Going forward, I am 100% confident in the quality and durability of their work.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. They got approval from my insurance company quickly and had a new roof on my house and garage within a single day after that, including all of the repairs to the water damage. Well I am back to say that Topper Roofing has done one awesome job in getting my damaged roof replaced, all within four hours of arriving onsite. The weather conditions are decreasing all the time and we seem to be getting more and more hail and wind damages these days so when the time comes for a replacement roof, they will be on my "speed dial!" I have to say I am highly impressed with the speed this company does their business. I first went to All Slope Roofing last year, Will Hislope owner, and he ended up taking my insurance payment of $3013.27 and I ended up only being ignored with no roof and no money to install it. I signed the contract with Topper and will have roof installation possibly starting this weekend (weather permitting, of course). I will resubmit a review after installation with pictures and all.

Toppers just replaced our roof in 3hrs. They were quick and very tidey and easy to deal with. Highly recommend Frankfort.

Update: well folks Topper Roofing put my house, shed and playhouse roofs on today. They did an awesome job. You can't ask for a more professional crew. Talk about a 5 star operation. Randy kept us abreast throughout the job. His knowledge of how to work with the insurance company in my best interest was amazing. The crew that did the work completed it in one day including a excellent cleanup. I mistakenly gave them an over payment which they very willing refunded us. Topper is the 3rd company I have dealt with locally to repair a roof from the March 2023 storms..I cannot say enough good about Davids business, he fought the insurance company for me! 11 months later I am excited for the entire replacement.

I could not have had a better experience with this company. Our home got hit by the large hail storm, which came through at the end of June. I was hesitant to even file a claim due to being denied by my insurance company in the past after damage was found on my roof. I let Topper Roofing inspect my roof, and they found numerous spots with hail damage. I worked with Randy B. He walked through every step with me from then on. Allstate tried to deny this claim, but Randy ensured that did not happen.

after a hail storm affected numerous houses in multiple subdivisions in the city of Richmond it was likely that roofing businesses like auto dent repairers would be booked solid ....topper was key in getting me through the process of getting my roof replaced in way less time than my car and was patient in getting paid by insurer...it was done in one day and the debris left behind was way better than companies my family have used where we found nails in the driveway and yard ....they had one job and did it well ...in these days of damaging wind and hail testing the upper limits of roofs it's vital to know a good roofer
