We purchased our 2025 Nissan Armada on Memorial Day!!! The experience with the salesman was great. Logan Jackson! He is serious about making a sale and friendly as well.

He was able to answer any question that we had either on the spot or he would go ask someone or look up the information that we needed. Rashawn really went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase and to make the process convenient. Mike, the sales manager, was excellent in support of Rashawn. Also, he was able to handle a few small challenges related to the sale to help my wife and I feel comfortable with our purchase.

I bought a Honda HR-V this summer and two wonderful salesman Rashawn and Mark helped me find the perfect car I didn’t know I needed! Hopefully this car lasts me a lifetime but I will definitely come back for any car needs! Wonderful service, very polite staff and the stores were always busy but they made time and put in a lot of effort in everything they do. If you go to this store ask for either of these men they will do a wonderful job without a doubt.

Took a test drive with my wife and was doing paperwork and then they sold the car to someone who took a test drive after us... That was the only model on the lot. We drove 40 minutes one way to get this vehicle. The salesman we dealt with was polite and professional. But the manager clearly doesn't know how to treat customers. If your time has value shop elsewhere.

Bought A 2020 Nissan Kicks from Neil Huffman. The Car came with Firestone tires. I asked to change Tire Manufacturer. Sales said they could not do that and the Problems with Firestone tires had been cleared up. These Tires would not hold air. Contacted Firestone, Nissan and Neil Huffman. They all pointed at each other. Nothing was done. The car had 600 miles on it, when I drove to Walmart and had all 4 tires replaced with Goodyear and never had any trouble since. I wrote Firestone, Nissan and Neil Huffman. I contacted Nissan several times afterwards.

Chris Wingfield is the best person here. Helped me and my boyfriend get parts that we ordered on Monday when they came in Friday. We showed up 20 minutes late and the parts counter was closed, and he was still able to help us out and get the parts for us. Saving me from having to rent a car the next week because they were not going to be open on the weekend. Also Steven! Best parts counter worker ever, I have ordered parts from several Nissan dealers, and he gave by far the best service! Definitely always getting my parts from this dealer!

Having purchased houses,cars & other large ticket items, I entered the Neil Huffman showroom expecting a hassle.The general manager greeted me pleasantly, the salesman did not keep me waiting. Rashshawn Pierre-Louis, the salesman was the personification of professionalism. In less than 3 hours, all my questions were answered & my new car purchase was completed. As a member of the Boomer generation, I applaud & appreciate the "young ones" who handle their business!

A sales person James was very good. My only complaint is it took forever for the paperwork to get finished and having to go from one building to another was not acceptable. And it wasn’t just my experience. I’ve talked to family member who bought a Chevrolet at your dealership and it was the same issue. I purchased a Mazda from your dealership and have the same issue then. It should not take that long to finish the paperwork.

Found my all-time dream car on their website on Saturday afternoon for a great price and condition. I inquired about it and within a couple hours had set up an appointment with James for the following Monday since they’re closed on Sunday and I couldn’t make it that same afternoon. Monday morning I receive a confirmation text for my appointment, which I responded to in minutes.

Less than 30 minutes after confirming my appointment, I receive a call that they have sold the car out from under me. Why bother with reserving a vehicle and wasting my time if it can still be sold? If another reservation was in place before my appointment, why not tell me that? On top of that, James admitted that he had no similar vehicles but still tried to offer me options. I lost an opportunity to buy a vehicle that I’ve dreamed of for years because it seems they’d rather make a quick buck. Don’t see myself ever shopping their inventory again.

I can't say enough about the guys at Nissan. The wife and I drove to Frankfort from Louisville to purchase 2 Sentra SR's. Before arriving Chuck Norton the GM and Rashawn who was our salesman killed it from the time I talked to them on the phone about the cars to the time we left. Not only did they give me more on my trade than any other nissan dealer in louisville they also had both cars pulled up and cleaned with all the paper work done before we got there. Then I threw a wrench in the deal and wanted to change to another color and they didn't blink an eye. They got it done. Rashawn is your guy at Nissan Huffman he really knows his stuff. Chuck, Rashawn we appreciate you guys very much.

Worked with Rashawn and just got a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder and couldn't be happier. Awesome group from sales, sales manager, to finance. First time buying a car that we left feeling like we didn't get robbed.

* Edit to my previous review. They did not file for my registration properly. They only filed for title and only paid title fees. So when my temp tag expired it was a whole mess. They tried to tell me I owed $347 of back taxes and that's why I did not recieve my registration or tag. BMV said the registration fee is $347 and Nissan did not pay it, that the dealership was trying to get one over on me (exactly what they were trying to do). Spent and entire day of back and forth before they finally agreed to pay the registration fee. Definitely will not be returning.

I was given a thorough explanaion of pricing, car features, and policies by Rashawn. My new vehicle was in excellent condition. Customer service was excellent. It took a while to finish everything, but the thoroughness led to no issues after that meeting.

However, I must note that sales events do not matter. This dealership will still try to stick you with the same high monthly payments for new cars. It took a great deal of time to finally convince the dealership to lower the price to something I could afford (and I chose the second cheapest option in the lot).

Sales management and staff uses bait and switch tactics. Both a salesperson and manager promised me a vehicle that didn’t exist. After I caught them (a MONTH into working with the dealership), they both tried to sell me a vehicle well above the price originally promised. I would avoid this dealership.

Purchased a vehicle just for the engine light to come on 2 weeks later and the trunk does NOT work. The service lady Heather set my vehicle to take it to manufacturer to get fixed and literally sales manager & my salesman left me high & dry made me pay for the repairs & the diagnosis after putting a huge lump sum down for my down payment and trading in my Lexus. I’m highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them at all.

He never made promises he could not keep, he did not play the haggle game and was 100% respectful. Just left minutes ago for an oil change and tire rotation for my daughter's vehicle that she recently bought from there. We waited in my vehicle while they completed service. She got in her car and immediately noticed items missing from her car! Called the office and all they said was, "we don't have it".
Very disappointed. I recommend you remove anything of value before you hand over your car to them.

Edit: a year later.. dropped from 5 to 3 because I got free oil changes when I bought the car and I've only been able to use one because you have to schedule service at this place months in advance.. the one time I did take it the guy in the service department wasn't rude but wasnt that friendly and fairly argumentative.
