Paramount Restoration

Brandon arrived at our home quickly after calling Paramount to assess the water damage we had from a hot water heater issue in our finished basement. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and took charge. Within a few hours, he and his team had everything moved out of the affected room (and it was a lot!), the carpet pulled up, the sopping padding removed, and the equipment put in to dry everything out. After 4 days, Brandon retested everything, and made sure everything tested as dry.Their quick response saved our carpet. The entire team was very polite and efficient.

There are not enough complimentary words I can say about the amazing Team at Paramount Restoration! Starting with, J.T., the Office Manager contacting me immediately after the water damage incident happened in my house and J. T. Continuing to answer all my questions throughout the entire process.

And from the great care that D’Andre, Ishan and the entire Team showed throughout the entire process round the clock for 11 days straight when their drying machines were running and running and then, D’Andre gave me the great news on the 11th day, after all his very thorough moisture readings and explaining the whole process to me throughout, on the 11th day, D’Andre gave me the FANTASTIC NEWS that they had SAVED ALL MY HARDWOOD FLOORS, and none of them would need to be replaced!!

The damage to the ceiling where the water had come through would still need to be replaced, which J.T. graciously provided 3 different contractors to come give me quotes and when my insurance company initially didn’t approve enough money to have the work properly done, J. T., himself, went through my insurance claim line by line and took the time to call my insurance company on my behalf, and successfully convinced them to release a lil bit larger amount for the restoration half of the project!

Throughout this process, this entire team, including the owner at Paramount Restoration have proven themselves to be people of great knowledge and expertise in what they do, and have shown such integrity and class!

I will absolutely recommend Paramount Restoration to anyone in need, since in my book, they are ‘Paramount heroes’ indeed!!

They kept in in the loop every step of the way through. Everyone was courteous to me (and my dog) during the process. The process was completed in bc an efficient manner as well.

After our friend found our basement (half finished) with substantial water damage and we had been for 2 months and were not to arrive for another 4 days, Paramount got the remediation process started on Friday and the same day. Another restoration company couldn’t start until the following Monday. Brandon and his team did a fantastic job getting rid of wet carpet, move furniture rid moldy drywall, and eliminate all potential sources of mold. All of their 5 day work was completed before we got home. Then they came back our first day home to answer questions and clean up the remaining mess so reconstruction can begin ASAP.

I had a sewage/water backup mess in my basement and emailed them at night asking for their service the next day. Sure enough, they called me first thing and had a crew out with next steps. I could not recommend them more. In a world where quality service is rare, I assure you, this company exceeds expectation. Professional, helpful, went out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you Paramount for taking good care of me and my home.

Super happy with my experience! If you're looking for a company that cares about their customers please call them! They were honest and told me that the area I was concerned about was so minor I would be able to address it myself. I was pleasantly surprised with their honesty. They could have easily sold me on purchasing their services to make money but instead they gave me guidance on how I could do it myself for a much lower cost. They are my go-to company for mold inspections and water damage!!

When we discovered we had at least five inches of water in our crawl space under our house and a leak that needed immediate fixing, we were in a panic. Paramount Restoration and D'Andre to the rescue! D'Andre arrived, saw the situation, took immediate action, made sure that everything was secure (the equipment had to run for 24 hours), checked in to make sure everything was going as planned and was absolutely the best. He was professional, kind, courteous, and personable - the type of person you need in a chaotic spot. Now that the water is gone and the repair done, he's got a plan in place to put in dehumidifiers and make sure no mold will start growing. This brings such peace of mind as this house is so much more than just a building - it's our home. Paramount treats it as if it was theirs and D'Andre treats us like family! Thank God there are people like these still around!

We just purchased our first home and had quite a bit of interior renovations done right away. Because of this, our house was in desperate need of a duct cleaning. We were recommend Paramount by one of my fiancé’s clients and we truly couldn’t be happier that we went with this company!

Not only was JT extremely friendly and helpful when making our appointment for the cleaning, he was able to answer all our questions. Then, Michael did an amazing job when it came to communication. He called to let me know when he was coming and that he was 45 minutes out. This was so appreciated as it gave me time to get to the house since we don’t live there just yet due to the renovations.

He even called to let me know he was five minutes out! You don’t find that kind of communication much these days. Then, the actual job was great! Michael was extremely efficient, very sweet, and knowledgeable on what he was doing. He was very diligent in his craft and left no vent unattended!

And before he left, he gave me a run down of the work he performed and that Paramount offers many other services, making them a one-stop shop for many home services! We will absolutely be using them in the future.

1st time using paramount, I usually use another well known company in the area but the usual company couldn't come out right away. I called paramount at 630pm on a Friday, they called me back a couple minutes later and the gentleman said he could get someone there Monday morning. I said thanks but i need someone here in the morning and he put me on hold for a few minutes after saying "let me make a call to my guys and see what i can do", a couple minutes later he said we'll see you in the morning. I Was told at 645pm on friday that they would be here between 9a-10a saturday. Mike called me saturday morning at 845 and said he would arrive at 9. I wasn't expecting that, I was expecting 10a or later to be honest. Mike got to work immediately, he used protectors to protect my walls and spent more time and made my carpets look so much better than the other company that I've always used. They have earned a lifetime customer and will be my go to company when needed.

Brandon did such an amazing job! He was very thorough with his work, and left our house feeling brand new! Would recommend this service to anyone who needs a good cleansing!

I had Paramount Restoration come and clean my vents and dryer vent in a very small one bedroom apartment. Jantje Wingo and Brandon Blackburn were very communicative of their timing of when they’d be here. they came in and got the job done quickly and perfectly! Monty an JT was the two most understanding and patient service men I have ever dealt with. My mom’s home had flooded and all of her floors had to be ripped up an dried a several other things. She was going through a major illness and couldn’t handle any stress and asked me to handle it an I did . An thank goodness that I had the two best employees from this company I can’t even begin to explain what a great job they had done. I will refer them to anybody needing this services. Jantje and Brandon did an amazing job cleaning the ductwork and dryer vent at my home. My dryer vent was really clogged (25 years), and they got everything out! We had an emergency situation last weekend with water entering our house. I called Paramount and was so relieved to hear Brandon Morgan answer on a Sunday morning. He came out quickly and resolved our situation. He’s a very knowledgeable, hard worker and I will continue to hire him for all future water and mold related issues. Paramount is really one stop shopping for so many household needs and their employees are top notch.

The two young men, who did the cleaning, were diligent in their efforts to clean the ten year old carpeting and a couch that had been recycled from a friend! Both came out looking much better than their original condition! Brandon and Jantje were personable and obviously dedicated to doing the best job they could do! I would call them again for further cleaning and do recommend them and this company!

I knew the minute I met Brandon during our mold repair estimate appointment I would hire this company. He is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I was devastated discovering mold in our basement and he helped set my mind at ease showing us how to isolate it until they could begin work on it. He even took a moldy cabinet for us before we actually hired him which definitely sealed the deal for me.

His partner, JT, was just as impressive. They were on time every day and worked very hard to make sure every drop of mold was gone. They both gave me such a great impression of this company that I hired Paramount to clean out my air ducts as well. There were 2 other guys who came with Brandon and JT for a few hours each and they were also wonderful. We were referred to Paramount Restoration to have our dryer vent cleaned. Kaden and Jantje were scheduled to arrive between 10 & 11 and called to let me know they were on their way and when to expect them, within the given window. They were very friendly and professional, got the vents cleaned out quickly, and cleaned up behind themselves. They were great and I’m very happy with the service and price. Thank you, guys!

***Update: After having our vents cleaned, we attempted to hook up our brand new dryer. It immediately began giving us error messages for air flow. We thought the dryer was broken and went through a hassle with their customer service who told us to measure our vent length to see if the dryer was compatible. When my husband attempted to run a line through the vent to measure it, he hit a blockage. It was then discovered that our vents were NOT cleaned out and my husband removed over 6ft worth of lint buildup that had been left behind. Photos of what my husband pulled out AFTER it was “cleaned” attached. We received a full refund and finished the job ourselves. Will not recommend or use this company again.

Had Kaden and JT come out and clean my vents + my dryer vent, the experience was great and headache free. They finished rather quickly, and I could not have asked for a smoother encounter.

Easy to work with, did a great job throughout the process. Also did a great job communicating with my insurance company to make sure everyone was on the same page.

I called Paramount Restoration with what I thought this company would consider a small job - cleaning my dryer vent. They didn't treat it like that and scheduled me promptly. Kaden and Jantje came to do the work and did an excellent job. They were very polite and professional. Kaden recommended a higher level of service than the basic cleaning because of the amount of the blockage. I was skeptical at first, but he was correct, and the result was significantly better than expected. I didn't tell him that the vent had been cleaned two years ago, but clearly the job was not done as well that time. The difference was amazing. Earlier this month I had a leak under my kitchen sink. After my plumber came out and stopped the leak, he mentioned that the wood floor in front of my kitchen sink was already starting to warp and recommended this company. Joe came out to my house later that same morning and set up an appointment for one of his crews to come out to my house the next morning to set up the necessary equipment. The equipment ran continuously for 3 days and really helped because I couldn’t tell that that particular section of the kitchen floor had been damaged by water. Additionally they did readings for any additional water damage (for example, water damage that can’t be seen with the naked eye), found additional water damage and took care of that too. All the technicians that came to my house were very professional and customer friendly. I’d like to say thanks to Brandon (Morgan), Kaden, Jantje & Hunter. You guys were great!

I moved into a house with a mold problem. Paramount was wonderful to work with - they are a very honest, friendly, and knowledgeable team. Their inspection was thorough, and I never felt pressured into any decisions. They gave me several options as far as remediation, and were happy to rent me the tools I needed to do some of the work myself. Throughout the process they were always very quick to answer and return calls.

In addition to renting drying equipment, I opted to have Paramount do a HVAC system cleaning. Kaden and Jantje did a great job, were thorough, polite, friendly, and professional.

Came to a refrigerator that was putting out water thru the doors ,called my realtor he reccomend paramount. Within 20 minutes lady called back, said she would contact someone to come. Within probably 45 minutes or so Joe with Paramount called said he was on his way on a Saturday afternoon. It was bad,water went thru kitchen floor,into finished basement and thru my walls.i left house key with Joe, and from there he has taken care of everything him and his crew. Joe is professional and he delt with insurance company and would highly recommend this company for stuff like this. Outstanding job from start to finish. Kaden Craft was very good! He was on time answered all our questions! But most of all he put in the extra hard work and got our spots up! Our carpet looks so clean and smells so refreshed! I had a sewage problem in my downstairs living area, laundry room and hallway on June 15, 2023. It is now July 3, 2023 and they still haven’t finished. I haven’t heard from them since June 28. When the crew they send out get here, they only stay 1-2 hrs per visit instead of just getting the job done. They have yet to send anyone out to take the panels off my furnace area and clean the sewage from under there. One crew used my utility sink and didn’t turn the knobs all the way off so I ended up having another water problem in the laundry room.

They were supposed to clean the carpets upstairs in the hallway, steps, living room and kitchen after the plumbers who had been here were upstairs after walking around in sewage. They came out and said they were told to clean the steps and hallway only.

They also stated it will be at least a month out before they can do a rebuild of the damaged area.

I Would NOT use again.

Had Paramount place a metal roof. They were very responsive and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and there were no surprises of extra costs or outcomes.

We have used Paramount for their services a few times and they are always super quick and responsive. When you have any kind of water emergency or mold concerns, they are the ones to call.

William and Kaden came out and cleaned our dryer vent, which was clogged and on the second floor in a difficult spot to get to and they did a wonderful job. Not only were they very nice, they were professional and talked me through everything they did. Highly recommend! : )
