I went in today for an appointment to get my ac fix in my 2008 Toyota sequoia I had purchased extended warranty coverage the warranty covered little over $1200 for the repair and I had come up with $621? All it was an ac compressor and clutch was bad which I had already knew… it does not cost $1800 to replace a compressor lol if I knew I had to pay a diagnostic fee $167 and had pay out pocket for repair I wouldn’t even bothered showing up what’s point of warranty and you still gotta pay? Sounds like a rip off

The main Service Manager was great he took me in just to put a license plate tag holder on with no appointment. Great service at Toyota in Corbin.

Service work was completed in a very timely manner and ver efficiently. The department was very friendly and courteous as well. Always a pleasure to have vehicle serviced here and I will continue to do business with Don Franklin Toyota.

David was able to get me worked in - on the day I called - for a much needed oil change. He was courteous and greeted me as if I had been a long standing customer at this specific location.

I had a great experience! Misty the saleswoman made the process easy and enjoyable. “Woody”, the manager was very friendly and helpful! Overall, would definitely use them again!

Generally, had a solid experience here. They always check the cabin air filter and replace it when it’s dirty, which I appreciate. It’s not cheap ($20 to unsnap two pieces of plastic) but the convenience is nice. However, this last time they found leaves (and they said a nest) in there. I asked them to replace it. After getting home, the next time I got in the truck and it was hot I heard a weird noise. I finally decided to check the filter myself and THERE WERE STILL LEAVES IN THERE! It was only one or two smaller pieces but enough to make an annoying noise. I was able to quickly remove the leaves and fix the issue, but I won’t be asking them to replace the filter again. Worse is that they also made a mess of my glovebox, not putting anything back neatly. I could live with things in the wrong place.

Don Franklin did a wonderful job of repair the body damage and then scheduled my car for sensor repair. The sensor appointment went very smoothly and now my sensor works great. Very pleased. All staff was professional and helpful. I would recommend them to you.

They did a great job for me this morning on my truck and was great helping me look for another vehicle to purchase at a later date.

Worst experience with a mechanic in my life! Put $2700 in a motor, then they called and told me I needed a new motor. The qouted me a new motor which would be parts and labor $12,000. I drove my vehicle there initially. I told them I would just take my vehicle back and I no longer wanted them to work on my vehicle cause I feel they had completely screwed me. They asked me how I was gonna get it home cause it was wouldn't drive lmao. They are a joke! Be warned people!

I purchased a new Toyota on 6/22/24, my salesperson was Melissa. I got the best deal around after price checking all dealerships in Kentucky that had a vehicle with everything I wanted. It was a very smooth transaction with excellent customer service.

Usually check everything but this visit i had to ask if they checked my brakes, etc.everything was marked as inspected on the form but everything i asked about had not been checked and had to be checked with my car outside as if it was ready to go. Been going there for 8 or nine years with excellent service. Now not sure i can trust them?
