They are the best. I spent months dealing with my mother's insurance after she passed away. They insurance company was wrongfully denying my claims. The Department of Insurance was able to step in to assist. The insurance company finally paid the claims.

I’m leaving this 5-star review for Mary Simpson and Mary Simpson specifically. I did not initially have a good experience with the DOI, but once I spoke with her that changed. She is very kind, helpful and professional. She made an effort to reach me and provide the answers to my questions, which I really appreciated. To put it simply, she’s great.
