Sean and his crew do amazing work! The work is high quality at a fair price. Before hiring SWRenovations I had talked to a few other contractors, as a more mature single female I can sense when I’m being B.S.’d, not with Sean! I asked questions and he gave me straightforward answers; no B.S.! Single female homeowners: this is one you can trust!

Sean was nice, seemed like he would be able to help us get our projects done- adding a 16 x 23' and 6x 16' concrete pads, screen in two story deck, adding pantry cabinets, moving outdoor water spigot, along with basement kitchenette. All started out well, but a year later we are still waiting for a single one of these projects to be complete. Kitchen cabinets are missing the 3" white alcove trim on top- we need to find a match- but counter top trim was never secured- which we needed to add because installers cut to counters wrong leaving a crooked messy gap.

Screened in porch looked good, but was never completed, doors weren't installed poorly and fell apart, the first storm took out all but one screened in section- understand the wind, but per another contractor it wasn't stretched properly and should have had an additional support in the panels. SW Renovations hasn't returned to finish a projects so we are having to complete it ourselves.

The concrete work was sub contracted out by SW Renovations...larger concrete pad was for a hot tub, however the 6 3/4" drop made it so unlevel that that was not an option and the 2 1/4" drop pushes water straight to our foundation. They also cracked our sidewalks with transporting concrete. We ending up leveling it all with sand and concrete blocks to add a pool. We are also waiting for the dirt delivery and backfill for the patio completed 12 months ago.

The water spigot was completed on the outside, however there is still a hole in our guest room wall waiting to be patched and painted.

We would have started the kitchenette in the basement but again the projects above were never completed so it has yet to be started.

We would love for Sean to come back a finish the projects or work with us on a resolution.

Sean and his guys replaced our existing deck with a new deck that was built better than the previous one. They also replaced our patio with a larger, covered patio and then poured a sidewalk to go between the two. I also requested all of the drainage be put underground and they were able to do that too. Throughout the project, I had a few additional, small requests and Sean and his crew made it happen. They made our dream backyard come to life and we could not be happier with the end product. Highly recommend this company for any jobs, big or small.

S.W. Renovations did a great job on our addition. Work was timely and professionally done. Once the started the job they stayed on it till completed. We would recommend them for your needs.

We had a bathroom completely remodeled. Tore out tub, new tub, new tiles around shower, smoothed ceiling, new vanity , and painted. Sean and his crew was amazing.
Extremely professional, stayed in contact with us, showed up on time every time, cleaned up their mess daily, very respectful and did an amazing job on our bathroom. We had a small issue once the job was complete and Sean was back the next day and took care of it immediately.

A friend of mine recommended SW Renovations as she had used this company a few times and the work was always excellent. I needed plumbing and electric installed for a dishwaher, and Sean was quick to come give an estimate which happened to be much more affordable than the other estimates I had gotten. That same week he came out and even removed the cabinet I needed taken out for the dishwasher while staying within the super affordable quote. SW renovations was quick and efficient, and I’m so happy to have a dishwasher. I will definitely use this company again.

I had SW Renovations come out to replace an interior door. They came out to the house in a timely manner. They me an estimate and installed the next day. When the job was complete they cleaned up.There were no surprises after they left. I will definitely use them again for our next project(s).

After having flooring laid that started to pop up and break off by another company, Sean and his crew came in and laid new flooring and fixed areas that I didn’t think was possible. I hired S.W. Renovations to do some work around my house. First, I had them paint the interior of my house. They did an excellent job. They left my house clean and looking fabulous.

Next, I hired them to patch my roof. I had a leak when it rained. They were able to locate the leak and repair it quickly. It turns out there was an issue with the flashing. They also replaced the drywall from where the water leaked and painted.

I highly recommend S.W. Renovations to do any home improvement projects or home repairs. They are extremely professional. Their prices are very reasonable.

I recently had a bathroom and kitchen remodel due to a frozen pipe burst. Sean had the best estimates and showed up to do the work. Threw some challenges at him but he handled each one. Sean is a professional, knew how to navigate insurance claims, did excellent work, was very responsive, and i liked that you can see examples of his work on Facebook. Was fair on pricing. Extremely responsive and professional. Had a very large 3 month long remodel (removing walls. Floors. Electrical. Plumbing. Doors. Painting. Moved kitchen. Masonry work.) and remained on schedule every step of the way even when curve balls came in. HIGHLY recommend!
