Gary Yeomans Ford Frankfort

Let me start by saying I shop nationwide, I am not loyal to any dealership or salesman. I do not finance with the dealership, I come with my own preapproval/financing (peek into some reasons why incoming). I am a ford employee and get A plan. Now I went to frankfort ford because it was close, I was interested in an f150 and I just wanted 4 doors, 4wd and the 5.0, simple. I came with a preapproval from ford credit which i told them, thats what i wanted to use. I did look and test drive a lariat they had but for the price it just was not necessary to me to have the extra crap. They didn't have an stx which is what I was leaning towards that didnt have the upfitter lift and junk on them. Not a problem I found plenty elsewhere in the US and leftover 24 models that had additional discounts which I told them. They insisted they could get one of these trucks here. I agreed to that and after some roadblocks with some trucks they told me they found one, gave me a vin for the truck and I signed papers for it. This is where I found out they ran my credit and sent it to multiple lenders that I didnt want to use. They showed me the deal that they had with my credit union which then I was okay with- *here is part of why I dont use dealer financing!* for about 47k they told me it would be 912 a month, I signed papers adding gap and it was final at 908 a month. 3-4 days go by waiting for details on my truck delivery asking daily about it. I finally get an answer that they couldn't secure that truck because it had an upfitter package and they wouldn't remove it. I am now livid. I call my bank about the loan and tell them I didnt get it, they still had it showing I did. I had it changed from an indirect dealer loan to a direct. I found out then with my rate for the same term and amount they financed I should of been paying 785 a month! I now knowing my terms went to Virginia and bought a 24 f250 diesel for 59kish on the road for basically the same monthly payment as the f150 from here for the same term length and same rate and over 10k total less somehow. I will not be back here.

We have a dealership just 5 minutes from home and several others within 30 minutes—but it was 100% worth the drive to come here instead. The process was easy, no hassle at all. Everyone was friendly and professional. If you’re heading in, ask for Mykool—he’s great to work with and genuinely down-to-earth. Highly recommend!

Went today and purchased a 2017 ford explorer and it was an awesome amazing experience. Our salesman was Michael and he was great spent less then 2 hours from start to finish and was on my way home with a gorgeous truck super clean and drove like a dream. I highly recommend if you're in the hunt for a quality car or truck you should make a visit. 5 star service and staff were very attentive and friendly above and beyond

No sleeve sales tactics. No pressure. I went to test drive a couple of cars. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but they were willing to find it. And offer alternatives that were on the lot. I haven't bought a car from them, but they seem like decent people to buy from.

We had brake trouble while on vacay towing our 32 ft camper. Without an appt, they got us in and taken care of so we stayed safe on the road. Thanks!!!!

Original 2 stars: I was due for my complimentary first oil change for purchasing my truck from them. I was very pleased I was able to walk right in and get started. However, it took over an hour for an oil change and inspection. I could almost forgive that had I not received my truck back with grease and such all over. There were oil handprints and spills on the driver's side door and window, the steering wheel and buttons had oil and marks on them, the back of the steering wheel had black grease that transferred onto me getting into the driver's seat. I find that incredibly disrespectful. I wasn't told anything about the inspection but I was handed the paperwork saying what was done. To top it all off, they didn't even reset the oil life monitor which they stated on the paperwork that they did. I know it was complimentary but I expect respect to myself and my property when I visit a company like this.
Updated 4 stars: A representative reached out quickly and has offered a suitable solution. While I was not pleased with my initial visit, I do value the care and understanding I was presented with and I do believe that this may have been a one-off incident and that efforts will be made to prevent this. Thank you, truly.

Great overall experience. Hunter was an amazing sales person. Jordan sales manager was also great. If I ever need another vehicle most definitely be back.

We recently purchased a 2021 Tesla Model Y from Gary Yeomans Ford in Frankfort, KY, and had a great experience from start to finish. Sean and Hunter were fantastic to work with—professional, helpful, and never pushy.

As part of the negotiation, the dealership agreed to repair or replace a few items on the car, and they followed through exactly as promised. It’s not always easy to find a dealership that keeps their word, but these guys did. The entire staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend Gary Yeomans Ford, and definitely ask for Sean or Hunter—you won’t be disappointed.

On vacation, Paid for works package, changed oil didn’t do anything else. Confronted them about it, had to wait another 15 mins to get tires rotated. Didn’t do multi point inspection until I asked for a copy - just filled it out. Lack of Ford dealers in area but I suggest you avoid this one at all cost!

After speaking to them about this. Received a call and they apologized & made it right.

5 star is for Mike and how he took care of me. However when comes to Fords extended warenty that says it covers all electrical parts plus ,it is not true. It cost me over $2000.00 (DOLORS) for 2 electrical parts 1Radio & 2 the Heater in the seat. Both are electrical.Take it for what it is worth people.By the way the dealership is not part of this problem.

I highly recommend this dealership,our trouble started in West Virginia,I made the to them and they reassured us that we would be fine to continue our trip to Frankfort,when we got there they checked the truck over said I was fine to drive and to bring it back the next morning a the technician would reset the codes and go over it ,the next morning I was in and out in two hours,we continued our vacation in Frankfort and drove the truck all week and back home to Virginia with no problems,great service guys and thank you for all the assistance you gave us ,I was treated like a hometown person not just a person on vacation thanks again,we highly recommend this dealership

Yeomans fords service dept was fast and friendly and real concerned when I had to have my f150 towed to the service dept they was fast about getting it fixed and a great shout to Mark Mathers at the service desk he was vary kind and polite and friendly.

I have to brag on the man who helped me today in the service area, I wasn’t aware of some things & he took care of everything & helped me as fast as possible! My car came out extremely clean & taken care of! This place really does care for their customers & without questions take care of you! Most of the Ford dealers here in Central KY lack energy, positive energy. Gary Yeomans Ford in Frankfort was a different experience than anything I have encountered in 40 years of purchasing vehicles - in a very good way. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and a handshake that was genuine - not just a perfunctory requirement.

Michael W. was a really great sales person with a warm and humorous personality and someone with whom it was easy to have a conversation. He had the vehicle ready that I had called about to test drive and off we went for a little spin. It was an informative and fun test drive. We returned, he had my trade in evaluated and we agreed on a purchase price rather quickly.

The sales manager introduced himself and he was also a pleasant fellow that knew how to show a genuine smile and sense of appreciation to a potential customer. I'll admit it started out a little rocky. We have always traded with this dealer. However to owner we worked with retired. It's always hard to accept change. I will admit Will Clark deserves a 5 star rating.

Another interaction with Gary Yeoman's Ford left us with nothing other than a fantastic experience. This time it was with our older, 2004 ford F-150. We had hit a limb extending into the roadway and it basically decapitated the passenger mirror. A call to Gary Yeoman's and they came out the next day to my husband's business and replaced the mirror. No waiting, no issues regarding getting the correct part, and he didn't have to leave work to get it fixed. You can't beat the service received by Yeoman's Ford of Frankfort, KY!
