Great job. Crew was very respectful and did a an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. I was given options and advised in advanced where problems could arise once the old roof was removed.

Panda was a preferred provider, and we know why. Excellent communications throughout the process, the roofing team were polite and professional, and the cleanup was great. All within a day which I thought was a miracle.

The panda group was amazing. They use the best quality products. The workers work so hard, very particular about what the final product looks like. They did the best cleanup I have ever had on my house.

We had roof damage from a hail storm last month. Andrew Loughridge stopped by and asked if we wanted him to take a look. He did an evaluation and suggested we call our insurance company. He walked us through the process and met with our insurance adjuster. Our claim was approved and we are scheduled to have a new roof, new gutters and downspouts installed in a few weeks. As our project consultant, Andrew is very professional and answered any questions we had. We are excited to get our new roof! If you’re in the market, call Panda Exteriors and ask for Andrew!

Panda Exteriors worked with our homeowners insurance and myself to get the necessary approval to replace our roof and the roof of our a shed. The team was great from the first person to come out to installers on the project. They worked with us to navigate insurance quotes and approvals which took some time and several communications with our carrier. Them doing the heavy lift there was greatly appreciated. If there was one area for improvement I would say in scheduling. The weather caused some delays, but I think the communication around that could have been a little improved. Otherwise I highly recommend Panda Exteriors.

The whole experience with Panda Exteriors has been exceptional. From our rep Andrew to our production manager Chris and their installation team. They worked with us to meet our specific needs, didn't over sell and did an excellent job with the installation. They installed ahead of schedule on the day of and cleaned our lot and our neighbors lots of any debris from our roof. They are highly professional, kind, and excellent at their jobs.

Chris Atkinson was my initial contact with the company! Very down to earth, honest and understanding. He showed a deep understanding of the process with the insurance company. I opted not to wait for the insurance review and from that point Panda/Chris moved speed with purpose to obtain supplies once I let them know what I wanted! He graciously handed me off to Jonathan and his team and the job was completed yesterday and I am beaming from the results. They went above and beyond to ensure colors from existing structures matched the roofing! My raised beds and plants were protected and the clean up impeccable. Overjoyed with the results! I was listened to and understood! We often don’t need roofing but when you do Panda is who I would recommend.

My experience with Panda Exteriors was excellent. Special thanks to Blair Shepherd who dealt with my insurance company, stayed on top of everything, was always available, even on evenings and weekends, and put up with my frustration! The rest of the team Chris, Kevin, Jessie, (hope I didn't forget anyone) were always easy to reach, professional, and knowledgeable of what was going on.

The installation team was excellent. They started exactly on time and worked diligently to get my roof done in record time. They were easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I haven't found one nail on the ground!

I recently had my roof replaced by Panda Exteriors, and I still smile when I turn onto my street and see it. It is a fantastic-looking, high-quality product, and I no longer worry about heavy rainstorms. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the project manager, Andrew Loughridge. Andrew was the ultimate professional. He took the time to walk me through all the available options, clearly explaining the differences and benefits of each product. He patiently calculated cost estimates for me, which helped me make an informed decision. Andrew stayed in contact with me throughout the project, even painstakingly working with the insurance company. The supplies arrived on schedule, the installers showed up on time (a little early), and the work was quick and neat. Matt, who picked up the extra supplies, even did a second sweep around the property to ensure there were no stray nails. My main headaches were with my insurance company, but Andrew was there to help, providing any information they requested. He even assisted me with Panda’s Accounts department when the insurance company was excessively late with the final payment. I'm pretty sure he wears a Superman cape. I highly recommend Panda Exteriors for a new roof, especially if Andrew Loughridge (a.k.a. Superman) handles the job.

Panda Exteriors replaced the roof on my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional and punctual with great customer service.

Overall, the roofing work was solid and the company was helpful at the start, especially in navigating the insurance process. However, I expected more transparency regarding potential additional costs. They had conducted a prior inspection of the roof, so they were in a good position to foresee and clearly communicate the high likelihood of needing to replace all or big part of the plywood underneath the roof.

Given their experience with hundreds of homes, this shouldn’t have come as a surprise to them — but unfortunately, it was presented to us as a sudden extra charge of over $7,000 after the roof was removed, with immediate payment pressure. Yes, there was a unit price in the contract, but such a major risk should have been explained more clearly and honestly from the beginning.

We were lucky to have $7,500 on hand, but not everyone is in that position..

Jimmy and his great crew got the work done in two days in spite of weather issues. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up so well , you’d never know they were here. I highly recommend Panda !!!

This week we had a couple of bad storms with high winds. A really nice young man by the name of Matt Faus from Panda Exteriors stopped by today and let me know that we had shingles missing from the storms. I wasn't sure that I wanted to put in a claim to my mother's insurance. We had some unused shingles in the garage and he was kind enough to fix the spot where the shingles blew off - for free! We are so appreciative of his kindness! He said that he will check on us in the future. We will certainly consider using this company if we have further damage.

I had a new roof put on by Panda Exteriors. I had a water stain on my bedroom ceiling which ended up being from a leak from the old roof. I wanted to get it checked to make sure it wasn't from the new roof. I spoke with Josh Greer and he had someone out here the next day. While the worker was here Josh kept in touch with me to make sure everything was being checked out. He followed up with me after the worker left and assured me that everything was fine. Josh was very efficient and polite and he did not hesitate to get someone out to my house to check everything for me. I appreciate the quick responses I got.

Panda did a great job replacing our roof. But when we noticed a small issue 2 months later, Josh Greer, the project manager, took care of the problem right away. I recommend them without any reservations. They do a great job and stand behind their work!

Awesome job. Our only concern is the black spots on our siding but as long as I get easily get them.off, then that won't be a problem.

I was referred to Panda Exteriors by a friend, and Dan contacted me very quickly. I have an old home with a challenging sloped and flat roof situation with some leaks. Tommy and Eric were very thorough and thoughtful with their approach to fixing my flat roof. The new system turned out extremely well and they made sure to resolve any issue the roof had. Just by looking it the roof, it's immediately noticeable how much of an improvement this new system is. I'd definitely recommend the Panda Exteriors team.

We have a 105 year old three story farm house with a steep pitched roof. From the first meeting with Eric we felt very confident with Panda Exteriors. Eric was thorough, knowledgeable, and available to answer any and all questions. He worked diligently with our insurance company to handle the filing of the claim. Panda is very fortunate to have him representing their company. The roofing crew did an excellent job taking the roof down to the rafters and installing the new shingles. The clean up was massive, filling dumpster after dumpster. When they were done, there was absolutely no sign of any roofing debris. The screen porch proved to be a challenge. However, after pointing out the less than best finished product, a new crew came in and made it perfection. It’s so refreshing to have a company that makes good on their work. We are pleased with Panda Exteriors finished product.

The company was Quick and professional and did a great job. We definitely reccomend them and will use them in future for other projects.

Avoid Panda Exteriors at all costs.

They came to my door offering a roof replacement through insurance. After some hesitation, I agreed. Their roof inspection was initially rejected by the insurance company, and only after multiple back-and-forths was it finally approved.

The roof was replaced—but soon after, I noticed serious issues when it rained. Water started leaking through the gutters because Panda Exteriors failed to reinstall them properly. After repeated attempts to get help, they finally sent a crew out. Their excuse? “The gutters are old.”

Turns out, their poor installation caused water to flow backward under the roof, potentially causing damage. They acknowledged the problem but refused to take responsibility.

This company is all about closing the deal—but when problems show up, they disappear or deflect blame. I deeply regret trusting them with my home. Unprofessional and careless.

Now that our project is completed I wanted to add what a great experience we had with Panda Exterior on the installation of our new roof and Gutters. Josh Greer was our Project Manager. He was very accommodating in our communication. The delivery and installation were performed as scheduled. The crew arrived early and were finished quicker than expected. The crew seemed to move as a choreographed dance, each one knowing their position and required execution. Our gutters were installed when we stepped out for a minute. Eric Olson took care of the negotiation process with the insurance company from start to finish, and he was relentless. He explained the installation and payment step by step. I did a review already, but I left out Eric and didn't think it was right to not give him the credit he deserves. It was a seamless experience. I would highly recommend them.

I had my roof replaced about 2 weeks ago. The people I spoke with and the crews that did the work were top notch. My consultant was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Thanks for all your hard work, Matt. The roofing crew was amazing. They arrived about 7:15 am, set up, and were done just before 1pm. Including decking! THAT is impressive!! And the workmanship was excellent. (I have solar panels, so I haven't seen my roof for many years. It looked so nice.) The solar panel crew was equally amazing, and very skillful in taking down and putting them back up. Great work, great company. Thanks to all.

By far this was one of the most professional experiences I have ever encountered dealing with any contractor. We did work with Panda exteriors to replace our roof. We had one last payment that they requested. We wrote a check and asked for them to pick it up, since this was an option they gave us. We gave them a whole week of availability and they agreed to come pick it up. First they said they would come the 10th to pick it up. they then said they couldn’t come that day anymore and rescheduled to the 11th. then they said they couldn’t come the 11th. Then they said they would come during a time we weren’t available. A week later, we received a letter from a lawyer saying that Panda Exteriors was taking legal action against us?! This has caused my elderly father to lose sleep, and stress for this whole week. My mom had to miss so much work to pickup the letter from the post office and on the phone talking to panda. We’ve lost money, time, and peace of mind.

I had another company say they could get my roof done with insurance and they just gave up and left me high and dry after 4 months. Andrew Loughridge came to me and worked his butt off fighting for me to get my roof covered! The crew did a really amazing job and I'm very impressed with the process all around! Josh called me before and met me at the house during the install. The crew needed some more supplies and we ran out and grabbed it to finish things the same day! Thanks Panda!

If someone says "I'm not interested, get off my property" when you are soliciting door to door after a storm, GET OFF THEIR PROPERTY

I was in the driveway with my children when they walked up and asked me about my roof after the storm. I told them it was already scheduled for a full replacement and 30 yrs old. They continued pestering me about my insurance until I told them repeatedly "I'm not interested, get off my property"

I used Panda Exterior recently to install a new roof and siding on the house. I was very satisfied with the work. Matthew and Josh are both great guys to deal with and very proactive. The team went straight to work and didn't waste anytime at all. The team work hard to a high quality standard and took great care to tidy up after completion. My home looks great. Can't tell you how happy and satisfied I am with both projects and how I appreciate Panda Exterior.
