My roof was damaged in a powerful storm. Carl was the second call i made. Very professional and informative. He even helped me handle my insurance company. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We had damage to our roof, gutters, and siding from high winds during a recent storm. I was already familiar with Top Quality as they had done work on our neighbor's house a few years back, so I knew I could expect great results. Carl was a pleasure to work with. He was always available for any questions we had during the whole process. He was especially helpful in working with my insurance company. We ran into several frustrating roadblocks but Carl went above and beyond, staying on the case and coordinating with them for reimbursement. I couldn't have done it without him!

After the work was done, Carl followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We had one small nitpick, and it was remedied the next day. Our windows are also in need of replacement and I will have no hesitation in calling on Top Quality again. They are a small local company that is committed to the highest level of customer service - a rarity these days. TQC team installed new windows and replaced old siding. I received quotes from multiple companies but decided to go with TQC because of Carl's responsiveness and clarity on expectations. Window company sent wrong size, Carl ensured the situation was rectified within a reasonable amount of time. Couldn't be happier with my new windows and siding. “Less is more;” is the quote that comes to mind when I think of Carl and the “TOP QUALITY CONTRACTORS” team (I used team rather then crew, because they are a team!) Anyway; they were available for questions before the installation of the windows and present doing what they came to do while they were here.……completing the work in one day; at a fraction of the cost I received from the TV commercial guys!
I can personally say that I did business with a “One day install” advertising company and after tearing out my stuff they left me without for over a month and still charged me full price; which was way over what “TOP QUALITY CONTRACTORS” came in at.

My family and I decided to go with Top Quality Contractors after getting quotes from three other contractors. Top Quality came in the lowest; the material was the same. They replaced our roof, siding, and a sliding glass door. In addition, one of the owners Carl was very attentive. When trying to decide on colors for our roof and siding, he drove us around neighborhoods and explained the different types of shingles and siding. We eventually went with the color scheme he suggested. The install went smoothly. His team of installers were very nice. It came out great. We have received multiple complements from neighbors. After everything was installed, he has checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was good. We have had no issues. Lastly, one of the main reasons we went with Top Quality was we felt comfortable with Carl; very nice guy and professional. The other companies were very aggressive with their sales tactics, which I didn't care for. I highly recommend this company.

Top Quality Contractors were able to get my roof done for me quickly and at a great price. When I reached out for an estimate Carl was quick to come out and meet with me. He let me know exactly what I needed and in no time the process was in motion. I was couldn’t be happier with my experience with Carl and Top Quality Contractors. They came right out for an estimate and gave me a great price and a timeline for when the Roofing Job would be done. The day of the job there were here when they said they would be, sent pictures of the progress and let me know of any rotten boards that needed to be replaced. Top Quality Contractors did a professional job at installing the new gutters. I had one additional request after the work was done and they came out right away to make it.

TQC has done two projects at our home: The first was a roof replacement and the second was a restorative project on our shed.

The roof:
TQC gave us a quote and warranty that was lower cost, better materials, and a better warranty than several other well known local roofing companies. Our roof has a challenging flat portion that requires particular attention. TQC used more underlay and a better adhesion method than competing estimates and the warranty was nearly double the years.

The job was in January so there were temperature and snow challenges. The owner, Carl, made several preparatory visits to go over the scope, provide samples of materials, etc.

The work started on time and finished quickly. The roof is great. There was some metal flashing that needed painted later in better weather and that was accomplished as promised.

Carl is very good at addressing small issues and making it right. Quality and customer satisfaction is a priority with TQC and that is apparent throughout the project.

The shed:

Our shed’s wooden foundation was failing and the shed was at risk of being a total loss (stick built shed, not pre-fabricated). Carl and his guys came up with a creative solution using concrete to replace the floor and foundation without having to lift the shed.

The cost of the project was higher than I would have liked, but reasonable given the amount of work and tedious nature of it.

Just like with the roof, there were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed (some of it even me just being a little nit-picky), and those issues were addressed promptly and the new floor is very nice.

I would recommend TQC for roofing as well other projects. It’s a small company and operates like a small company. Don’t expect lengthy and detailed paperwork. But do expect quality work, excellent customer service, and timely work.

Had a great experience working with Carl and the team that came out. I had an aged roof that I was putting off replacing until I noticed a small leak inside. I reached out to Carl after searching around and he came the next morning. Bad weather pushed the job back a week, but I was kept in the loop the whole time. The job took a day, and the roof looks great. That night it was put to the test and hammered by rain without any issues.

We contracted with Top Quality Contractors to replace the entire vinyl siding of our home and cap eaves and frames. It was a pleasure doing business with Carl and his crew. Work was of excellent quality, great value and was completed in a timely manner once started. There was a slight delay in start date due to delay in material delivery. However, communication throughout the process was excellent. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them in future.

Had 1 delay do to rain, rescheduled, showed up on time on the rescheduled day,cleaned up everything and was 95% done in 1 day. Had a large crew and they worked their butts off. Very pleased.

Top Quality gets a thumbs up from me. Carl came out and gave us a quote during the crazy COVID times and we took some time to come to a decision. There was some hold up with the manufacturers in getting the material we wanted due to COVID, but Carl kept us in the loop of when the manufacturer would deliver. When the material arrived, they promptly scheduled our installation (all new insulated siding). The team was professional and knew what they were doing (definitely not their first rodeo. They worked long days and finished in four days (a day faster than anticipated). I was satisfied with the work, but Carl saw something he did not like and had his team fix it (I honestly would never have noticed). All and all, a great experience, great price, and expert job. I had a leak in my roof. I called Carl the next day he had his team at my house putting a tarp up to stop the leak. When we had the heavy winds, Carl’s team came back out and secured the tarp again. So when it came time for Carl’s team to replace my roof. It came at no surprise, Carl’s team was really good and fast. We are really glad and appreciative of quality support and service Carl and his team gave during this time for us.

My two questions after hiring any contractor is 1) do I trust the work they did, and 2) would I hire them again. For Top Quality, the answer to both is yes. The owner took time to walk me through all the different issues with my roof, and explained what work needed to be done and why. The other contractors just threw quotes at me (and Top Quality was competitive with those quotes). If you've got roof work that needs done, you should make sure they are one of the contractors you reach out to.

First of all when I ask about front door replacement, answer was quick and very professional, advice was based on quality of product instead of price. As is came to installation, I was really impressed to see people right on promissed time. After all all work done very nice, and when I asked some questions, all of them were explained right there.
