My husband and I are very pleased with our new roof. These guys were very efficient and thourgh threw the whole project. Project Manager Jimmy Coggin kept me posted as a the job progressed through out the day. Jimmy was very professional and mannerly.
I would very much recommend the guys to anyone looking for a job well done.

Overall the job was well done. At one point however, one of the workers put his foot through my bedroom ceiling and someone else had to come out the next day to repair that. That,too, was done well. My only grievance was that it was difficult to communicate with the crew as only one person of five spoke some broken English. Uncomfortably I was forced to trust they knew what they were doing. Working with the Panda project manager, financial office, and sales person was exceptional. They were supportive and understanding of my concerns and worked with me from start to finish.

They explained the process did what they said and my Roof looks Awesome! Mike Ashe was a pleasure to work with and did exactly what he said he would do! I've refered my neighbors to them as well. Happy New Year's Panda Exteriors
Job Well Done!!!

Panda Exteriors was a godsend especially Mike Ashe.
After 3 other roofing companies and two year long battle with State Farm I was done with trying to have the covered repairs done by State Farm. Mike Ashe and his team came in and had a resolution in less than 3 months. Panda exteriors very professional and technological company.
The finish product was much better than I expected with design help from Mike Ashe. The project manager jimmy was in constant communication and did not waist any time.

Did an excellent job. When finished you would never know they were here, the cleanup was excellent. Would recommend them to anyone I know in need of a new roof. From start to finish Cael was very helpful and handled all the paperwork

Panda Exteriors handled my roof replacement. They handled everything very professionally. They took care of almost everything with my insurance company. Their workmanship is top notch.

Did an excellent job on site preparation installing tarp throughout the lawn. The job was finished in a great time within a day! Cleanup great with nothing left or out of place on site!

I would highly recommend Panda Exteriors for any roofing repairs or in my case a total roof replacement including plywood. The work was done quickly and properly. My new roof and gutters look amazing. I will go back and use Panda exteriors when I’m ready redo my siding as well.

Panda Exteriors went over and above for us on our complete new roof in Delaware. Kaleb LaMaire worked with us and our insurance company due to wind damage. Everyone from Kaleb on was extremely helpful and they did an excellent job. All options were explained to us and due to trees surrounding our home, we opted for an upgrade. I was pleased with everyone I dealt with at Panda Exteriors!! The men who put on my new roof did a good job. They got to my house by 8:00 AM and were done by 2:00 PM. Kaleb Lammar did a good job helping me with what needed to be done before the new roof was put on!!

The workers were professional. Have to say they did a superb job. Especially in the heat they were working in. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement.

So far so good, been working with Michael Ashe for the past few weeks to get the project going. Appreciate his time and efforts working with me and the insurance company to ensure I get what is needed. If install goes as well as all the pre-work Mike has performed already, Im going in confident that I'll be in good shape.

I have completed two roofing projects with thus far and they will be my first phone call when it is time to complete another.

The roofers are a very hard working bunch of guys. Each knows what to do to get-er-done! Beautiful shingles of Blue, neighbors just love the pick. The crew was here for over 12 hours, and it seemed like the men never stopped, till I gave them a hand shake and a big Thank you ! They found 8 spots to be fixed, and Josh brought the wood for repairs ! The process with Santi and panda has been very clear,honest, upfront. All questions answered by Santi, he has always been on top of the work and there to answer questions. Best contractor for our job ! Highly suggest. Got us our roof for our deductible !

Easy to work with. Even helped with insurance covering a roof replacement. Had great options for roofing colors.

They have good protection for the windows and siding. The clean up was perfect. Did not see any thing left behind.

When I am ready for solar panels, I will use Panda Exteriors!

From Mike Stuart to Jimmy the foreman - Panda roofing went above and beyond when installing my new roof. They left the job-site immaculate. Will use again on my other properties and future projects. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Alex was very informative and answered every question and picked up the phone whenever I called. The installation crew which Jimmy ran was incredible!! I’ve never seen such a hard working crew before in my life. It was incredible to watch these young men work.
