I am having a problem with my money I paid them to do the work at my house keep coming out lying about a permit I got another company to do the work now they don't want to give me my refund it been two years ago I keep calling them not returning my phone call I'm about to take them to court never again
ZERO STARS!!! Had work done by this company ONLY because my insurance said that they were a reliable source; however, after they were paid, and I noticed discrepancies, they’ve been ignoring me. To the point that I’ve called, texted, emailed and even showed up in person to talk to the owner, Peter. Peter made it seem as if he was going to be on top of it just to ignore me as well. After communicating this to my insurance company, they’ve let me know that ASA-MMP has been removed from their partner’s list due to this happening A LOT! Now that I’ve communicated that I’m only going through my insurance company am I getting responses! Now, for my sanity, I’ve blocked ALL CONTACTS from their company! I tried being kind and patient, but y’all took said kindness for weakness and that’s not ok! BE BETTER!
Beware - this is a scam. I’d give them zero if I could and will be reporting them to BBB, Texas Department of Insurance, and my lawyers. Charged 9k for one tree that they then just dumped on my neighbors lawn. They got 7k from my insurance and still asking for more. James - the manager - as others have said, will tell you he will get back with you and then continue to ignore you. All I asked was for a conversation to discuss the invoice and the issues with the service.
