The process throughout our entire project was a very smooth process from the initial call I made, to speaking with the sales team and coming to our final decision on what we wanted. The installation technicians were very professional and the entire installation of our door, trim, gutters and siding all came together like a well oiled machine. Nails had come loose on a few of the shingles on our roof. NuLook was immediately responsive. Shawn fixed the problems quickly and answered our questions. We're very pleased with all the work NuLook has done for us.

They completely removed an old wooden door probably 50 years old did not seal between the garage and the basement. It wasn't very secure it was really bad. They installed a new steel door with deadbolt locks frame. It's beautiful absolutely beautiful the workmanship was the best i've seen. New look also did my roof about five years ago and it's beautiful as well.

Had warranty installation of a couple windows done. Installer showed up on time and was done in minutes. Courteous and respectful of property. This was the 3rd job NuLook has done for us. Wont hesitate to hire for future work.

Excellent service and the employee was very good and explained the issues and addressed the issue with the window and explained why it was not working and after replacing the broken parts the window works great. The roof needed the singles nailed as with the high winds some if the nails popped and the vent area needed to be addressed. So happy with this technicians work and explaining the issues. Had a great experience with our very first roof replacement. The constant communication from start to finish really helped ensure there were no surprises. The roof was completed in one day. Nu Look did a great job on my roof. I would have given a 5 star except for the fact they were supposed to replace a metal vent on the roof as stated in the contract and then day of the job told us they do not replace them. Secondly on the radio they say EVERY HOME WILL GET NEW GUTTERS and WE DID NOT. Which 3 other roofing companies would have given us. But nevertheless I have to admit they did do a great job giving me a new roof and everyone was courteous and also they went above and beyond battling my insurance company for the approval. So I would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs. Thank you NU LOOK

All team members we met throughout the project were prompt, professional and polite, they provide top-quality materials which all resulted in a Nu Look roof, we badly needed and are very happy with!!

The experience was pretty painless. They replaced all the windows in my house in one day. Any repairs were done quickly with no fuss. They weren't the least expected but they also weren't the most expensive. I would strongly recommend the to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They are more expensive than some others and use high pressure sales tactics. Their project manager was garbage and never showed up on site. When asked he told my wife it was her fault he wasn't there and then complained about the number of jobs he had. They messed up the roof and water leaked down the ceiling and walls of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. While there was other damage, this was our main concern. They came out to fix the roof, but did nothing about the internal damage. I will say that the people who came out to fix the roof showed real concern, were quick to remedy the situation, and were very professional. At that time we were told that we needed to contact the company about the other repairs. The person who was here took their own pictures of the damage inside the house. We were told that we could get the work done and submit the invoice. We called 3 times to verify the information, and were told that was correct. So, we went ahead with getting our house fixed, from the damage that their shotty work caused. They asked us to submit it by email. They asked us to resend it twice, both times saying that they did not receive the email. It's odd that they never received it because they had previously responded to that email address. They asked us to submit it through their portal. They said they didn't get that either and asked us to submit it again. We did. It went back and forth between you need to submit it through email, then no you need to submit it through the portal. It was as if no one there knew what they were talking about. I am no longer suprised by this at all. The last person who told us we could go ahead with the work must have gotten in trouble because they fired off an email saying the opposite of what they told us on the phone. We then had to call and email to try and see what we could do to fix the issues, that their miscommunication or lies caused. They ignored all communication for 8 months. When we finally got a hold of someone they blamed it on short staffing due to covid. I asked what about the 8 months of calls and emails prior to covid. They had no answer.

Bottom line is they didn't do good work and it caused damage to our house and they don't live up to their word. I've done roofing and if I didn't have health issues I could have done a better job by myself. By myself it would have taken me 2 days, but i would have gotten it done properly. Also, no company I have worked for would have pulled what they did. They never did anything for any of the issues. We went back to them to compromise and they basically told us too bad and apparently that came from the owners. At best this is a shady company to do business with.

Go with a local company with good reviews or that someone else has used. You will be better off. Read reviews from other sites. It also appears that that someone removed my precious review. Really classy people, that can't take the truth about how they have treated one of their customers.

So again i say:

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Nu Look replaced our rood in August 2023. It looks great.

It came with a warranty that can be transferred to a new owner if we sell our house. We were able to get financing for the roof so there were no out-of-pocket expenses.

I had Martin Mongillo out for a consultation because I was referred from a friend who I have known for years. Martin came out and was beyond professional. I can understand why my friend recommended him. Unfortunately, what I was looking for he couldn’t assist with but he still took his time and helped me find a solution on ideas and direction to go. Robert Kitchings was simply superb. Dead honest, very smart, provided fantastic guidance and tracked my roofing process from start to finish with constant follow up. Robert is the reason I went with your company.

We were dealing directly with the insurance company and only received a minimal amount for hail damage done to the roof and siding. Ken was very thorough and inspected the roof and siding taking at least 100+ photos, writing a report and acting as a public adjuster. He was able to get the insurance company to pay for the roof and siding and other items that were damaged. The roofing crew did a great job replacing the entire roof and everything matched to code on our old roof—-Ice break, drip edges, wider ventilation, membrane under roofing. They completed everything in just over a day and left our yard and work areas cleaner than how they found it. Same with the siding crew. All doing an impressive job and explaining everything each step.

On April 1 had a hailstorm that damaged the my roof down spouts and siding. Insurance adjuster came out about a week after the storm gave me an estimate on all the damage. Called Nu Look about the roof. They sent a man out in three or four days and within two or three weeks of the storm had a new roof put on the house. Clean up was pretty good. Some small pieces of debris and maybe a dozen nails was found.
They also replaced the downspouts that was damaged.
Only complete I have is I found an additional 8 to 10 nails on one roof of my house. Haven’t been on the second-story roof to see if any was left up there, hopefully none were.
