Northwest Crawl Space installed Rodent Slab in the small crawl space at the back of our basement garage. Patrick did a great and thorough job as the estimator by inspecting the crawl space from the inside, and answering all my questions and follow-up concerns. Then the three-man crew came over and spent one full day installing vapor barrier, rebar, and pouring the concrete in the crawl space. It was an amazing process, and they were experts at their work. They were careful to cover the basement surfaces to keep them as clean as possible, too. I can see that the crawl space is now well sealed, including where the new floor meets the old walls. Mice will no longer be able to tunnel through the soft dirt floor and get into the basement that way. The clean concrete will also be much nicer for other contractors who may have to access the crawl space for ductwork, plumbing, or electrical work in the future. Northwest Crawl Space seems to be the only local company that provides rodent slab in crawl spaces. I am very impressed and feel confident in the high quality of the work. I’m glad I found this company.

NW Crawl Space is THE BEST! Lior (owner) explained the process and answered all my questions when he initially inspected the work that needed to be done. My crawl space had not been cleaned for many years and what was left from the insulation was torn up hanging down, and full of rodent feces. An airduct was lying on the ground and the vapor barrier had long ago became ineffective. NW Crawls replaced all the insulation, laid a vapor barrier, secured the airduct to the floorboards, and secured all potential entrances from critters. The 4-person crew's efficiency exceeded my expectations, as they first hung plastic and securely taped it floor to ceiling from the crawl space access in my primary bedroom closet, all the way to the outside door so that not even a spec of dust entered my living space. That was a huge concern for me! They worked from 8AM until they completed the job at 7PM. A few days later, Lior returned to inspect the work and reported a job well done! Thank you NW Crawl Space!! I called Northwest Crawlspace after finding the insulation in my crawlspace under my house had been torn to shreds and there was an awful smell. They came to my house within two days, assessed the damage and provided a very reasonable quote to get rid of what turned out to be an infestation of rats. They removed the insulation and vapor barrier, cleaned, sterilized and sealed all the cracks and possible entry points before re-insulating. The team was very professional and explained everything they were doing throughout the process. They arrived on time and cleaned everything when they finished. I had a great experience with Northwest Craw Space Services. I had a mouse infestation in my crawlspace. In just one day, they cleaned out the old visqueen and insulation, did rodent exclusion work, cleaned up any remnants of the mice and re-installed visqueen and insulation. It's a much better job than was done on the home previously. They are professional and experienced, which made the whole process incredibly smooth. They have wonderful customer service and were easy to work with. Highly recommend.

NW Crawl Space Services has done a lot of work for us here at my condo. They've done work in two large attics and two large crawl spaces, including fixing substandard work by another contractor. The crew worked very hard all day. I'm impressed. Communication was great from estimates, billing, worksite crew and follow-up inspection. The crew kept a clean worksite & wore proper PPE to keep themselves safe while they were in the crawlspace. They also took care to protect the floors, & the rest of the house from aerosols while they removed old materials. Since the new insulation was installed the crawlspace doesn't even smell like it has a dirt floor anymore - no smell to the space. It's too soon to know if the rodent exclusion work kept the critters out but they guarantee their work! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing crawlspace work.

They worked on a sump pump installation in my crawlspace along with a vapor barrier installation. They did a great job doing the work quickly and as clean as possible.

Quote cost was spot on. No surprises with me. They also provided a nice summary of the work that was done. Overall I would recommend working with them.

Total time for the sump pump installation, making a french drain and replacing the old vapor barrier with a 20mil sheet was about 1 day of work for them. So I am pleased it was done that fast.

The inspection and quote process was thorough and comprehensive. William made it easy to access the financing and NWCS took care of submitting PSE eligible rebates which saved a lot of money on the project. Job done on time and for reasonable cost. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were very happy with the work performed by Northwest Crawlspace. Mark came out for the initial inspection and quote and was very thorough with explaining what needs to be done and we scheduled the work while he was there. The work crew showed up on time and got all the work completed and made sure no garbage was left behind. Mark came back to do an inspection of the work to make sure it was all completed correctly and they will come back every 3 months to check on the work for any rodent damage.

The office staff was great as well with scheduling appointments for the inspection and for the work to be done. Highly recommend Northwest Crawlspace.

I got the names of two contractors from PSE to get estimates for crawl space work. Lior from NW Crawl Space Services came out and gave me a quote the day he was here on exactly what was needed. They would be replacing all insulation and the vapor barrier, and providing a complete exclusion of entry to my crawlspace by animals. He was able to schedule me in very quickly. Very professional!! (NOTE: The other contractor was too busy the day he came out to provide an estimate. He said he would work on it the next week. That was more than a month ago and I never heard back from him.)

Lior’s crew was on time, quick, polite and efficient. They did a great job cleaning out the crawlspace, adding new insulation and vapor barrier, and sealing rodent points of entry. The crew was in and out in one day, plus they left no mess for me to clean up. Lior came back and inspected the work, and he (or his team) will re-inspect every three months for a year to ensure there are no more animals and the work is still good.

I would highly recommend NW Crawl Space Services. They showed up on time each morning and worked until well after dark, completely reworking our 2100 sq. ft. crawl space with new vapor barrier, sealed 32 vents, installed rigid foam insulation on foundation walls, replaced batt insulation on floor joists and installed a dehumidifier. Very friendly and professional 6-man work crew. Encountered a plumbing leak and called in a plumber to repair damage the same day.

Everyone from Savanah in the office, to Niko’s home assessment and on to our installation consisting of Marco and others went fantastic. Great communication and customer service from everyone.

We had 3 companies come out to inspect our attic. Niko from Northwest Crawl Space came out to inspect our attic and alerted us to mold and mildew, dirty and old insulation which was lacking, and a detached duct. Aside from having the best name on the planet, Niko was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. We made our decision to trust Niko and Northwest Crawl Space. Tristan and crew came out to take care of our attic. They were professional, kind, and worked hard all day long. They had the attic completed at the end of the day. They were super clean and careful and had all the debris removed from start to finish. My husband John checked out the attic afterwards and said everything looked great. Niko as well came out the next week to inspect the work that had been done. You can tell a huge difference by the pictures that were taken for the before and after process by Niko and Tristan. The insulation in the attic before was lacking, after Northwest Crawl Space completed our attic you can definitely see and tell the difference. Old insulation was taken out, new insulation added in, air leaks were sealed, any entry points were sealed for prevention of infestations, mold and mildew were treated, sanitized, baffles installed for proper air flow, and a duct that was disconnected to a damper vent was reattached. From start to finish we are extremely happy with the work done by Northwest Crawl Space. Communication/customer service was perfect, Niko, Tristan and the team are seriously the best. Very fast and friendly service. Very reasonable with pricing. And notified me about anything and everything in a timely manner.

They removed our old insulation, ducts and vapor barrier, dug a French drain in our crawl space, installed a new sump pump, vapor barrier, and replaced insulation and ducts within 2 days.
We are still awaiting follow up inspection. I'm happy with this company to this point and would recommend them.

My wife and I found that we were waking up stuffy in the morning. We decided to have our furnace ducts cleaned, which seemed to help somewhat, but would still occasionally wake up with headaches and stuffy noses. We have been remodeling our home for quite some time now and knew we needed to have some insulating work performed. I had a few ideas on doing it myself, then quickly realized that we needed experts to perform the detail that it takes. I called Northwest Crawlspace and set up an appointment for a quote. Their quote tech came out and explained that we had mold in our attic and there was some droppings in our crawlspace. I will say I had a little sticker shock, but after the crew, which was very polite, knowledgeable, professional, and fast had completed the work, the shock disappeared. We were very happy with the service and the detailed work that was performed. We are waking up comfortable now, warm, and satisfied.

This winter, we noticed some leaking in our crawl space due to an old cast iron main and aging galvanized steel drain pipes. Turns out, Northwest Crawl Space is also a licensed and bonded Plumbing outfit! In addition to the plumbing work, we needed to handle some ground water issues in our crawl space. They came in with a quote to do both projects that we couldn’t refuse.

Here’s our experience:
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION - When estimating the plumbing work, Travis, came into the crawl space with me to show me exactly what he planned to do. The quote was incredibly detailed and broken out into easy to read line items. Matan, the co-owner of Northwest Crawl Space, kept consistent communication with daily visits and text/calls between days throughout the entire process with great care and professionalism.
- FANTASTIC QUALITY - The French drain/sump pump was installed within a day using high quality lava rock and durable drain pipe. They used a highly rated Ridgid sump pump, a backflow stopper, and a shutoff valve, which results in an excellent build for the long term.
- CUSTOMER-CENTRIC - The job took several days, and at the end of each day, Travis left all the drains usable, which meant we could use the toilet, sinks, and washing machine between days. That takes excellent planning, foresight, and plumbing expertise; this greatly reduced disruption during the project.
- SKILLED INSTALLATION - The joinery and routing is the cleanest I’ve seen; exceptional craftsmanship. Not only was a standard two-way clean out installed outside, but the existing clean out in the crawl space was relocated to a more convenient position for easy access in the long-term.

I would, without hesitation, recommend Northwest Crawl Space for any of your crawl space and plumbing needs. Their ability to plan and execute these two major projects for us is unparalleled. The crawl space work improved the quality of indoor air and reduces the chance of issues down the line. With the plumbing complete, we have stopped worrying about waste water from dripping into the crawl space. The contract "paperwork" was clear and concise - it was very easy to access and make payment(s) via the provided link. NW CSS also pre-filled the PSE rebate form(s) and made it very easy for the customer to just sign-off on it. The project report with photos of before and after is a very nice touch and well done. Excellent work and great follow up. They did 1600sq ft of attic and crawl space insulation on our 1950s house, as well as lots of air sealing and rodent remediation. The air sealing made a huge difference. A breaker shorted due to a small accident during their work and they sent an electrician immediately (no cost to us) who found and fixed the problem. We also checked the crawl space after a day and found one rodent in a trap. They sent out a small crew, found the entrance that they missed, and fixed it (again no cost to us). Crawl space has been rodent free ever since, and our house feels SO MUCH more comfortable and warmer. They also did all the work to maximize rebates through our utility and saved us lots of money. We're very happy.

Our crawl space was in need of a major revamp and the process of getting it cleaned seemed like it was going to be a gigantic hassle. I had reached out to Northwest Crawl Space and was immediately set up with an on-site consultation just two days later, thanks to Talijah and Savanah.

On the day of the consult, Manat checked out our crawl space and provided us with thorough details on what was going on and recommendations on what needed to be done. Talking to him really gave us a great deal of confidence in him and his team to take care of our crawl space. We were scheduled for mid-February but Manat had called us few days later to let us know that he had availability to move our appointment up to the end of January, which we gladly did.

The team that showed up day-of were fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable people! Patrick was our main contact and kept us in the loop of what stage the process was in. All in all, they were able to complete the project in one day and provided us with "before" and "after" pictures of our crawl space. They had cleaned everything out, sanitized the space, installed new air ducts and flooring, sealed leaky airways, sealed all entry points for rodents, put down rodent traps, and also installed two new doors for our crawl space access points. All in all, the team went above and beyond what we expected for a crawl space clean up.

Had some plumbing work done prior to crawl space work. The bid was for certain work to be done that actually wasn’t needed when the plumber got into the job.
NWCS worked with me to adjust the price accordingly.

We needed to clean up our crawlspace because we were having a rat problem down there. I had a few companies come over to take a look and give an estimate, but we decided on Northwest Crawl Space for these reasons:
1) Matan came and was very knowledgeable and professional. I also found that he was the only one who wasn't "sales"-y in his approach.
2) Financing was an option with 0% interest if paying off in 18 months.
3) Was the most affordable out of all the bids. Don't get me wrong, the pricing was comparable, but this company won by small margin in costs.
4) They provided the removal of items and trashing it into the costs. A particular company was going to charge an insane additional amount to do this.
5) The workers who came to do the work were all friendly, professional, clean and quick. They did the job of about 1500 sq. ft. of crawlspace in one day.
6) When we inspected the finished product the next day, we were happy and their work exceeded our expectations! No more crazy smell coming from the vents and everything down there has been sealed and re-insulated, so no vermin should be coming in.
7) Plus, they have a 1 year "Rodent protection plan" for someone to come every 3 months to monitor the rodent traps to ensure us that the rats are not coming in.

So by these reasons, I highly recommend this company! I will update in a few months or a year to make sure we are completely "rodent-free" down there.
