This company cleaned out and updated the crawlspace under my old farmhouse. Not an easy job, but they were outstanding. I've worked with a lot of construction folks over the years on property belonging to myself, my family, and others, but they were among the best. Professional. Communicative. Respectful. Took my unique challenges into consideration. I have so much greater peace of mind. Great experience.

Lior (owner) and the team at Northwest Crawl Space Services did an incredible job on a full crawlspace clean out: rodent proofing, installing new insulation, entry door, vapor barrier, and bringing the whole thing up to current code. They were kind, compassionate, and responsive in communication the whole way through. Very fair price and completed work within a week of my call. Highly recommend!

We hired NW to perform a complete overhaul of our crawl space. I am not one to be easily impressed nor write reviews but this company has gone above and beyond in ALL areas and truly created the “Wow Factor” for us. It is very apparent Lior/owner cares about his clients, his staff and properly installing a quality product that will be a permanent fix. Across their entire organization, the professionalism, communication and follow through are the best we have come across (special shout out to Savanah!) The crew that performed the work was extremely pleasant, thorough and left the work area without a trace. Money well spent.

It’s refreshing to work with a company that gives honest appraisals, does exactly what they promise, backs up their work, and gives great customer service. They did a massive renovation on my crawl space, and exclusion in the attic. Lior, the co-owner, was available every step of the way from appraisal to post work inspection, to ensure the job was perfect. I recommend NW for any size job.

Scheduled in a timely manner. The crew was in and out in one day, plus they left no mess for me to clean up. They re-inspected the work three days later and will re-inspect every three months for a year to ensure there are no creatures and work is G2G. 10 year garrenteed.

We had Northwest crawl space come out and inspect our crawl space. We felt that it was damper than it should be (a lot of rain this year) we also decided to add a sump . They showed up when they said they would and put down floor covering so they would not mess up our flooring. They did a great job and finished when they said they would. We recommend highly.

We had a major water leak that required a total renovation of our crawl space - insulation, mold elimination, vapor barrier and addition of a sump pump system. NW Crawl Space did a masterful job, and Mark G. was responsive, professional and knowledgeable.

I recently bought an older home that had a bad rodent infestation problem in the crawl space below the house. I reached out to NW Crawl Space Services for a free estimate. Lior came and assessed the area and explained all his findings in detail. He worked with me on coming up with a prioritized plan to clean out and encapsulate my crawl space and install a sub-pump with appropriately dug trenches that fit within my budget. They were able to schedule me in very quickly and were super efficient at completing the job, despite being in the middle of a heat wave. We had to have a complete crawl space restoration due to rodent damage. I searched the web for companies and decided to call NW Crawl Space Services because of their great reviews. They did not disappoint. Lior came out and gave a free quote on exactly what was needed with no pressure. I had 2 other quotes and his was the most reasonable and he did not try to sell me work that did not need to be done (one of the other companies told me the duct work all needed to be replaced and it did not). His team was quick, polite and efficient. Lior came back and inspected the work, checked the traps the following week and will be out in a few months to make sure we have no more pest activity. It was a top notch job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Lior and his team.

Northwest crawl space cleaned up our crawl space eradicated rodents and replaced all heating duct work. Their work was high quality. Everything they promised to do they completed and have continued follow up with the rodent removal inspections.

After an unnerving rodent invasion, we called Northwest Crawl Space Services for remedial repairs that included insulation replacement, new barrier layment, blocking rodent tunnels and trap placements. We can happily report after 3 months of work completion that we have been rodent free. Their ongoing monitoring services have also ensured we have remained rodent free.

They did a complete clean out of my crawlspace. Replacing all insulation and vapor barrier with all new material. They did a complete exclusion of entry to my crawlspace by animals. They installed a secure door to the entrance of the crawlspace. They set traps to ensure all is secure and excluded. The owner of the company came and did an inspection of the job and checked the traps which were all empty. He will be back in a few months to check again. I am very pleased with the work they did and their professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff and team were great in our crawl space clean up. Jeff did a great job of providing a quote and answering our questions without being pushy. Communication went well. The team did a good job cleaning our crawlspace, adding new vapor barrier, and sealing rodent points of entry. Checked in with us a week later and provided photos and videos of the final product. Would hire again and would recommend.

They did crawlspace cleaning and repair. Replaced floor insulation and sealed all penetrations from for rodents. I was very happy with their service, the professional crew and particularly their follow up.

Lior and his crew are top notch. We met with Lior for a free quote. His no pressure, very knowledgeable demeanor led us to hire his company. We had a lot of issues with our crawl space, and this company was the only one we could find to do it all. We needed a cleanout of debris, sealing rats out, a french subpump system, mold remediation, and new insulation put back in. On the day of the cleanout, the crew came on time, worked hard (all while laughing and having a good time), and kept us informed of what they were doing. On day 2 of the work, we had to change where the water was going to be pumped out. These guys were amazing. Lior came back out and walked around with us to find a solution to work. By the end of the night, we had a working system. Fast forward to our rainy October day-- i opened the crawl space and even though there was 2 inches of rain, our crawl space was dry! It is a wonderful feeling to finally have a dry crawl space! I 100% recommend this company. They are honest, true to their commitment, and follow up to ensure the job was done right.

The rats had made quite a mess of our crawl space, and having people out periodically to plug holes was insufficient because we again were getting rat smell in the house My husband pulled back the vapor barrier and found a network of burrows.

I found this company through a Google search and you can believe the great reviews. There were prompt replies, the job was well estimated and very well done, with all insulation, duct wrap and vapor barrier removed, the area cleaned and concrete poured in the burrows and a better barrier made. All insulation, wrapping and vapor barrier replaced.

My entire crawlspace was cleaned out and reinsulated with rodent proofing by Northwest Crawl Space. They did a great job. I really like the free in person follow up they do after the job is completed. I will be using their services again, if ever needed.
